Please note the bathroom is inside the bedroom, so the space is best for either a couple or a small family. There are two work stations, one desk in the bedroom & a work table for 3 in the kitchen/living room, perfect for remote working. The kitchen has everything you need including spices, olive oil & balsamic. The Kuerig machine is also an espresso machine with a milk frother for latte's-we include coffee & tea. Take a short stroll into downtown where there are over 20 restaurants, coffee shops, bars & boutiques. Downtown events include Sat. After 2 years of the biggest labor of love of my life, I have finally finished structurally retrofitting this 100 year old house (built in 1924) and adding a whole NEW apartment to the lower level of my home. If I do say so myself, it is a stunning, magical and comfortable space designed in a Moroccan/Turkish themed space. Each piece, material and layout is completely bespoke. You will enjoy a very unique stay.

Inside the apartment, you will find a colorful and unique space to relax in. This includes a kitchenette set up with a coffee maker, electric kettle, mini fridge, microwave, toaster, cutting boards, dishes, glasses, and utensils like flatware, wine & can opener, cheese grater etc. It does not have a stove or hot plate. The first 5 guests will receive an additional and delicious amenity.

There is Wifi via fiber internet and a smart TV in the comfortable living room. The expandable dining table offers a space to work from home.

The beds are memory foam and plush (even the murphy bed). There is room for storage of clothes and a space to hang them up.

The bathroom shower is something to be seen and experienced in person (which I designed and tiled myself).

You will have the whole lower level to yourself including a private patio. I am a professional landscape architect so designing my own garden was a given. It was newly installed as of October 2024.

There are a few outdoor cats that lounge around in the back yard. They are all very chill and one in particular is very friendly.

While Vallejo might not be as typically sought after as Napa or SF, it is very central to both and can offer charming local food, drinks, and nearby sights and activities. The apartment is a 4 minute drive to the ferry that takes you straight in to the city and a 20-25 minute drive in to Napa. I lived in SF for 8 years so I can offer some suggestions there if you'd like. Vallejo has a lot of history and culture and is also home to the Bay Area artist E-40 who grew up a few blocks away.

ROCKVILLE HEIGHTS is located on 5 peaceful acres, high upon the hill overlooking beautiful regional park space with views for miles. This home is rural, peaceful and tranquil, yet only minutes from shopping, restaurants and best of all - the wineries. Wine tastings, hiking, biking and more await you!

Our home is located within 5 miles of at least 10 wineries for you to visit! The home has 2200+/- sq ft of outdoor deck with comfy outdoor seating. We've built this home to take in the amazing outdoor views. We have three bedrooms which can accommodate 6 adults very comfortably (1 king, 2 queens). There are also two full/queen sofa sleepers, one in each of the living spaces. Owners live on site, but privacy is afforded to both homes due to great location. This home is two stories with two full kitchens and two living areas. First floor has one bedroom, one full bathroom, full kitchen and open concept living space. There is a hot tub on the expansive deck outside, which wraps the home on three sides. Outdoor furniture, a glass fire pit table and a propane Weber BBQ are among the comforts available. The second story has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, washer/dryer, full kitchen, and open concept living space with tons of natural light and windows to take in the gorgeous views. The second floor also boasts an expansive deck on three sides with lots of comfortable outdoor seating and a glass fire pit table. The home was built in 2021, so everything is new.

Make your stay a little more special by having Chef Adam prepare a 5-star meal for you at the house. Work with Chef to build the menu that you desire, and then let him take care of everything! Chef Adam strives to achieve 6 out of 5 stars every time. You will love experiencing this gastronomic delight!

I also have contacts for a Mimosa Breakfast, delightful lunch on the deck, or picnic lunch to take along with you on your adventures for the day. I only recommend the best and our guests who've had the pleasure will agree!

If you and your group fancy a guided hike at our local Regional Park, or perhaps a private Yoga or Mat Pilates class out on the deck, I have a wonderful recommendation!

For fun outdoors on the deck, there is Giant Jenga, Connect Four and Cornhole games available for use.

