With few bus stops, right at the corner outside of our community, you can Bart to Airport & downtown. It's 2/3 miles to i680, to 2.2 miles Bart , 10-15 min. drive to 880, 15 minutes' jog to Lake Elizabeth Central Park, two bus stops to Ohlone College, Mission Peak hiking trail.

Higher ceiling, very roomy, and bright in the morning. Currently there's a queen size bed, we can add additional twin size if need. It is suitable for business traveler or a small family.

This safe, quiet, fairly new, upscale community's house on the Mission Hills of Fremont is within Silicon Valley, East Bay of San Francisco. i680 is less than a mile away, Central Park (Lake Elizabeth) 20 minutes jog, 10-15 min drive to i880, and 12min walk to top ranking Mission San Jose High School. And 4 bus stops to Ohlone College (2 miles) , 2.7 miles to BART, 10 minutes drive to Mission Peak! Bus stop is right at the corner outside of our community.

Spacious, full furnished room with a high ceiling, full bath, large closet in a fairly new prime home on the hillside. This room's window faces south-east, full with bright sunshine in the morning.

Our beautiful and safe home at upscale Mission Hills with private community park in Mission San Jose Fremont is within Silicon Valley East Bay of San Francisco, 2/3 miles to I680, 15minutes to i880, and bus stop right at the corner taking you to BART station connecting to Oakland and SF airport and downtown.
It takes about 4bus stops to Ohlone College, 5 to Bart station (2.2 miles), and to Lake Elizabeth Central Park about 15 minutes' jog.

This is a large 9' high ceiling w/fan family room with three windows, large dining table, deco fireplace, large refrigerator, higher ceiling in the living room, extra high double sliding pocket door. The large dining table, refrigerator and chairs are suitable for small group startup's meeting or family gathering/eating privately.

Our home is situated in a quiet, hillside cul-de-sac, nestled in one of Fremont’s most desirable neighborhoods.

Your room is tucked away behind the garage, on the second floor, offering added privacy. Please be aware that our property has a very long driveway, accessing the room involves a 1–2 minute walk up a gentle slope (depending on where you park), as well as climbing an outdoor flight of stairs.

We have high standards for cleanliness. All linens, blankets, and towels will be changed and washed, room deep cleaned and sanitized after each guest’s stay, to ensure a fresh and sanitary experience for every new arrival.

The suite includes one full bed, one trundle with two twin beds, one sofa, and one dining table.

We provide a Blueair dual-protection air purifier in the room that delivers the best air quality.

We hope that your stay here will be delightful. However, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the house rules, as a violation of those rules may result in the termination of the Airbnb rental agreement and additional charges.

Prohibition

- Smoking is prohibited on the property and inside the room.

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

- No loud noise after 10 pm, including elevated TV or music volume, as well as loud speaking

- No partying activities are permitted.

Guests & Visitors

- During the stay, a maximum of two adult guests are permitted at any time.

- Approval must be obtained in advance for any additional overnight guests or visitors, and they are subject to additional fees.

- By default, the full bed will be prepared for the two guests. If additional beds need to be prepared, please inform the host in advance.

Maintenance

- Kindly refrain from eating or drinking on the bed.

- Keep dirty shoes off the carpet.

Parking on the road

Located in the heart of Silicon Valley, the house is very conveniently located. There are schools, gas stations, restaurants, CVS supermarkets and a large park within a five-minute walk. It is close to the 680/880 freeway, 30 minutes to San Jose Airport and 40 minutes to San Francisco International Airport. It is suitable for short-term business travelers and families.Multiple people need to inform in advance.

Parking is on the street at the door; kitchen is shared; laundry room is shared; internet is available and printers are used; after work or weekends can accompany shopping and other activities if available.

Guests will have access to the room from the front entrance. We will provide with towels, shampoo, and you can cook your food in the kitchen.
The password for wifi will be provided to the guests once they arrive. There is plenty of roadside free parking available and this is a very safe neighborhood so you don’t worry about your car.

There are a living room and a bathroom on the first and second floors, I myself am basically on the second floor, the kitchen and dining room are on the second floor, so your space is very quiet and private.
