The Haven in Jenner ~ Private, Pet Friendly Sonoma Coast Cabin w/Hot-Tub & Yard
Cabin
Jenner, California, USA

Ready for a magical getaway where the Russian River meets the Pacific Ocean? Nestled on a private ½ acre, this cozy one-bedroom cottage offers the perfect blend of comfort and adventure. Imagine snuggling by the wood fire, stargazing from your deck, or unwinding in the hot tub while nature serenades you. Kayaking at the river-mouth, hiking at Jenner Headlands, and enjoying the Pacific Ocean (and Russian River) beaches are easily accessible adventures from The Haven. Conveniently located, yet a world away, The Haven is the ultimate spot for your Sonoma Coast adventure!

More about The Haven~
The open floor plan is drenched in sunlight during the day and a skylight above the comfy queen bed allows you to count the stars as you fall asleep. The cozy loft space is a special place for an older kid or the young-at-heart adult. Similar to a treehouse, it is only accessible by climbing a narrow, vertical ladder and may not be suitable for everyone.

The kitchen has all the essentials--stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker (drip and K-cup), fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Cookware & utensils, towels & cleaning supplies are provided. There are indoor and outdoor dining areas that seat four. The bathroom is small, but functional with a large sunken tub and separate shower stall with soap and shampoo.

The heart of the cozy living room is the wood-burning fireplace. It is a great space to snuggle on the sofa, watch a little TV (basic cable and a DVD player are provided) and catch up on your reading.

The expansive outdoor space provides a large wrap around deck with a propane grill and Adirondack chairs on the upper level. On the lower level, your dog will appreciate being able to enjoy the large fenced back yard while you relax in the private hot-tub. This is the perfect place to unwind after a day spent hiking the Jenner headlands, exploring the coastal redwoods or kayaking in the river mouth.

While people of all ages are welcome at The Haven, the property and house have not been furnished with children in mind. Features that make The Haven a special place for adults (the elevated deck, hot-tub, wood-burning fireplace and sunken bath tub, for example), may not be suitable or safe for young children.

The main living space is all on one level; however, there are stairs to enter the house and the bed is on an elevated platform. Access to the hot tub area requires navigating stone steps, a gravel path and changes in terrain.

Pets
Jenner is an awesome place for pooches! One pet is welcome to join you during your stay at The Haven (please disclose when you make your reservation). There is no size restriction or pet fee. While fenced, the yard is NOT escape proof, so pets cannot be left unattended in the yard, and must be crated if they are left alone in the house.

Getting to Jenner
Jenner is about an hour's drive to Santa Rosa regional airport (STS) , 2 hours to Oakland (OAK) and 2 1/2 hours to San Francisco (SFO). A car is strongly recommended, as ride share & public transit options are limited.

Travelers should not rely on information posted on this platform that is generated by AI, as it is not always accurate and is beyond the owner's ability to remove or revise. For example, I would not describe this property as being walking distance to Goat Rock beach (the platform AI does), but it is a short kayak ride across the river mouth and the boat launch is a short walk from the house :-)

We'll be back!" - "It was Perfect ... we enjoyed every day, every moment ... and the local Thursday night movie. The mattress great in the alcove. For a queen size bed ... both of us comfortable and did not feel the other moving around. And our friend survived the up and down the ladder to your loft space ... and enjoyed it very much. We might love to rent again next year."

Redwoods. Ocean. Escape.
House
Jenner (Timber Cove), California, USA

This vacation home offers the best of both worlds: a place to relax and a location to explore nature. Located on a quiet cul de sac, the house features decks that offer a view down a redwood canyon to the ocean. (The Point Reyes peninsula is visible on a clear day!) Listen for the barking of the seals or the whistle of an osprey as it glides overhead with a fish.

A short drive takes you to some of the most spectacular hikes and beaches on the California coast, including Stillwater Cove, Fort Ross, and Salt Point State Park (known for mushroom foraging).

The fully supplied kitchen features a pantry stocked with the basics such as coffee, spices, sugar, and rice. Bring your own groceries and cook, head down the hill to a nearby restaurant, or take the spectacular drive to Gualala for a variety of dining options.

Our guests have told us (and we agree) that the stay is wonderful rain or shine. The bookshelves feature a variety of reading materials, games, DVDs and videos. In case that isn't enough, we also have internet access!

