We require (not an option) a property damage insurance on all of our rentals. We use a third party insurance carrier that is currently used on the other vacation home rental websites and is automatically factored in the price on those websites. This insurance is $99 (non-refundable) with property damage coverage up to $5000. The nightly price is higher than other vacation website to pay for the insurance. One full bedroom and bathroom on ground floor for extra privacy. Second story has all other living spaces. Master bedroom has large patio and lake views! Master bedroom has a King size bed and bathroom attached. The second bedroom has an attached bonus room with pull out couches that can be used for an additional sitting area and sleeping space. Large deck with a fantastic view of the lake and a barbeque for family nights.

The Neighborhood:
This is a quiet residential neighborhood with lots of local animals. The deer will come and lounge on the property and can be seen roaming around most days, be careful not to touch!

Getting Around:
The Lake Oroville's Visitor Center is less than a mile from this home where you can learn about the dam’s creation, take a look at any of the on-request videos, or enjoy the spectacular vantage point from the 47-foot overlook tower.
Over 44 miles of hiking and biking trails are within a few miles.
Oroville Lake is divided into several different areas: North Forebay is reserved for the exclusive use of non-motorized boats, so if small wake and quiet surroundings are your fancy, head to this tranquil wedge of the reservoir. Get out in a canoe, kayak, or sailboat and take advantage of the wake-free lake surface. The day-use areas are covered with shade ramadas for picnic groups, barbecue stoves, and there is a 200-foot sandy beach that’s perfect for building sandcastles!
The South Forebay is a bit more active, providing launch ramps for motor boats and spectacular fishing. The Loafer Creek Area is mostly for lounging and swimming, providing a 100-food beach and green area perfect for spreading out a blanket.
For fishing, Lake Oroville offers wonderful German brown, catfish, largemouth bass, rainbow trout, salmon, and smallmouth bass opportunities. Please take note of necessary fishing permits.

This location in the downtown area close to farmers markets, casinos, Oro Dam/lake, bars/restaurants, antique shops, airport, etc. All 4 units are a different theme and exceptionally clean and comfortable.

Beautiful, Brand New 3 Bedroom Casita on Foothill Blvd. Kitchen stocked with everything you need, comfortable beds and a tree-filled view from the front porch. Our location is secluded yet close enough to downtown, casinos and recreation. Backyard dining area with BBQ and fire pit. Our driveway, although on an incline, is long enough to park your boats and other recreational vehicles.

The property is located in a delightful rural area but close enough to town to access the grocery store and restaurants. One member of our group was attending a convention at the Feather Falls Casino and it was an easy drive back and forth. We enjoyed evening walks to the trailhead parking lot and a day walk on the Brad Freeman Trail to the train tunnel. The house is comfortable and is well stocked with kitchen supplies for cooking. Oroville town is 5 miles away. I like the old part of town on Montgomery Street. A few cute little stores and historic buildings along this street. You will find a band playing every Fridays and Saturdays 6-9pm at Union Cafe.

Clean, Quite and very peaceful home. This is an old neighborhood up at Kelly Ridge Hill, 5 miles away from town. The guesthouse is downstairs from the main house upstairs. Fully furnished and you have everything you need for a long or short stays. Extra linen, towels, and blankets. Local TV channel only but you can log into your own Netflix, Roku, peacock, etc

Master bedroom have a French doors that opens to this impressive deck overlooking the horizon with a breathtaking view. The charming second bedroom has a closet and it’s own bathroom. The wrap around porch has access to the sunroom and covered patio. Downstairs is the guesthouse that is separate from the upstairs.

Other things to note
Town is 5 miles away. Montgomery Drive is the old part of town and is my favorite. It has historical buildings with some nice restaurants and shops. Union Cafe is my favorite. Fri and Sat they have live bands from 6-9pm. Louisa and her husband owns it and they are lovely. Make sure introduce yourself if they’re not busy. Food it super!

There are lots of outdoor activities in the summer and winter. There are trails for hiking or running that runs through Kelly Ridge neighborhood and along the lake and Feather River. Oroville Dam is less than 10 minutes walk from the house. The Oroville Bidwell Marina is less than 10 minutes drive where you can rent any boat sizes. I suggest you book online couple of weeks before you get to Oroville.
Oroville town is 5 miles away. Remember, this is an old mining town. I like the old part of town on Montgomery Street. A few cute little stores and historic buildings along this street. In warmer weather and all throughout summer and fall you will find a band playing every Fridays and Saturdays 6-9pm at Union Cafe.
