Great location townhouse near 580/680 in very quiet neighborhood in established neighborhood in Pleasanton near the business park and Bart. The home has 3 beds 1king 1 queen and 2 twins with 1& 1/2 bath home comes fully stocked for guest pot pans towels shampoo and everything else you can think ok. Gas range nice stainless steel appliance washer and dryer. Small back yard to enjoy Californias sun. There is also a park just steps away from our back fence. You can walk to Starbucks about 5 minute walk & some restaurants trader joes and tons more. Tons to do minutes drive like livermore outlets wineries. San fran is about 30 unless in rush hour.

Sure you would love to stay in such a unique and beautiful designed master bedroom with glass door facing a yard, house located in a great neighborhood with great street view and parking. Near High way I580 and 680, close to Bart station and shopping center (walking distance!. Although it is close to the big city, you still can enjoy country life, birds singing and flowers blooming. Organic food from yard upon request.

- "I was unable to contact the host. They did not respond to my emails and the phone was disconnected. I received an automated email from VRBO with the check in instructions but it it was wrong. Despite numerous calls to VRBO in the preceding week, they would not and refund the payment until I turned up at the property. When I arrived, the host was not aware that the property had been rented. I eventually received a refund but the whole experience was a disaster. "

We are 4.4 miles from the Dublin_Pleasanton BART station. This is a 12-minute drive or 48 minutes total time by bus (# 10R) including the walking portions to the bus station and from the drop-off station to our house.
You may choose a taxi, Uber, or Lyft as well.
If you choose to ride the bus there is a 1.1-mile walk (this is 23-minutes in time) from the nearest bus station (Stanley Blvd & Bernal Ave).

Our house is located in a quiet area, the plants and natural light provide a relaxing ambiance. The room includes a private detached bathroom, a comfy queen bed