We unfortunately had to cut our stay short." - "Wonderfully convenient property just a couple minutes from the 1. House was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing weekend away from the city. Loved listening to the sound of the trees after a day playing at the beach. Would love to come back." - "Nestled at the end of a quite court, this beautiful home is a perfect getaway. I can't say enough about how comfortable, beautiful, and inviting this home is. We were very impressed at how stocked the kitchen was! This was our 4th annual Girl Cousin Getaway (3 of us!) and by far our favorite VRBO rental to date! Not only did we fall in love with the ocean, but it was very hard not to just stay! 5 stars all the way! I can't wait to book a weekend for my husband and I...."

Located in the small town of Jenner, Sonoma County, California, our riverside house boasts river access and a quiet, yet central coastal location perfect for river, ocean and wine country exploration. Numerous activities abound nearby including kayaking & boating, beaches, wildlife viewing, hiking, golf, wineries, gourmet restaurants and much more! Whether you are looking for the perfect place to curl up with a book or to experience the bounties of California wine country, you'll find it here!

Why stay here and not elsewhere?: We believe that details make a difference, so we supply several complimentary extras to add to your enjoyment of the property. There will be a bottle of local wine and chocolates, seasonal decor, and what you might need to enjoy a day at the beach. We include beach bags with towels, mats, and frisbees. Also, special occasion extras upon request.

The Viking House is a prime location to enjoy the Sonoma County coast. While Bodega Bay is often foggy and grey, it's been our experience that Jenner generally gets more hours of sunshine, even in the winter. Although it's not unusual to see fog in the mornings in all four seasons, the weather remains pleasant throughout the majority of the year. In summer, it's bright with warm sun, but, with gentle ocean breezes, it remains much cooler than inland areas.

Russian River: Kayaking and canoeing are some of the best ways to experience the river. Just down the street from the house, you can rent a kayak and experience a whole different perspective of the town and the surrounding hills. Paddle around Penny Island, go to Goat Rock beach or get up close and personal with birds and seals fishing in the mouth of the river. When you get tired, you can bring the kayak up to shore at the house and rest before heading out again. Once you've explored the areas around Jenner, you can head upriver to Duncan's Mills and Guerneville where you can also rent equipment to enjoy redwood views in slower moving waters. For more details about the area and our home, visit our website, see link below.

Bodega Bay: A visit to the bustling fishing community of Bodega Bay will be a highlight of your stay. On the way, you can stop at a variety of beaches, including Shell beach, one of the best places to explore wildlife in Tidal pools and study interesting geological rock formations. When you get to Bodega Bay, exploring the shops, art galleries and fine restaurants is a pleasant way to enjoy the area. Also, many coastal adventures can be arranged. You can book and rent gear for all kinds of fishing and watersport outings, including deep sea fishing, whale watching (in season), surfing and more. Horse lovers will enjoy riding on the beach through Chanslor Stables. Golfers will relish memorable views while hitting a round at Bodega Harbour Golf Links, an 18 hole Scottish links style course. Film buffs will enjoy taking a short drive inland to the town of Bodega where Alfred Hitchcock filmed the classic movie, 'The Birds.'

Guest Reviews:

- "Great views and great location!" - "Can’t beat the sweeping, unobstructed views from the upper deck, perched above the lazily flowing Russian River estuary. There are only a handful of houses on the steep bank in Jenner, with several being part of non-pet-friendly Jenner Inn & River’s End—if you travel with your furry friend, this may very well be your only option! The house is well appointed, with all the plates, pans, pots, and glasses that you’ll ever need, as well as condiments & spices. There is adequate space for a car right in front & the tall wooden fence very effectively mutes any road noise. Access to the river is fairly steep, but adequate to launch your own kayak or canoe. The “center” of Jenner, with a gas station & convenience store, Cafe Aquatica (open for breakfast & lunch), and a wine bar & souvenir store, is within walking distance; River’s End with its upscale restaurant is at about the same distance in the opposite direction. Pet-friendly dining options require a short drive to the picturesque Duncans Mills. We loved our stay & will definitely be back!"

The owners unit at Casa Panama is occupied by Toni and your privacy is her highest concern. Entrances and outdoor spaces are entirely separated and privatized. Inside the home, a third of the space between her space and Casa Panama is left unoccupied for soundproofing. Noise is really sincerely never an issue so feel comfortable to not worry about that. There is a very friendly mature miniature poodle on the property along with an indoor cat but neither animal ever has any access to the rental portion inside or out.

