My home was build three years ago. It is super cute & cozy. Its centrally located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Just 10-40 min. to the wine regions, Lodi, Amador, Shenandoah. Close to hwy 99, 15 minutes from downtown Sacramento, the new Golden 1 center, home of the Sacramento Kings. Hwy50 & I-80 are about 10-20 north of my location. South shore Lake Tahoe is 2 hrs away. Snow skiing is just over an hour away. The room can comfortably accommodate 2 people.

High speed WiFi is available throughout the house. There is no TV in the bedroom but you are welcome to use the one in the family room for streaming the news, watching Netflix or Amazon Prime Videos and local channels. I do not have cable. I have a very comfortable queen bed with quality sheets and a cover. The room has a closet with hangers for your use. It also has central heat and air. Guests are free to use the family room that has an inviting comfortable reclining sofas and the well-kept, quiet backyard. Purified water, coffee maker, hot water pot and assorted teas and coffee are offered. I don't offer an "official" breakfast but feel free to make yourself a coffee or tea. Very Charming and Bright Private Room w/clean Private bathroom in a quiet, newly build neighborhood. Upon entering, there is a large organized living room, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a private backyard with comfy seating area where one can work, or simply have dinner or coffee/tea. This house is close to major freeways, great restaurants, good neighborhoods, available bus route/shopping facilities, & great views. A wonderful place for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

The space
High speed WiFi is available throughout the house. There is no TV in the bedroom but you are welcome to use the one in the family room for streaming the news, watching Netflix or Amazon Prime Videos and local channels. I do not have cable. I have a very comfortable queen bed with quality sheets and a cover. The room has a closet with hangers for your use. It also has central heat and air. Guests are free to use the family room that has an inviting comfortable reclining sofas and the well-kept, quiet backyard. Purified water, coffee maker, hot water pot and assorted teas and coffee are offered. I don't offer an "official" breakfast but feel free to make yourself a coffee or tea. If you need anything within my means I will be happy to help you out.

There is plenty of free, safe parking on the street in front of my home. With a safe combination lock, I have a self-check-in or out option so you can check in anytime even if I am not home or your flight is delayed. Of course I am home most of the time to welcome you and orient you to your new space. Please make yourself at home in the kitchen (light use), family room, dining room and outdoor area. The washer/dryer and iron/ironing board are available for you to use.

During your stay
I give my guests space but I am very easy going and enjoy a good converstion.

Other things to note
My kitchen is available for light use only. Heating things up, making sandwiches or salads. I have plenty of room in the fridge or pantry to store your food items or leftovers.

It’s a lovely unit from the main house. You have the unit to your self.

You will love this charming, friendly, clean, quiet, and safe home. It is 30 minutes drive to Downtown Sacramento and Sac States University. Upon entering there is a large hallway, a well organize receiving room with fireplace, fully equipped, modern and wide kitchen and dining area. Next to the kitchen is the living room with a fireplace, comfortable couch, and a 55 inches TV available for your use. There are ceiling fans in all rooms, ac/heat. Smart lock access for easy check in and check out.

Downstairs room with cozy queen size bed with private detached bathroom, foldable laptop desk and chair, 45 inch TV in which you can watch Netflix, HULU, Youtube, DIsney Channel and Prime.

This house is close to major freeways, great restaurants, Starbucks, good neighborhoods, Costco, Walmart, grocery stores, sports parks, Yoga place, Pilates, and Gym. The Elk Grove Aquatic Center is 1.6 miles from the house, 15 minutes to Apple Inc and 9 minutes’ drive to the newly opened Sky River Casino. There are few medical facilities such as Dignity Health 5 minutes drive, Sutter Medical and Sutter Urgent Care in Elk Grove 7 minutes’ drive, 5.1 miles to Methodist Hospital, 5.5 miles to Kaiser, 12 miles to UC Davis Medical Center, 20 miles to Lodi Memorial Hospital.

American River Parkway is also 30 minutes drive from the house. It is a 302 -acre park features a 32 mile bike trail, ball fields, picnic site, fishing and boating launches.

If you are wine connoisseur, there are great wineries located here in Elk Grove, Lodi and Galt which is 30 minutes drive from the house.

I work in a school so my day starts really early but I am very quiet while getting ready to work. My husband works from home full time, his day typically starts around 8AM. He is friendly and approachable, any concerns and questions he will gladly help.