We are located in a rural area, so guests need to be aware that they may encounter an animal during their stay. To date, no guests have spotted any. We know they are around, mostly at night and they don't make a habit of even letting you know they are here, as they are afraid of humans.

Here in the valley we have circular/multi-directional winds. With that, we have a "horn-whistle" hum that occurs when the winds are brisk and blowing through the deck, due to the elevation of our home. So far, most of our guests have found the sound endearing and "cool" during their visits.

Note: Due to (ridiculous, unfair and short-sighted in favor of BIG BUSINESS and clearly NOT in support of their own local community members) changes set forth by Solano County Supervisors, Effective 04/27/2023 we can only accept reservations of 30-days or more. They and their new rules voted in, REFUSE to allow us to become permitted for Short-Term or Vacation rental use. Our apologies to past and what would have been future guests, who have always been supportive and respectful stellar guests.

➤ NO SMOKING:
Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Violations will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and a $1,000 de-smoking fee, which includes ozone treatment to eliminate odors.

➤ QUIET HOURS:
To maintain peace in the neighborhood, no loud music or outdoor gatherings are permitted after 9 PM. A warning will be issued for excessive noise, but repeat violations will incur a $250 fine and may lead to eviction without a refund.

➤ CHILD-FRIENDLY HOME:
Our home is thoughtfully designed with families in mind and is child-friendly to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay. The kitchen drawers are equipped with child locks for added safety.

To open the kitchen drawers:
- Open the drawers slowly.
- Push down on the black child lock tabs to release the lock.

The room is comfortable, full of light, and right next to your bathroom. I've been asked before, so I've decided to include the answer here: No there is no desk/workspace.

In general, the house’s open-concept common areas are nicely appointed and I keep a very clean house. The dining table gets morning sun, and the kitchen has every appliance you can imagine.

No additional costs/fees, but I don't allow pets and the house isn't kid particularly friendly.

Cute art-deco house with an open floor plan in the common areas. Your bedroom is next to the bathroom that will be yours for the duration of the reservation.

Have your morning coffee or tea on the front porch or the back patio.

The washer and dryer are located in the laundry room just off the well-appointed kitchen.

My office is in the middle of the house. I work from home so I can be found behind my desk from 7 am to 4 pm most weekdays. As previously mentioned, there's no desk or workspace in the room. My hope is to provide a safe, clean space to rest between your adventures outside of the house. I'd prefer not to host guests who will be "#wfh".

Lights:

If lights are left on (inactive) for more than 5mins host will turn them off for you (we understand you may forget)

We take pride in ensuring you have everything you need during your stay. We provide various levels of amenities to ease your stay, and allow you to enjoy a relaxing experience. We ask for mutual respect as we provide an inexpensive room for your stay.

This is the perfect place for professionals who are traveling, or just anyone looking for a comfy place to stay. Whether brief, or long term, we are here to accommodate you!

There are absolutely no refunds when booking with Madame V. Remember that in booking, you are booking one bunk bed ONLY.

For one bed, the maximum allowed individuals is two people. If you happen to need more space, consider booking another bed to maximize your comfortability.

Any guest who books for more than THREE days or makes an alteration request for a longer stay must clean after themselves at all times. Treat it as if this were your own home.

Remember that this is someone's home, and we all have bills to pay.

We understand The Bay Area is expensive and for that reason is we are the lowest priced rooms in town (Vallejo/Napa).

Here are a few house rules that will help assist me in providing excellent hospitality for you and guests to come:

Lights:
Please turn off ALL lights anywhere in the home if you are not immediately using them. We ask that you do not keep lights on overnight.

If lights are left on (inactive) for more than 5mins host will turn them off for you (we understand you may forget)

Rooms:
SHARED ROOM
Be mindful of your noise level after 10pm
We need to ensure everyone is able to enjoy a good night's rest
Since we have a wide variety of professionals in the home
(working overnight/9-5 or vice versa)
Be aware of your personal noises on your persons/devices (use headphones during the day/night and keep your voices at an appropriate level)

Long Term Guest: Be mindful we are not responsible for your belongings. Keep all personal items in the space provided or in your car. We have closet space and drawers underneath beds.