Please always call on Toni if you need anything at all. She has been in this business for over 30 years and sincerely enjoys hosting her guests. She delights in helping you plan your stay while taking pride as a long term resident with experience in the area. You will find a well researched Welcome Book in the house with restaurants and things to do plus everything you need to know about how things work at the house. You can also refer to our new Guide Book on this site.
The best way to reach Toni during your stay is by text at (707) 292-0655

The neighborhood is small and quaint and you will be delighted to know the roads have recently been repaved! This is a seaside town on the hill overlooking the Russian River as it makes its way to the sea. Most of the homes are smaller second homes. Casa Panama stands out as being one of the original homes in the area and is one of the most formidable in size and location. Be sure to visit the coffee shop on the river as you come into town where besides great coffee and sandwiches you will be entertained by local musicians on the outdoor stage. Next door to the coffee shop is a new wine tasting business, the Visitor Center and the Post Office. Kayaks are available just in front on the water making it fun to take a quick trip out to the beach or up river. Walk the beaches. Watch the birds. See the seals. Collect shells and driftwood. Go fishing. Check out Bodega Bay. Zip Line through the Redwoods at Canopy Tours on the way to Occidental! Have breakfast there at Howards Cafe! Eat at the Union Hotel! Shop til you drop. Take the drive back down Coleman Rd to the coast!

Just 10 minutes away on Hwy 116 heading towards Guerneville is Duncans Mills where there are wonderful shops, another great coffee shop with fresh baked pastries and pizza and two wonderful restaurants and a wine shop that has a stellar reputation! There's great sandwiches at the market too!! Don't miss this treasure. See both sides of the street. Christopher Queen Art Gallery is famous!! Tell Nancy Toni sent you.

Stay longer. No matter how long you stay it's not enough. This is an ecotourism paradise!! Take a short walk up the hill into The Jenner Headlands to explore 14 miles of amazing hiking trails along the coast or walk the beaches from Goat Rock to Bodega Bay.

Cafe Aquatica is the town center for coffee, delicious food and live music on the weekends. Afternoons are for wine tasting at Jenner’s new wine tasting bar. We are very proud to be the town where Rivers End Restaurant is located. It is one of the finest restaurants in all of Sonoma County and is about 3 minutes drive away! Beaches and hiking trails are all around the immediate area along with plenty of famous wineries! For shopping don’t miss Duncan’s Mills and Occidental or the fun coastal shops and galleries in Bodega Bay. Or, for deep sea fishing or other water sports Bodega Bay will also accommodate!

Day Trip and explore north along Hwy 1 for Fort Ross and some of the most scenic areas along the California coast or go south and end up tasting oysters on the way to Point Reyes. When Jenner is home base you will be amazed at all there is to see and do.

At Casa Panama, the fenced ground level decks which, include the spa are for your private use. The driveway is shared with the owner but it’s large enough to accommodate several of your automobiles and it does not face the owners area or disturb her in any way.

A majestic setting overlooking the ocean and scenic Russian River in Jenner. 4 bedrooms 3.5 bath "Casa Panama" sleeps two to ten. Casa Panama is located on the hill above scenic Hwy 1, ten miles north of Bodega Bay and 10 miles from Guerneville. This area is marketed as an ecotourism destination because it is surrounded by over 10,000 acres of open space and plenty of nature based activities this region has to offer: walks on the beach, hiking, kayaking and canoeing, swimming, surfing, bird watching, horseback riding, zip-lining, fishing, golfing, paragliding, mountain biking, skate boarding, wind surfing, sea lions and whale watching, fine dining, or just sitting listening to the sea while reading a good book!

As you wander around the terraced decks gazing at this acre of paradise, you will experience both the peace and the drama of the Russian River as it meets the sea. The neighborhood is isolated and quiet yet close enough to plenty of fun activities that will keep you coming back for more. Don’t miss the Jenner Headlands just recently opened, with 14 miles of hiking trails a short walk up the hill.

This eclectic home is designed for your comfort, privacy and indoor/outdoor panoramic enjoyment. Sensuous bedrooms are lavishly appointed with cable TV's, plush comforters, pillows and drapes, giving you first class comfort on quality top rated beds. The hardwood floors, imported carpets, furnishings, and fine art create a luxurious ambiance worthy of a king. Bathe yourself in soothing gold hues in tiled bathrooms with large showers.