There is much to offer at this peaceful and centrally-located place. From relaxing by the pool, restoring your muscles in the hot tub, playing a few rounds of pool, and so much more. Located only 25min from SMF and within 2hours from SFO, OAK & SJC. Enjoy a night out in all Sacramento has to offer with an easy 15min drive to downtown and Old Sac. Ample parking here with extra privacy for you to enjoy sun bathing by the pool.

It is in a quiet, secure and safe neighborhood near restaurants, hospitals grocery stores beautiful parks and running trails. Downtown, Old Sacramento and the Civic Center is 15 minutes away. Short walk across to minimart, restaurants & postoffice. A lovely park for walk and jog is next to the compound. About 2 hrs drive to Yosemite, Lake Tahoe and San Francisco. 30min from Sacramento Int Airport.

The space
This master bedroom is furnished with your comfort in mind, big enough for two adults. The queen size bed has a premium topper to feel like a luxurious hotel bed. Both normal and memory foam pillows are also provided for a good night's sleep.

Two large cushioned chairs and tables to form two work stations. 55 inch TV for you to enjoy while lying on the bed. Starbucks coffee and tea are provided too with coffee machine. Enjoy your coffee in your private balcony in two comfortable rocking chairs.

Large bathroom with two sinks, standing shower and an extra large tub. Mini fridge is under the sink so there is no extra noise in the room. Towels and bathing essentials are provided. Clothe rack is on wheels, you can push it to anywhere you like. Hygenic wood floorings that would be thoroughly wiped before you come in. Self check in and out, and don't hesitate to text the host if you have an issue.

A large master bedroom with a large attached bathroom, plus a private balcony for more relaxation and extra fresh air. You will walk up a flight of stairs, reached a corridor, turn right to your room at the end of the short corridor. You will not have access to the host's unit, only to your room. Entrance pass codes will be sent to you on actual day.

Other things to note
This room is on the second floor. There is a flight of carpeted staircase with 18 steps to reach the room. Go up the stairs, you will reach a corridor. Turn right, the room is at the end of this short corridor. You are totally separated from the host but share this staircase.

There are two large drawers on both sides of the bed for your clothes storage, and a hanging clothe rack (with hangers) is available too. Extra blankets in this drawer. The two lamps are touch-activated, you can find charging USB outlets behind the lamp bases.

Occupancy Limit: The suite is designed to accommodate a maximum of two registered guests. Alarm Activation: In the event that the alarm system is accidentally triggered within the suite, the guest will be responsible for the payment of any fees incurred by the alarm company to come and deactivate it. Need a place to stay that feels like a vacation? Then this is it. Stay in your own private room with its own patio overlooking the pool. The patio has two chairs and a small table and can be accessed through your room. Enjoy your morning coffee outside. Jump in the pool for a quick dip or sunbathe. We have everything you need to feel welcome. The new Sky River Casino is about an 11-minute drive. Old Town Elk Grove is about a 10-minute walk.

The space
The room has a 43-inch Samsung smart TV, a comfy swivel chair, a mirror, a clothes rack, a desk, and a chair. This room is located downstairs. Since it is also located by the side where the AC system is, you'll be able to hear the noise from the AC when it kicks in. The downstairs bathroom is mostly yours to use. There is a curtain divider from the kitchen to your area to give you added privacy.

Guest access
Guests can enjoy wandering into the living room where you'll find a 55-inch smart TV. Or heat up lunch/dinner in the kitchen. There is an air fryer toaster oven and a Keurig coffee maker (single pods). The refrigerator is shared so you can use it if needed. If there is anything else you need, please let me know.

Other things to note
We have beach towels to use at the pool. There is a clothesline on the patio post that you can hook to the other post to hang your wet bathing suits and towels.

The city of Elk Grove requires the recycling of food waste so there is a container on the counter by the sink for food waste. Once it is ready to be thrown out, tie up the bag and put it in the green yard waste bin outside (Organics). Bin is located by the side of the fence on the driveway.

Pool service is on Mondays and Gardening service is on Tuesdays.

Note: Starting June 1, a small dog will be staying at the property.

The house is located in a very beautiful neighborhood the surrounding area is peaceful. We have beautiful Parks around and the walking trails as well. 2 major Freeways are close by 99 and 5 .
We have Costco, nuggets ,Trader Joe’s all about 3 minutes drive . Sacramento is very well known for their authentic food 🥘 restaurants are 5 to 10 minutes drive . Sacramento airport is 30 minutes away downtown DOCO Golden 1 Center is 20 minutes away .