Keep luggage/suitcases in closets and be sure to keep a path to beds CLEAR at all times.

Laundry Service is available for a fee if needed for dirty clothes
(ask for a bag to keep out of sight).

PRIVATE ROOMS
Your room key will be either in a lockbox, in your room waiting for you, or given to you by the host.
You have booked a private room but still must share the bathroom. Make sure to understand this prior to booking.
Keep all personal toiletries with you at all times.
Leave keys in the room (visible for host to see) or put them back into lockbox when you're checking out.

Long Term Guest: Keep all personal items in the space provided or in your car. We have closet space and drawers underneath beds.
Laundry Service is available for a fee if needed for dirty clothes (ask for bag to keep out of sight).

Bathroom:
When taking a shower please be mindful there is only ONE bathroom.
Keep showers 15mins or less

Do NOT remove hair drain when showering (allowing your hair to go down the drain)
It clogs our drains and causes it to drain slowly

RATHER
After shampooing please collect your hair and throw it into trash
Keep bathroom clean at all times
Sweep hair from floor after you brush/comb it
Rinse shower down after each use
If you shave please make sure to wipe all hairs from the counter

Kitchen:
Please help out and recycle, we have bins/boxes labeled for easy disposal.
Turn off water faucet after each use. Wash all dishes after each use
If you cook, please wipe down all areas used
Mark all foods (dry storage and fridge)
You have all access to anything labeled
"Guest Use Only"

Common Area (living room):
Since the sofa is offered as a listing be mindful if a guest has booked it
Keep the TV volume down after 10pm
Use headphones if multiple guests are in the room at once

Smokers Section (outside):
Since NO smoking is allowed
We have provided a smoker's section on the side of the house (ask host to show you)
Table, Chairs, & Ashtray provided

Parking:
Street Parking is available (if you cannot find one immediately in front look further down the street)
No parking on the driveway at any time

We are a great location for working professionals looking for reasonable prices to stay (for any occasion), or families looking to have a weekend of fun at Six Flags.

This is room 1 and it is best suited for one person as the bed is a twin size. You may use the kitchen, washer, dryer and all common areas inside and out, excluding garage.

You have a great view of Vallejo from your bedroom window. You may use the kitchen, washer, dryer and outdoor patio set. Easy access to the freeway's, ferry, and public transportation.

Guests are free to use the kitchen, laundry room, hang out in the living room or family room or out in the yard.

Awesome, quite neighborhood close to highway 80 to get you where you need to go. This room has beautiful natural light, and a nice big comfy Queen size bed.

The space
We love our home! My husband is an artist, so the walls are filled with beautiful original works of art. We both love to work on the landscaping while the decor is my thing. Together with our two lovable pups, we've created a space that is comfortable and welcoming.

We have a loft area that has a small fridge, coffee maker, with complimentary Coffee and Tea's. The kitchen is available for preparing your meals. There is a washer and dryer available as well.

During your stay
We're very social people but we also respect our guests privacy. Whether you are just looking for a place to crash or want to sit in the backyard and enjoy the fire pit with a glass of wine, it's all good.

This is a private room for Solo business traveler or travelers to have lots space and comfortable living in our area. with private gated parking. Large kitchen and bathrooms shared with three other rooms. Excellent security, one guest recently said our place is so secure it’s like a fortress! We are sorry, but we will no longer accept requests from guests with fewer than 5 five star reviews. Look forward to welcoming you here!

When each room is booked, we do not accept any visitors without advance notice or meeting them in person. We do not think any one likes to living here to share with 8 people? Would you? If we allowing every one bring in visitors. Only share with two bathrooms. We are very comfortable without parties here. Best of luck to your search.
Please understand we have professional cleaner to clean and maintain the common areas of the property, we will add $60/month for 2nd month reservation. And so on to third or fourth months .
