The view from many of the rooms and family room as well as kitchen was amazing. Spectacular bay views! This resort-style home is located in one of the best areas between Napa Valley & San Francisco Bay area with epic VIEWS of stunning sunsets, bay & mountains. Retreat living with a chef's kitchen at its best. Secluded on hilltop, yet just 5-10 minutes from Starbucks, grocery stores, fine dining, entertainment and close by golf courses. If you are coming for a wedding, family gathering, business trip, tourism & more, this place is the best choice.
Other things to note:
This house originally has 4 bedrooms, but one of the bedrooms is currently used as an open loft office without a closet. There is a futon.

- "Relaxing house and backyard" - "This was a beautiful location and area to stay. The weather wasn't great the first half of trip so we weren't able to enjoy the outside deck, but overall the house was great. Only thing I wish we new there was a charge to use the hot tub during "off season" as we really sought out that house because of the hot tub and pool, but didn't know about extra fee to use until we paid for it. Other than that we enjoyed the house very much."

Our home is located within 5 miles of at least 10 wineries for you to visit! The home has 2200+/- sq ft of outdoor deck with comfy outdoor seating. We've built this home to take in the amazing outdoor views. We have three bedrooms which can accommodate 6 adults very comfortably (1 king, 2 queens). There are also two full/queen sofa sleepers, one in each of the living spaces. Owners live on site, but privacy is afforded to both homes due to great location. This home is two stories with two full kitchens and two living areas. First floor has one bedroom, one full bathroom, full kitchen and open concept living space. There is a hot tub on the expansive deck outside, which wraps the home on three sides. Outdoor furniture, a glass fire pit table and a propane Weber BBQ are among the comforts available. The second story has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, washer/dryer, full kitchen, and open concept living space with tons of natural light and windows to take in the gorgeous views. The second floor also boasts an expansive deck on three sides with lots of comfortable outdoor seating and a glass fire pit table. The home was built in 2021, so everything is new.

Make your stay a little more special by having Chef Adam prepare a 5-star meal for you at the house. Work with Chef to build the menu that you desire, and then let him take care of everything! Chef Adam strives to achieve 6 out of 5 stars every time. You will love experiencing this gastronomic delight!

I also have contacts for a Mimosa Breakfast, delightful lunch on the deck, or picnic lunch to take along with you on your adventures for the day. I only recommend the best and our guests who've had the pleasure will agree!

If you and your group fancy a guided hike at our local Regional Park, or perhaps a private Yoga or Mat Pilates class out on the deck, I have a wonderful recommendation!

For fun outdoors on the deck, there is Giant Jenga, Connect Four and Cornhole games available for use.

We are located in a rural area, so guests need to be aware that they may encounter an animal during their stay. To date, no guests have spotted any. We know they are around, mostly at night and they don't make a habit of even letting you know they are here, as they are afraid of humans.

Here in the valley we have circular/multi-directional winds. With that, we have a "horn-whistle" hum that occurs when the winds are brisk and blowing through the deck, due to the elevation of our home. So far, most of our guests have found the sound endearing and "cool" during their visits.

Note: Due to (ridiculous, unfair and short-sighted in favor of BIG BUSINESS and clearly NOT in support of their own local community members) changes set forth by Solano County Supervisors, Effective 04/27/2023 we can only accept reservations of 30-days or more. They and their new rules voted in, REFUSE to allow us to become permitted for Short-Term or Vacation rental use. Our apologies to past and what would have been future guests, who have always been supportive and respectful stellar guests.

- "The house was perfect for our group of 9. Each of the 5 parties had their own bedroom and bathroom. The views of the sunrise over the mountains across the valley were amazing and in the opposite direction the fog rolling in over the hills Was entertaining. We loved the pool, played pickle ball, bocce, and bags. We cooked on the wood fired Argentine grill and ate at the large round table in the dining room. Our trips to Napa/ Sonoma were never too long from this location and we loved the short drive to the local wineries. Don’t miss Caymus-Suisun, amazing grounds and wines. We will be back. The group will rent the house again in the future!!"

Tampering/disabling/obstructing outdoor security cameras will result in eviction without a refund.

* Lost Items: If a guest loses/takes house remotes (awning remote & spa remote) guest will pay a $350 fine.

* Spa Cover: A spa safety cover is provided on the property for guest use. For safety, guests should always place the spa cover over the spa when it is not in use. Guest assumes all responsibility for risk associated with not placing the cover over the spa when not in use.

* If there is an issue that needs assistance during your stay, guests will allow Edinburg Estate at least 24 hours to address the issue and 48 hours for a solution.

* Landscaper/pool/ service may quickly stop by during your stay to tend to the pool/property to keep it pristine.

* Damages: If you or your guests cause damage to the property or furnishings, you will be responsible for the cost of the needed repairs/replacements.

* In compliance with local regulations, we require a 30 day minimum rental contract. Rent is due in advance each week. If you do not sign a 30-day minimum rental contract, your booking will be canceled for a full refund.
