Large deck with a fantastic view of the lake and a barbeque for family nights.

The Neighborhood:
This is a quiet residential neighborhood with lots of local animals. The deer will come and lounge on the property and can be seen roaming around most days, be careful not to touch!

Getting Around:
The Lake Oroville's Visitor Center is less than a mile from this home where you can learn about the dam’s creation, take a look at any of the on-request videos, or enjoy the spectacular vantage point from the 47-foot overlook tower.
Over 44 miles of hiking and biking trails are within a few miles.
Oroville Lake is divided into several different areas: North Forebay is reserved for the exclusive use of non-motorized boats, so if small wake and quiet surroundings are your fancy, head to this tranquil wedge of the reservoir. Get out in a canoe, kayak, or sailboat and take advantage of the wake-free lake surface. The day-use areas are covered with shade ramadas for picnic groups, barbecue stoves, and there is a 200-foot sandy beach that’s perfect for building sandcastles!
The South Forebay is a bit more active, providing launch ramps for motor boats and spectacular fishing. The Loafer Creek Area is mostly for lounging and swimming, providing a 100-food beach and green area perfect for spreading out a blanket.
For fishing, Lake Oroville offers wonderful German brown, catfish, largemouth bass, rainbow trout, salmon, and smallmouth bass opportunities. Please take note of necessary fishing permits.

Beautiful, Brand New 3 Bedroom Casita on Foothill Blvd. Kitchen stocked with everything you need, comfortable beds and a tree-filled view from the front porch. Our location is secluded yet close enough to downtown, casinos and recreation. Backyard dining area with BBQ and fire pit. Our driveway, although on an incline, is long enough to park your boats and other recreational vehicles.

There is a living room, dinning area, kitchen, and a laundry room. This home is immaculate and fresh. It’s natural light is abundant. Master bedroom have a French doors that opens to this impressive deck overlooking the horizon with a breathtaking view. The charming second bedroom has a closet and it’s own bathroom. The wrap around porch has access to the sunroom and covered patio. Downstairs is the guesthouse that is separate from the upstairs.

Town is 5 miles away. Montgomery Drive is the old part of town and is my favorite. It has historical buildings with some nice restaurants and shops. Union Cafe is my favorite. Fri and Sat they have live bands from 6-9pm. Louisa and her husband owns it and they are lovely. Make sure introduce yourself if they’re not busy. Food it super!

There are lots of outdoor activities in the summer and winter. There are trails for hiking or running that runs through Kelly Ridge neighborhood and along the lake and Feather River. Oroville Dam is less than 10 minutes walk from the house. The Oroville Bidwell Marina is less than 10 minutes drive where you can rent any boat sizes. I suggest you book online couple of weeks before you get to Oroville.
Oroville town is 5 miles away. Remember, this is an old mining town. I like the old part of town on Montgomery Street. A few cute little stores and historic buildings along this street. In warmer weather and all throughout summer and fall you will find a band playing every Fridays and Saturdays 6-9pm at Union Cafe. You will meet some local people (like me) who saw and felt the charm of this small place and called it home. Mugshots is my best coffee with pastries shop.

If your stay falls on the first Friday of the month, you can take part in “First Fridays.” A themed downtown event put on by participating shops to inject even more fun into your shopping experience. Oroville boasts a world-class wildflower display up on Table Mountain in the Springtime. It's a must see! Giant swathes of yellow, purple, white, and orange. You won't believe your eyes!

Wildflowers also bloom in spring around town in wild grassy areas like the ones that line the train tracks that pass through Oroville. Beautiful, rich, orange California Poppies and spires of purple and white Lupine will wave at you from right across the street from the apartment. Take a little walk down there and say hello:) You can walk through the field by the tracks and enjoy them all to yourself.

This historic home was built in 1875 by Butte County Superior Court Judge, John Carleton Gray. Just recently restored, this large home with four suites offers a grand and comfortable stay with antique furnishings and decor reminiscent of the original home.

OR walk two blocks to the Feather River and enjoy our amazing waterfront known for fishing, disc golf, summer concerts and picnics. We live catty corner to the Carleton. and would love to meet you. We will be tending the space from 10:00 to 3:00 getting rooms ready and stocking the kitchen.

Several hiking trails nearby.