The professional kitchen looks beyond the dining room to spectacular views of the mouth of the Russian River as it meets the sea. The kitchen has all new appliances: large gas stove, family-size refrigerator, two stainless prep sinks, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, and gourmet cooking supplies. We suggest dinner on the patio for evening gatherings or on the expansive deck overlooking the dramatic river and ocean views.

Fine dining nearby; adorable coffee/ lunch shop just down the hill; shop local boutiques and eat at wonderful restaurants in Duncan's Mills; go wine tasting in Jenner or find numerous wineries up to 30 minutes away, drive up the coast to Fort Ross or beyond or drive down the coast to Bodega Bay or beyond to Point Reyes. There is so much to do here you will truly wish you’d stayed an extra day.

Transit in Jenner is EcoTourism at its best. Mornings are a great time to stroll down the hill to Aquatica Cafe for coffee and pastries or a delicious sandwich and salad. Sit outside listen to music on weekends or just quietly sit and watch the river flow past.

While you're down at the river consider reserving a kayak or a kayaking tour i.e. star gazing or a bird watching trip around Penny Island. Surfing and wind sailing are for the brave at heart or are enjoyable to watch from a distance too. Be sure to visit the Jenner Visitor's Center just next door to the cafe. Another option is to head up the hill from the house a short walk to the back gate of the Jenner Headlands or drive just 1.5 miles north on Hwy. 101 to the Headlands Trailhead main gate. Either way enjoy access to 14 miles of new trails and expansive views in this new park! You will need to bring those hiking shoes! Don’t forget to check Sonoma County Parks for maps of hiking breathtaking trails all along the coast!! We’re pretty sure wine tasting might not be considered an ecotourism activity but for all of you interested, we suggest you check on line for wineries or tours in West Sonoma County. This is also wine country!

The area is well known for Levi’s GranFondo bike race. This event was the brainchild of professional road cyclist Levi Leipheimer who used to train here on these roads which is how his tough training route became a famous event that finishes dramatically coming down Hwy 1! Organize your own group to ride his route event or not with Casa Panama as a perfect starting and ending point.

Rent a car conveniently at the Sonoma County Airport 30 minutes away.

We all need family getaways maybe more now than ever but we need to feel safe. Here's the extra precautions we are taking to advance our 5* cleaning service for our guests and family and friends.

Since viruses die faster in sunlight and in high humidity, we immediately open the house hours before your arrival and air it out completely. At Casa Panama we are fortunate to have the benefit of full sun from sun-up to sundown with a little higher humidity. Couple that with fresh air and sea breezes and you will likely agree this atmosphere can revitalize both your health and your spirit.

As a proactive precaution we are wiping down all hard surfaces including floors, cabinets, counter surfaces, appliances with a bleach solution. Since the best defense against active viruses remains frequent hand washing we make sure there is plenty of soap, paper towels and wipes in all kitchens and bathrooms for your use. All bedding is changed and washed between guests. We want to thank you for your patronage and let you know how much we care about your families’ welfare and your experience here.

Guest Reviews:

- "I gathered a group of my dearest friends together for a relaxing week away and Casa Panama did not disappoint. The beds were comfortable, the views were breathtaking, the hot tub was hot, and most amazing, the kitchen knives were sharp. We found ample space for our party of ten to relax, cook, and connect without feeling cramped. 12/10, would do again." - "The stunning views from Casa Panama were appreciated from multiple vantage points in a house clearly designed to best appreciate them. We took full advantage of the local hike up the hill from the house, and the easy access to launch our canoe. Multiple walks are a short drive away. The house is well supplied for cooking and sleeping (although the pullout couch downstairs would benefit from a pad on top), and several in our party took advantage of the hot tub. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

