Welcoming, cozy, sunny mini-cottage in the wine country, within walking distance to downtown Livermore. 5 miles or less to most wineries, Lawrence Livermore and Sandia Labs. Located in our spacious, beautiful backyard, this cottage is stocked with everything you need for a productive trip. We live in the in the main house and are here to help.
The space
COVID-19 precautions: we want you to know that we’re doing our part to help our Airbnb guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) before you check in.
Cottage size is 11x17' (3.3x5.2m) with a queen sized bed. There is an attached bathroom stocked with all of the essentials. In a kitchenette you will find 1 burner cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, basic cooking utensils and spices. We provide coffee, tea, salt/pepper and oil for cooking.
There is a wardrobe for your clothes and shoes and extra storage as well as extra blankets and pillows in the drawers beneath the bed.

There is plenty of street parking so you will always find a space on our wide street for your car in front our house. We ask our guests not to park on the driveway. You can use the area outside the cottage to have morning tea/coffee or relax. If you have any questions- just give us a call or text through the Airbnb app and we will be in touch shortly.

This quaint apartment is the middle unit in a small, one-story, tri-plex. It has 2 bedrooms with comfy beds and quality linens. The updated bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Enjoy a glass of wine on the private patio.
The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with all the essentials including a crockpot and nutribullet blender. You will also find a coffee maker with both drip and keurig abilities, French press, electric kettle, toaster, bakeware, food storage containers, cooking utensils and dishwasher.
The smart TV is ready for you to enter your own account information to watch Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime, or you can watch the Roku channel or Xfinity app without an account - no logging in required. The Roku channel has both movies and TV shows, and the Xfinity app has some basic cable channels like NBC, CBS, KRON4, FOX2, KTVU.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Located in the beautiful Livermore wine country just two miles from downtown. With walking/biking trails just across the street and two wineries in walking distance you won’t need to go far to enjoy your time here. This very spacious one king bed bedroom cottage (and queen Murphy bed) is just right for quiet time. Most days you can see horses and cows just out your windows with owls hooting and birds chirping for the country feel.
The space
The front door opens onto a foyer and the full bath with washer and dryer. To the right is the great room where the living, cooking and dining takes place. The queen murphy bed is located out of the way in the living area. Upon entry and to the left is a large bedroom with king bed, large closet and a built it desk area. The bedroom and living room have individual heating and cooling. The water is ‘on-demand’ hot water.
Guest access
Cottage parking is directly in front of the front door. Electric vehicle charging is available BYOC - bring your own chord.
Other things to note
The property is on well water and septic and is powered by solar panels. We ask that you flush nothing but TP. Sometimes during big storms the aquifer gets turbid and the water get some extra siltation. This is very rare and we have a Britta water filter in the fridge for those times.

Early check-in or late check-out are an extra cost of $20 per hour, however approval is based on availability.
The space
This quaint apartment is part of a small 3 unit, one-story, tri-plex. It has 2 bedrooms with comfy beds and quality linens. The sofa bed is a Comfort Sleeper made by American Leather and is the most comfortable sofa bed on the market. The updated bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Enjoy a glass of wine on the private patio.
The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with all the essentials including coffee maker, toaster, and blender.
The smart TV is ready for you to enter your own account information to watch Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime, or you can watch the Roku channel or Xfinity app without an account - no logging in required. The Roku channel has both movies and TV shows, and the Xfinity app has some basic cable channels like NBC, CBS, KRON4, FOX2, KTVU.
There is a washer/dryer in the unit for our guests who are on extended stays and need to refresh their laundry. Please bring your favorite laundry detergent and consumables.
Please note: we are always doing some form of redecorating. The property may not look *exactly* as pictured when you arrive. We are always aiming to update and improve, and hope that you will be pleasantly surprised with any changes :). You agree that you are not eligible for a refund due to changes in furnishings and decor.

Guests have the entire apartment to themselves. However please note that there is a shared wall and there is potential for some noise transfer.

This is a non-smoking/vaping property and is not suitable for guests that smoke/vape.
