- "Step back in time to experience the Victorian era. Many of the furnishings are from the turn of the 20th century, the rest is an updated version that fits right into the historic vibe. We happened to be the only guests staying at the house on a cold December evening, but our room was toasty warm with a little heater in the bathroom. We were upgraded to a room that included an etched glass windown in the bathroom. Lovely accents and beautiful garden to enjoy on a warmer day. We were invited to use the huge kitchen with all of its modern conveniences. But don't expect a prepared breakfast, the place is more like an Airbnb than a B&B in its rennovated iteration."

A third modern bathroom is in the main hall near the den and one bedroom. All told, the house can sleep up to 10 people comfortably.

The dining room table, when expanded, can easily seat up to a dozen persons. There is a regulation Bocce court, regulation Petanque court and the oddly named "corn hole" game. (I guess "bean-bag" is a wee unhip.)

The charming towns of Healdsburg and Geyserville are within a 10 minute drive and offer a wide range of and dining. Calistoga and Santa Rosa are both within a 20 mile scenic drive.

This home is right next to a Community Church which has service on Sunday's at 10 AM. Church services have been suspended during the pandemic. The .68 acres is very private and serene and suitable for BBQ's with all amenities provided.

This four bedroom, three bathroom luxury villa is situated in the pristine confines of Dry Creek Valley, just ten minutes from downtown Healdsburg. You get all of the charming amenities of country life—stars, peace, beauty, views, farm animals—while being only minutes away from the bustle of Healdsburg, and surrounding wine country and outdoor activities.

The villa is located on the magical 55 acre property with a small winery and farm. We provide an agricultural farm stay experience, which includes complimentary tastings in our winery, and a farm to table bite to pair with your wine. We'd be happy to let you feed the furry animal residents too, if that is something you might enjoy.

The property consists of a winery/tasting room, barn, cottage, and the villa. Our tasting room is by appointment only and the property is managed by the owners.

The drive to the property is 1/2 mile off of Dry Creek Road (entrance is one mile past the renown Dry Creek General Store). You weave through old oaks dripping with Spanish moss and are surrounded by rolling vineyards. Once you enter through the privacy gate, you are amongst majestic vegetation, gardens, animals, and all sorts of little nooks to lounge and relax. The entire property is off the grid and runs completely on solar energy. We make every effort to respect the earth and the surroundings that provide the perfect backdrop to your stay.

The villa has four king bedrooms, three full bathrooms with showers, smart TV's, WIFI, SONOS, three gas fireplaces, a wine cellar(just like a hotel bar), media room, washer and dryer, and full kitchen with prep area. All beds have professionally cleaned and pressed linens, and furnishings are new. The outdoor living space has a pool, hot tub, covered patio with a wood burning fireplace and full kitchen, plus - there is the view of a lifetime spanning across the entire Dry Creek Valley floor!

This architect-designed, cozy cottage on 4-acres in Alexander Valley welcomes you with sweeping views of vineyards and mountains. The cottage is set well off the road and surrounded by vineyards and farms, walking distance to the center of Geyserville (a small town just 6 miles north of Healdsburg and approximately 75 miles from San Francisco).
