Let’s get romantic in the master Suite on its own 3rd level. Bedroom 1 has a two double beds, PlayStation 4, and a work desk. Bedroom 2 has a comfy and tranquil queen bed. Fully equipped kitchen for service of 8 guests. There are four barstools to entertain while the chef is cooking. The coffee table also converts to a dining table. Cleaning Expectations & Fee Transparency:
In accordance with California short-term rental law (AB 2202), we’re committed to transparency about cleaning responsibilities and potential fees.

Our standard cleaning fee covers:

To avoid additional cleaning charges, we kindly ask that guests:

Place trash in bins by Sunday, 11 AM
A team member will pull bins to the curb between 1–6 PM on Sunday
Overflowing trash after a short stay (1–2 nights) = $225 removal fee
Limit: 1 trash bin + 1 recycling bin per short-term stay

Pet Policy:
No pets allowed — homeowner has severe allergies
Violations result in a $2,000 fine (If you have a service animal, please contact us first before booking.)

Waiver Requirement:
All guests will be required to sign a waiver, especially for use of the pool, hot tub, and outdoor amenities

Respect the Neighborhood:
No loud music or boomboxes
Don’t allow noise to carry beyond the property
Keep windows closed at night—sound travels!

No outdoor fires or campfires
Tabletop fire pit is for ambiance only, not for cooking

Smoking Policy:
Strict no smoking anywhere on the property (including the driveway)

Pool Vacuum:
Please don’t disconnect it. You can place it on the deck while swimming, but be sure to put it back in the pool afterward so the cleaning cycle keeps running.

We planned to make dinner the first night in the huge kitchen, but it had no forks and very few cups. Confetti and sequins on the floors, and crumbs in the refrigerator. We spent our first night in the house running loads of laundry, remaking the beds, and running to the store to get cups and silverware. Needless to say the first night of our vacation was anything but. The property manager was kind and apologetic. He brought over silverware and cups the next day which we had to unbox, clean and restock in the cupboards. It seems like the property should have been checked that it was clean and stocked before guests arrive."
