2. No smoking of any kind on premise. Any smoking activity found on premise will result in an additional $1,000 for deep cleaning and odor removal service.

Across the street is a newly remodeled community that has loads of companies like SurveyMonkey, Guidewire, OpenText, BlueBottle, etc.

Your entry is on the west side of the house and you will be provided with a personal code to enter the dead bolt. Please park in one of the two spaces in front of the house and enter through the gate on the left/west side of the house, walking down the side of the house and up three steps to your entry door.

As this is a house built in the 50’s, some of the walls are not well insulated and you may hear some sounds from my side of the house - we try to avoid making undue noise and appreciate your understanding.

The kitchenette has a microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle, Keurig coffeemaker and small refrigerator, as well as plenty of silverware and dishes. It does not have a stove or conventional oven.

Fun 1890s Craftsman decorated with spicy colors, fun artwork and plenty of love! Dogs are welcome, but sorry, no pee pads, unfixed dogs or cats. Rosie my sweet-natured lab mix bit shy but loves dogs. I am the only one living here so guests enjoy lots of space and freedom.
