The six acre property has beaver ponds and a year-round creek. There is plenty of parking. The home has a wrap-around deck with outdoor dining and BBQ facilities. The 3 bedrooms are furnished with king size beds but extra twin beds can be added to 2 of the bedrooms for extra guests. We recently added an 850 square foot suite on the first florr of the property that adds 1 king bed and 1 twin bed , an additional full bath, sectional count and coffee service. This makes the house nearly 4100 square feet. This additional suite is $50 per night or is automatically added and charged the same amount when you have 8-10 guests. The property is completely organic and has never had harmful chemicals applied. The logs are not stained on the inside but polished with organic oils.

So come book a horseback riding lesson with one of the trainers or just come feed some apples and carrots. The main house has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, along with a bunk bed alcove with full size and twin bunk. The addition space is a tiny house out across the pond, While youre at PLDCT, you'll have access to all the lakes, the beautiful lawns, the ponds, and on the other side of the ranch as our animal farm _ . You're welcome to visit the animals as long as our caretaker is there to show you around. You can also book a horseback ride ahead of time or a horse lesson with one of our trainers! While you're renting the house, you will be completely secluded and won't have to have interaction with anyone unless you venture off to the farm! (You might see Mike feeding horses from a distance) Please check availability of horse riding and/or lessons with our private trainers shown under our pictures.. The sleeping arrangements are as follows: so what we have is a huge master bedroom upstairs with king bed. its own huge bathrooms with double shower and bath. down stairs we have bedroom 2 with a full bed. then we have a bedroom 3 with a twin bed and two trundle beds (sleeps 3) and then we have a private alcove that has a bunk bed , which is a full on the bottom and a twin on the top. This huge downstairs area also has a queen pull out couch. then we have our tiny house that has a full size bed and two twins. so all in all, with two persons on the full/queen beds we sleep 16 in beds.. camping is amazing. we have a tent here for your use

Its name captures the 14 Oaks chosen by each of the 14 siblings of the Murphy Family from the hundreds of majestic oak trees nestled amid the rolling hills of this secluded getaway.

The Lodge at 14 Oaks Ranch is a unique venue with a western flair - each bedroom has a different theme, reminiscent of the old wild west. It's a place where you can create memories through traditions to strengthen family bonds or revitalize a team.

Family and teams share morning coffee talk on the porch or under "Mary's Oak tree; a morning stroll to the grotto on the hill; a mile walk to the front gate passing the animal pastures. In the late afternoon and evening there is cocktail hour enjoying the gorgeous sunsets amidst the cool breeze of the porch or Oak trees. The late evening might bring star gazing at the firepit after an evening of card and dice games, charades, or maybe a family or team talent show night; maybe scheduled is Family or team affirmations at dinner or at the Grotto between dinner and games.

The days may be filled with activities of safari, to feed the zebras, alpaca, buffalo, lawn game tournaments of shuffle board, horseshoes, bocce ball, cowboy golf… hikes to the creek or a hike to the Indian history showing how the native Indians ground oak acorns in grinding holes sprinkled near the creek; maybe a hike with Operations Director, Terry Greene, pointing out the gold rush times when the waterworks of the gold rush ran through the hills of the property; a ride out to the eagles nest. or maybe some pollywogging West African style for catch and release.

There is plenty of family and team interaction with meal preparation and BBQ’s in a fully stocked kitchen. Eating meals together provides an opportunity where common activities become shared experiences. A country dining table that seats up to 14 also serves as a conference table with a built-in wide screen TV for presentations and slide shows. Additional seating is offered in the adjoining den and on the adjacent porch with a table of 12 and bench seating of 8-10.

Off campus activities can be planned as you go or prearranged. Off campus activities are house boating (25 minutes away); visiting gold towns, gold mine tours, Old Sacramento, Sacramento - State capital tours; lakes, ice cream, rivers and fishing as well as a local fish hatchery... - "We rented this property with a group of friends and our kids. We had 10 adults and 8 kids, we all had a blast! Enough room to run around and for everyone to have their space when needed. Enough beds for everyone, and some! Some of the couples with little kids splitted up and they both got their own room. The views are stunning, the quietness of the surrounding is amazing. What made the stay the best though I believe was the owner and the property managers. They were responsive, friendly laid back. They gave us our privacy yet we’re there for whatever needed. Terry took us and the kids on a ride in his truck to go feed the animals and check out the creek, big hit with the little ones! The kids loved the hot tub and we also brought a kiddie pool that came in pretty handy when it got too hot. I must say we lucked out with the weather cause it wasn’t too hot when we were there, I can see how it can get a lot warmer. That being said though the patio is amazing, gets plenty of shade and an amazing breeze blows all day long. I cannot say enough good things about this place and their managers. We will definitely come back!!"

