The studio has a dedicated space for your shoes, coats and totes, a large closet with hangers, drawers and shelving, a small selection of books, two light chairs, a counter-height table, full-size bed with a Helix mattress, chargers, Roku TV for your streaming service subscriptions, full size gas stove, a French press, ground coffee and tea selections, plates, cookware. Guests have the studio and a back patio entirely to themselves. The studio is located at the back of the property. To get to it, one will be crossing the side yard. This is the space shared with the rest of the property. On its open side, the back patio shares a view of the back yard. Self check-in with a smart lock. Shower, gas stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, Roku TV, AC/heating with remote inside the unit. Industrial counter-height dining table doubles as a work desk. A dedicated work desk with office chair can be provided on request. Outside, a patio table to eat al fresco and lounge chair to stretch out with a book or podcast.

*Junie is an excitable, young shepherd mix still working on her manners. If you or your children are uncomfortable around dogs, this might not be the right place for you.

Since the guesthouse shares a backyard with our family home, you may occasionally hear the pleasant (and sometimes unpleasant) sounds of our children and dog while they are playing outside.

Peaceful and centrally-located room with private entrance. Quick access to both Carquinez and Benicia bridges and minutes away from Six Flags, Napa and San Francisco.

The space
This is a small space with a double bed and full bathroom. Probably more comfortable for one guest but I will consider two. I set up a space for light cooking. There is a microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven and hot plate available. There is also a mini fridge and a full size fridge just outside the room. I will be home in the main house if you need anything! My friends say that it feels like they are in a cabin in Tahoe. It’s very quiet and because I’m by the water it’s a cooler climate. You will have your own dedicated parking space in my driveway. This is located in a well maintained quiet mobile home park.

Small 2bd/1bath cottage. A 2 minute walk to the Sacramento River, bars, and restaurants. Boat launch is practically across the street.

The kitchen is stocked with plates, silverware, pots, coffee maker, etc. (Just please clean up after yourself)
There is WiFi, but it is not always reliable so I haven’t listed it as an amenity but it usually works well for the tv.

The space
An electric fireplace/heater in the main room gives a homey atmosphere.

The larger bedroom has a queen bed and the smaller has a twin with a pull out trundle bed plus a rollaway twin.

The entire cottage is at your disposal. Fully stocked kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a small laundry room with washer and dryer. It has one parking spot but street and alley parking is just a few steps away

Other things to note
Be advised that there is a church across the alley that occasionally holds Sunday service outside when the weather is nice. The music could be hard to sleep through when this is the case so some Sundays you might be awakened about 9:30

There is no central a/c and the summers get hot. I assume most guests are planning to enjoy the river rather than staying indoors for the most part, but there is a window mounted a/c unit to help with the heat if needed. It is not a large place, so it is usually effective at keeping it cool.
This is not a fancy place, but the proximity to the river and local bars and restaurants make it a convenient location.

Vaulted Luxe Haus is newly designed for 2023. The space is 460 square feet and all room's have high Vaulted ceilings & ton's of natural light. Modern & Stylish. We worked hard to pay attention to every detail so our guests can have a comfortable experience. A Queen 1 bedroom with ensuite bathroom, Washer & Dryer (we supply laundry soap & softener), fully stocked kitchen & super comfy gel memory foam queen West Elm sofa bed for two. Please note the bathroom is inside the bedroom, so the space is best for either a couple or a small family. There are two work stations, one desk in the bedroom & a work table for 3 in the kitchen/living room, perfect for remote working. The kitchen has everything you need including spices, olive oil & balsamic. The Kuerig machine is also an espresso machine with a milk frother for latte's-we include coffee & tea. Take a short stroll into downtown where there are over 20 restaurants, coffee shops, bars & boutiques. Downtown events include Sat. Farmer's Market, Fri concerts in the park plus many other seasonal events. If you are traveling with another couple or larger group of friends/family, our other listing, "Tiny VaultedHaus" is located on the same property so you can rent both to have 2 Queen bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, queen sofa bed, 2 private patio's & a washer/dryer. Dog allowed for a $65 fee & permission, please tell us more about your pet. Anyone other than those on the reservation will not be allowed on the premises. Illegal activities will not be tolerated. Vaulted Luxe Haus is located in the same property as our other listing on Airbnb, "Tiny VaultedHaus" so renting both would be perfect for 2 couples or family traveling together. They each have their own private patio with coded door locks. Renting both gives you 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a washer/dryer, one full kitchen & one kitchenette, and a pull out queen sofa bed. We allow dogs for $65 per stay & permission. We love hosting our furry friends! The property has an exterior camera for guest & host safety. There are no interior camera's.

Vallejo is centrally located about 20 miles from Napa and Sonoma wine country and about 30 miles to downtown San Francisco. The Sierras Nevada mountains are a few hours by car.

Staying with us on a Saturday?? Be sure to head down and take in all the sights, smells, and sounds of our local FARMERS MARKET every Saturday from 9am to 2pm.

Head down and enjoy the sunset, water view, and a beverage on the roof of the Mare Island brewery tap room.

without a car?? still want to visit SF?? No Problem! The SF Ferry terminal is a short walk away and can take you straight to downtown SF or the SF Giants baseball stadium.

Into artisan foods, cheeses, crackers, olive oils, chocolates, and more? Visit Anchor Pantry downtown on Maine Street to satisfy the cravings!
