This unit is NOT suitable for:
- children 2-12
- people with impaired mobility
- shy folks. The toilet and shower are in the room.
- people who do not like nature. The unit sits right on the park. There are insects, animals and birds in nature.
The family dog (25 lbs max) is welcome.

Guest access
When you arrive, please park in your designated flagstone parking space to the left as you face the house. The studio is down the flagstone path in front of you as you park. The gated entrance to Dorothy's Room is to your right. The key will be under the welcome mat.
Other things to note
Please note there are other units on the property that may be occupied during your stay. If you have a larger group you may want to rent the downstairs 2br/2ba. The property is designed to give maximum privacy to guests.