This example tells it all- the kitchen was well stocked with spices from A to Z, however the rosemary was low. The host left a note with a fresh rosemary plant for our use. Need I say more?" - "Diane and Chris provide an ideal getaway with views of the ocean, crashing of the waves and plenty of wild life. The pool and hot tub are amazing whether a foggy or sunny day. You have your own private spot along the coast. Plenty of beach and trails nearby and Timber Cove Resort/ Restaurant practically within walking distance, great food and great service." - "The overall experience was amazing! Starting with communication from the owner, Lisa, she's great and took care of everything we needed while staying instantly. The property itself is gorgeous and settled in a private neighborhood which ensures peace and quiet. If you're looking for a relaxing get away with a view this is the place to check out. My wife and I were looking for a home away from home type of get-a-way from the city, as we live in San Francisco. Lisa's place was absolutely perfect and exactly what we needed; from the cozy living room, heated by the fire place, or relaxing in the hot tub, this hidden gem is one you won't regret exploring. I haven't even mentioned the backyard.. rather you are accompanied by your four legged friend as we were or not, there is plenty of room for outdoor activities on the field (backyard), no matter what your doing. Can't wait to stay again!"

At Casa Panama we are fortunate to have the benefit of full sun from sun-up to sundown with a little higher humidity. Couple that with fresh air and sea breezes and you will likely agree this atmosphere can revitalize both your health and your spirit.

Guest Reviews:

- "The house is recently remodeled and very nicely done: open, spacious, and well equipped. It is very bright and open inside, with high ceilings and tons of windows to enjoy the beautiful view. One of the nicest places I've rented on VRBO (or other rental sites like it). There were also lots of kids books and toys (and a whole play area) that made it a wonderful trip with my 5yo as well. The host was very responsive and accommodating. One tricky thing to note: the street is one lane wide so a bit tricky if you meet an oncoming vehicle, but parking is easy and off-street. My only hesitation in recommending: I fear it won't be available next time k want to stay there once everyone finds out about it. :-)"

Parking: There is parking for a maximum of 2 vehicles along the fence and in front of the garage. The garage is not available for parking. RVs, trailers, and campers are prohibited, per the Sonoma County Vacation Rental Ordinance.

Bed Sizes: Bedroom: Queen bed.

Heating: There is a propane “woodstove” which heats the whole cabin plus a smaller bathroom heater.

Cooling: The house does not have air conditioning. Being at the coast, the nighttime temps drop and just opening some windows is usually enough to cool the house. There is a ceiling fan.

Kitchen: Erinleigh by the Sea does not have a dishwasher or garbage disposal as it’s on a septic system. The kitchen is fully stocked (minus groceries) for your stay.

Bathrooms: The bathroom includes a shower over a classic cast iron bathtub.

Washer/Dryer: This home does not provide a washer/dryer.

Location: Properties along Hwy 1 are a mix of permanent residents and vacation rentals, families, working folks, hotels, resorts, restaurants, and shops. To honor this balance, we ask guests to park only in the spaces described above and respect the quiet hours in addition to general family-friendly, residential neighborhood expectations. Your actions along the estuary greatly impact our environment. Thank you for helping to continue the tradition of a mutually beneficial relationship between vacation rentals, local community, and nature!

Road and Other Noise: Erinleigh by the Sea is located directly next to and below the Hwy 1. Traffic is busiest on fair weather weekends and tends to quiet in the evenings. Not as much of the traffic noise carries to the house as it is situated below the road and there are new windows, but sound carries across the water, and you’ll hear life music from Café Aquatica and folks paddling the estuary during the day. Wildlife and waves can be noisy too!

Road to Erinleigh by the Sea: No matter how you get here, the last part of your journey is along Hwy 1 which is twisty and turny in sections. With drivers in a hurry and taking their time. Please be cautious when pulling onto and off the road.

Rural Setting and Critters:
We live in a rural area with ants, spiders, rodents, and larger critters from raccoons and mountain lions to bears. While we make the best effort to protect against them from coming into homes, we also do not use poison where it can harm wildlife, pets, and children. And keeping all critters out is simply not possible. We appreciate your help in putting tasty smelling items into refrigerators, proper disposal of trash, and understanding that ants (especially) come in without warning and may not have been present at the time of cleaning.

Cell Phones: Please be aware that many cell phones will not have service at this location. There is wifi.

Stairs: While the living areas in the house are all one level, there is a flight of stairs from the parking area to the front door. Please look at the photos if stairs are a concern.

Pet Policy: No Pets. Service animals are always accommodated under the ADA.

Fencing: The area between the house and Hwy 1 is fenced with a locking gate. The rest of the property is not fenced.

A Note About TVs: The Smart TV has Netflix, Amazon Video, Hulu, and hundreds of streaming channels. Guests are welcome to bring their login info for these apps. The television does not have cable services.

