Maximum Occupancy and Quiet Hours: The maximum occupancy at TreeTops Bungalow is 4 people not including kids under 3 years old. Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm until 7:00 am. Outdoor amplified sound is prohibited at all times.

A Note About Our Cleaning Fees: Thank you for supporting our local business! When you stay with us, you are supporting local families at work. We think everyone deserves a decent living wage, and we make sure to set the rates and fees so that our cleaners earn a living wage in beautiful Sonoma County.

Parking: There is parking for a maximum of 2 vehicles. RVs, trailers, and campers are prohibited, per the Sonoma County Vacation Rental Ordinance. The parking area and driveway are gravel.

Bed Sizes: Bedroom 1: Queen bed; Bedroom 2: Queen bed.

Heating: Central heating and a woodstove in the living room. While there may be firewood/kindling at the property, it is not promised. We recommend bringing your own or checking at the property before purchasing wood.

Cooling: Life under the redwoods is naturally cooler than other areas. While TreeTops Bungalow does not have A/C, there is a combination of ceiling fans and free-standing fans to help keep the house cool.

Bathrooms: The bathroom is located off the hallway and has a shower (only).

Location: TreeTops Bungalow is in a cozy residential neighborhood. It is a mix of permanent residents and vacation rentals, families, working folks, and visitors. To honor this balance, we ask guests to park in the designated spots and respect the quiet hours in addition to general family-friendly, residential neighborhood expectations. Sound carries so we ask guests to be aware of noise – especially once quiet time starts at 9 pm. Road to TreeTops Bungalow: The house is located up a narrow one-lane road. It is a two-way, one-lane curvy hillside road - fully paved and no special vehicle is required. We provide detailed written driving directions to confirmed guests. The shared driveway to the house and parking area are gravel.

Stairs: While the living areas in the house are all one level, there are approx. 6 steps from the parking area to the front door and a flight of stairs to the basement/laundry room below the house. There are several steps at the hot tub area and a flight of stairs from the back deck to the parking area.

Pet Friendly: This home welcomes 2 well-mannered dogs. If you have more than 2 dogs or other types of pets, please contact us to see if exceptions can be made before reserving.

Fencing: The back deck and yard are fully fenced, but we always recommend checking the fence line before letting your dog off-leash.

Security: For the safety of guests and the home, there are 2 security cameras outside - facing the parking and entry of the property.

- This how was so cute and I loved the remoteness of the location. It felt like our own little private oasis. The space was absolutely spotless. I usually feel very uncomfortable anywhere other than my own home because it doesn’t feel clean but this place was the exception. It was so peaceful here. The only two things I wish I would have realized before we went were: there was zero cell service at the location but the WiFi was great. And it was 100+ degrees out so almost 90 in the home. There were lots of fans which helped and opening the house up in the early mornings, late evenings but I wasn’t quite prepared for how hot it would be. Just keep that in mind when planning! - Location in the deep redwoods, quiet and peaceful. Nearly a perfect rental property with a spacious deck, hot tub and modern amenities and trees, trees, trees! Every day, our stresses ebbed and retreated in this forest retreat. Large TV provided evening entertainment. Well supplied kitchen, efficient outdoor grill and very modern bathroom. Hot tub warm and comfy. Entire house was immaculately clean upon our arrival. - This is like being a nature and in the woods but with all the amenities. I got this just to sit in the hot tub surrounded by trees and it was exactly what I expected. And more. One in our group had a business conference in San Francisco & we wanted to escape the business of the city & unwind. The hot tub was perfect! We loved being in the woods. I'd love to come back in warmer weather & enjoy the wonderful deck! Safeway grocery store is close, Armstrong Redwoods State Nature Reserve is also close & we enjoyed hours of hiking there. I would love to host everyone, BUT do not recommend Sanctuaire for handicap, though railings and pulls, there are steps, and uneven surfaces with the flagstone. Toddlers, also have a sense of adventure, and home and grounds are expansive and eclectic So I do not recommend, Sorry Though.

This peaceful hosted rental is tucked away on a private road with your host available for anything you may need. The full kitchen is open to the living room, where a fireplace will warm all your cares away. We provide wood for your first fire. You are welcome to bring your own firewood and the Cazadero General Store has bundles of firewood for sale one mile up the road. :-)

This cottage is located just next to the grounds of the award-winning Raymond’s Bakery. While you are here, you are welcome to enjoy a sun-filled afternoon in the garden, take a dip in the Austin Creek swimming hole, play boccie ball relax under the gazebo, or nap under the apple tree. In the evenings you can partake in an old-fashioned camp fire

Our bakery is open for take out orders Friday evenings for our Community Pizza, Beer & Wine Night. We open at 4 pm until around 9. You can order online at www.cazbakery.com. We do close the bakery from early November through mid-March to give our awesome staff a break for the holidays.

The cabin is stocked with all the fundamentals in kitchen etc. It had the sharpest knives I have ever found (most rental knives are super dull). The hot tub was lovely. Access to the creek was awesome too. There are small fish in there! Best part was access to everything in the Russian River area. 13 mins to Guernville, 5 minutes or so to Duncans Mills, probably 15 minutes to Jenner. We had one minor issue in our stay and the management person picked up the phone at 5:30 on a Friday night, which was nice."
