- "Lovely and large room with charming bath. " - "We were in room 10, which is at the top floor of the barn. It's a spacious and comfortable suite. We appreciated the amenities and the cleanliness. We found it to be quiet at night during the 4 nights we were there. The staff were friendly and helpful. The daily breakfast was excellent. There were 1-2 hot entrees that changed daily, breads and waffles for toasting, yogurt, cereals, fresh fruit, and pastries that changed each day. It was so nice to have a variety, and to not have to leave the property for breakfast. We didn't try the wine and cheese offered each afternoon, but my husband enjoyed getting some port each night. The location was excellent. We used Yountville as a base to go tasting in Napa, the Sonoma area, and Calistoga. We had all of our dinners in Yountville, and most were walking distance from the hotel. The town itself is not too crowded, but there were so many places to eat! We had a great time and highly recommend Lavender."