River Access: While perched above the river, there is not direct access to the water from the house. The Jenner Boat Launch is 0.2 miles from the house and the perfect (safe) location to launch your kayak, canoe, or stand-up paddleboard. Conditions vary from year to year and can change rapidly – use your best judgement to determine your risk level and comfort in the water/physical activity.

Recent Reviews for Erinleigh by the Sea (under prior management):
Second time staying here and it didn’t fail to meet up to the incredible memories we had from our last stay seven years ago. One of my top favorite airbnbs of all time. By Margo W – stayed Aug 2024

This is the third time I've stayed at Erinleigh. Peaceful, welcoming, quiet, clean, and bright. This stylish vacation home is *thankfully devoid* of airbnb-typical staged word art and cheap furnishings. The bed is medium-firm and the dining and kitchen areas perfectly proportioned for the scale of the unit.
If I had to critique: The bathroom is the weakest part of the unit. It's dimly lit. Sink is dual faucet with spigots that are too close to the sink bowl. The clawfoot bathtub/shower, while antique-y, is cramped and somewhat cumbersome to get in and out of.
The standout feature is the porch that extends out over the Russian River. During a previous stay, I was awakened by the call of a pair sea lions swimming past the porch. On this last trip a family of 5 river otters swam past the unit looking for breakfast. There are usually a variety of birds around. The sound of the ocean soothes the soul when sitting out on the porch.
Verdict: Will stay again. By Todd D – stayed Aug 2024

This rental was great. Serene and peaceful location. The house was clean and tidy and had all the necessary amenities etc. We will come back again soon! :) By Frank D – stayed Aug 2024

The house was lovely, and right on the water as promised. The house was comfortable and more than enough space for two people. Very easy check-in and out, and clean. By Vicki S – stayed Aug 2024

Perfection, look no further if you want to be in Jenner. The nightly rate is quite steep; but the property is very lovely. I would highly recommend it if you are able to afford the price. By Francesca S – stayed Jul 2024

This is a wonderful little cottage right on the Russian river. It has great views and is pretty much right in Jenner. The place was quiet, clean and comfortable. The only thing that I would say, is that there is no door on the hallway side of the bedroom or curtains on the French doors. So, for those on different sleep or work schedules, this may be an issue. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay. By Eric B – stayed Jul 2024

Loved this place! We celebrated our 10th anniversary with wife there. We loved the quietness and views! We plan to visit this place again in the near future! By Aram M – stayed Jun 2024

We had a wonderful stay at a beautiful location. The house was perfect for the our 2-day getaway. The views are stunning and falling asleep to the lapping of the river against the shore was a little slice of heaven. By Thomas A – stayed Jun 2024

Erinleigh by the Sea was everything as described and more! The perfect get away for a couple. Comfortable, cozy, and clean, it is simply a gem. Be sure to go to River’s End restaurant. We walked. Very romantic, delicious food/wine, and impeccable service. By Peter B – stayed May 2024

I had a wonderful stay here. The view, the location, the house itself was all absolutely perfect. Very peaceful and quiet tucked away from the road. Will definitely be coming back. By Kailey D – stayed May 2024

This was a great little getaway for me and my wife. It was great to relax on the back deck while watching the seals, otters, and birds. The view is amazing. We would definitely recommend this stay and would return ourselves. Loved!! By Randy L – stayed May 2024

Everything was exactly as pictured - beautiful, clean and very nicely appointed. Check-in was smooth. Thank you, we had a lovely stay!! By Susan S – stayed Apr 2024

The cabin was a perfect 5 day getaway. Clean, cozy, charming decor and amazing views! Our weather was kinda rainy while there but we soon determined that didn’t matter one bit. By Peg

Beautiful views from the very spacious deck, easy stroll to bluffs where could hear seals barking and watch hawks swooping. We had a wonderful long weekend there, even extended our stay to ride out a dramatic coastal storm in this warm, cozy, lovely home from home" written by guest.

Please visit alternate booking site for a list of complete reviews. Please note, house in on Hwy One, busy traffic and expect some noise, neighbors may be remodeling, power and internet may go out, water is safe to drink but you may prefer to bring bottled water, 3 steps to entrance, open fencing, watch children and pets, dog gate available under deck, small store nearby with basics and gas, nearest beach is Ft Ross State park, drive is very curvy, other homes nearby yet very remote.