The space
This is a cute 800 sq ft. home. Kitchen and living room are combined. 2 separate bedrooms. The master has the washer/dryer, (however, if you wish to use, please bring your own detergent as we do not supply) and a desk with walk in closet. The second bedroom has a wall unit for your clothing and storage needs. The bathroom is a full bathroom with tub/shower, we supply bodywash and shampoo.

You will have to Open and Close the gate when you arrive and leave. You have access to a large parking area next to the home, where you can park a trailer, boat, extra vehicle. The home has a partially fenced in yard area off the deck.

Other things to note
The air conditioning unit is a Greer System. One in the main living area and one in each of the bedrooms that works by remote control. It's a very effective system. Since we only need heat a few months out of the year. The heating source is portable electric heaters. We have 1 in the main living space and another one in each bedroom. Most guest only use the main heater.

OR walk two blocks to the Feather River and enjoy our amazing waterfront known for fishing, disc golf, summer concerts and picnics. To enter the Carleton there are four steps at the front entry. There are two suites on the first floor, The Bird Suite and the Petite Suite. Ascend the original stairwell to the second floor with two more suites upstairs, the Judge’s Chambers and the Hecker Suite. All guests share the kitchen, dining room, parlor and office.

During your stay
We live catty corner to the Carleton. and would love to meet you. We will be tending the space from 10:00 to 3:00 getting rooms ready and stocking the kitchen.
You can check in with a key code to enter the front door and you will have a key to your suite.

Located directly behind the Oroville Acupuncture building, whose parking lot you will enter to access the apartment's reserved parking spaces. Spaces are conveniently located at the base of the stairs that lead up to the entrance. Your cars will be visible from the dining room window and there are security cameras all around the exterior of the building.

You'll be able to check yourself in and out with a lockbox located on the railing right by the front door.

Other things to note
If you are interested in a long term/28 day stay, there will be additional cleaning fees added for weekly cleaning. The housekeeper will need access to the apartment for approximately 3 hours once a week to wash linens and towels, clean floors and bath. Total cleaning fees will be $250 for the entire stay. That's the initial $100 for the final cleaning, plus $50 a week for the weekly cleaning.

The lower level of the house is perfect for some separation of guests that have family members staying.

Kelly Ridge Estates is family friendly, quiet and a great getaway for an upscale, Modern stay with a peaceful Lake View. Your companions are deer, houseboats golden sunset glows and evening stars.

The expansive covered deck with BBQ provide a second living area complete with outdoor furniture perfect to sip wine at sunset. Bidwell Marina and the Golden Foothills provide an ever-inviting backdrop to retreat.

Magnificent outdoor views are enjoyed inside through oversized glass and sliding doors. Simple, clean, mid century transitional decor, central heat and air in case open windows and a fireplace isn't enough.

Living Room: Offers open space & oversized windows, with a Smart TV/wifi, sectional sofa and side chair, Wood burning fireplace, and sliding door deck access with views.

Kitchen: Includes all cooking supplies, silverware, plates, bowls, Keurig coffee maker, pots/pans, some seasonings, and paper towels and plates. Dishwasher with Dishwasher tablets and dish soap, dish brush and sponge in organizer.

The entire main house and its grounds are yours to roam. Park in either of the 2 car garages, use the driveway for parking and you are able to park your boat and trailer in front of the adjacent vacant lots for up to a 72 hour period. The small attached workshop garage & outdoor garden shed are locked for private use.

Only a 5 minute drive to the Bidwell Marina Entrance @ Lake Oroville. Find the Marina, boat launch and campgrounds there.

Welcome to our home, a massive 3400 sqft home with four bedrooms (5 beds including 3 queen beds and one room with two twins), three bathrooms, office, living and formal dining room, and a den to boot.
Although you will find plenty of room inside, it’s the backyard pool area where you may spend the majority of your stay. The house features a 25,000 gallon pool, enclosed back yard and large patio for privacy and relaxation.

Welcome to the Legend Home, located in Lake Oroville. This home is a delightful gem—a custom-built rustic, retro, Zen home. Access to the lake, local wineries, and casinos are within minutes of this home.
Oroville fishing is spectacular, and the lake itself cannot be seen in just a day.

Our property has three fully furnished bedrooms that lead outside to the waterfall swimming pool.

Our kitchen has new appliances, from the dishes to the cooking utensil’s.
The outside fire pit is a plus along with the outside Wine cellar and smoker for grilling.