This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood.

Parking is available in the two-car driveway and the most convenient way to navigate this area is by car.

This is a swimming pool ONLY. The smaller section of the pool is NOT a hot tub or spa— it’s a shallow seating area/wading pool.

We hire a professional pool cleaning service that cleans and adds the required pool chemicals into the pool once a week.

However, because there are trees, plants, and bushes in the backyard and surrounding area, we can’t guarantee that the pool will not have debris floating in the pool prior to your arrival or during your stay. This is especially true during high-wind weather.

The pool is NOT heated and depending on that day’s temperature the water might not be at a comfortable temperature during your stay.

Guest are free to use the extension pole and attached net skimmer to remove any debris floating in the pool. However, no guest shall touch any pool equipment.

Our landscape service is on every Sunday around 8 AM~. It’s a friendly father and son duo. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask.

NO SMOKING ALLOWED — inside or outside our property. An additional $250 cleaning fee will be applied to any guests who ignore this policy.
* Shoe Policy: We have area rugs throughout the residence. We respectfully request that street shoes not be worn inside the residence. Please bring house shoes for inside the home. Guests can leave their shoes inside at the front door. Guests do not need to take their shoes off outside; they can do that inside the home.

* Dish Policy: We ask guests to wash their own dishes using the dishwasher`s `normal` cycle.

* Laundry Policy: Guests can access the laundry and detergent if provided. We are not liable for skin reactions to the detergent if a guest uses it. The wash closes on `QUICK CYCLE` and drys on `TIMED DRY.` Please make sure the dryer`s lint basket is empty after each load. Use the recommended amount on the lid for detergent.

* Trash Policy: We ask guests to dispose of their trash in the appropriate exterior trash bins during their stay.

*Smoking Policy: Smoking or vaping of any kind, either inside or outside, is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to vaping, tobacco, and marijuana. No drugs are allowed on the premises; if found, they will be reported to Airbnb. This is a smoke-free, drug-free home.

*Animal Policy: Small dogs are permitted with a pet fee and deposit. Due to the homeowners` severe cat allergies, no cats are allowed on the premises.

*Noise Policy: Our HOA is very strict with noise outside of quiet times from 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM. The quiet hours are in line with Sutter County`s local ordinances. All guests who book are required to follow these ordinances.

*Guest Policy: Only the number of guests designated in the reservation are allowed on the premises.

*Hot tub:

A great hot tub experience requires excellent water. The water is perfectly balanced when you check in, and you can keep it that way by following these instructions:

How to keep the water clean during your stay:

Before entering, remove any lotions (sun tan/sunblock/body lotions), makeup, or body oils. If not, the water can become cloudy and overly bubbly, ruining your experience. We recommend showering before and after each use of the Hot Tub.

-Before getting into the hot tub, wipe your feet to remove dirt and debris and prevent debris from settling at the bottom. We provide a mat to help clean feet.

-Use the provided

-Do not drink beverages or eat food in the hot tub.

-Add ONE scoop of non-chlorine shock after using the hot tub daily (located in a bucket behind a wooden fence).

-At most, three individuals can be in the tub at a time. If this is not adhered to, water can overflow and damage the hot tub motor.

-No one under 16 years old may use the hot tub.

-All guests use the hot tub at their own risk.

Welcome to the heart of Marysville! A 3 bedroom (4 bed) 2 bathroom home close to everything! You can walk to whatever you need from this location. Very close to the hospital, dirt bike tracks, river, restaurants, stores, you name it! Sit on the front porch or in the backyard area and just listen to the hustle and bustle of this little city, the oldest little city in California, Marysville.

There is gated parking, driveway parking, and street parking. There is a laundry room, foosball, games, books, TVs for streaming, Wi-Fi, and so much more!

The fourth bed is a hideabed in the living room. All beds in this home are queen size.

This front half plex only shares one wall with the back half plex which are separated by a fence and do not have the same access road.
Other things to note
NOTE this is not a party location; the guest that initiates the rental must be on the property.

Does not allow parties or events. My maximum for overnight guests does not allow for this home to qualify for a party/event waiver. If I knowingly hosted a party/event I would not be covered for any damages for anything that goes wrong. This large, fully remodeled, freshly furnished 4 bedroom/2 bath house is in Yuba City, CA. Yuba City is located in the heart of Sutter County, which is home to the world’s smallest mountain range: the Sutter Buttes. The Rock House was affectionately named by my nieces when they were little. It is centrally located to shops; dinning; county library; public pool; schools; a plethora of churches; and multiple parks. This rental has much to offer.
