This location in the downtown area close to farmers markets, casinos, Oro Dam/lake, bars/restaurants, antique shops, airport, etc. All 4 units are a different theme and exceptionally clean and comfortable.
- "This is a very comfortable, thoughtfully furnished and equipped apartment. We stayed in the Western Theme unit, and the decor was tasteful and subtly Western." - "My brother was passing and we wanted to spend his last days near by. When we had to come sooner than our reservation Marie moved us ahead one month. She was there anytime we needed anything yet never intruded our privacy. Her Landscaper Nancy was a joy and could always make us smile. Because of her wonderful products in the bathroom I was able to pamper myself. Everything was top drawer. We felt very secure with all the safety measures. Would recommend this place to anyone. We will never forget Marie or Nancy. They were so kind to us."

Oroville town is 5 miles away. I like the old part of town on Montgomery Street. A few cute little stores and historic buildings along this street. You will find a band playing every Fridays and Saturdays 6-9pm at Union Cafe.

Stunning oasis on Kelly Ridge hills where you can get lost from just watching the stunning view of the valley in the day, beautiful sunset in the evening, and the magnificent open sky at night. The huge spacious deck will be a place to meditate, read, and socialize with people you love. Let your creativity out and enjoy this oasis. If you up for it …. the outdoor shower can be refreshing.
This two bedroom and two bathroom has everything you need for a short or long stay.
There are lots of outdoor activities in the summer and winter. There are trails for hiking or running that runs through Kelly Ridge neighborhood and along the lake and Feather River. Oroville Dam is less than 10 minutes walk from the house. The Oroville Bidwell Marina is less than 10 minutes drive where you can rent any boat sizes. I suggest you book online couple of weeks before you get to Oroville.
Oroville town is 5 miles away. Remember, this is an old mining town. I like the old part of town on Montgomery Street. A few cute little stores and historic buildings along this street. In warmer weather and all throughout summer and fall you will find a band playing every Fridays and Saturdays 6-9pm at Union Cafe. You will meet some local people (like me) who saw and felt the charm of this small place and called it home. Mugshots is my best coffee with pastries shop.
