Excellent & convenient location! This rental is for a spacious master bedroom with a walk in closet and a private bathroom. Slightly bigger than 169 sq ft, the room rental includes one twin bed, a TV (w-Amazon Prime Video), and lots of space! Rental also includes a parking spot in the complex, access to the main areas of the Condo including the patio, living area, kitchen, laundry area, community pool, spa and gym. Safeway, the Nugget and several other shops are across the street.

The space
The property is located on a third floor. There is a door at the bottom of the stairs that allows a person to exit the complex. Directly across the street is Safeway and several other shops and places to eat. 24 hour fitness, Starbucks, Walgreens and the Nugget are all walking distance. Also, there are beautiful walking trails and parks nearby. Additionally, there’s a middle school down the street, about a 5 minute walk away.

Children cannot be left in the home unsupervised.

This private suite has a separate entrance with screen door, kitchenette & bathroom. The Bedroom has a full size bed with quality linens and a 4” Memory Foam topper, fireplace, ceiling & floor fans, t.v., futon & closet. Kitchenette offers the essentials, electric hot pot & skillet, small refrigerator, sink with garbage disposal & microwave/air fryer oven. The “spa-like” bathroom boasts an overhead rain shower head & removable wand combo, a teak bench, shower essentials & fresh linens.

The space
This tiny suite provides all you need for a long term stay. There is space for your personal items, and provision of toiletries. The room is comfortable and sound insulated. Very private. Temperature is maintained from the main home at around 72 degrees. Please be aware of extreme weather temperatures when entering and exiting the suite. It is a small area and will heat up quickly if the door is left open during the summer heatwaves that we experience every year in this area of Northern California. If this happens, it may take a while for the room to cool down. Your parking spot is steps away in the driveway. Small, convenient and cozy.

Other things to note
By booking with us, Guest agrees to read and comply with our House Rules and specifically, the additional rules. The Suite is a private addition to the main home. The temperature is maintained from the main house. Your lighted entry is on the south side of the house (on the Right when facing the home). You may hear normal daily sounds from the main home, traffic, landscapers, waste trucks (Thursday a.m.) or our friendly canine protectors from time to time. However, this is a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood overall. The entrance to the Miners Ravine Bike Trail is at the south end of East Street. There is a beautiful park at the west end of Parry Street.
