- "This property was very close to where I was having meetings and looked very clean and safe. There were other options, but coming from out of town, I knew I would be able to trust the Holiday Inn name. It did not disappoint. The staff were great, filling the hot water for me at night to make tea when they could have said ti was only for breakfast, giving me a proof of stay to turn in with all my receipts even though it was booked through a third party stay. Everything was clean and well stocked. The breakfast options were great. Everything was fresh. There was even an option to make fresh pancakes. The only thing I would say is that it's kind of sandwiched between industrial businesses, but the noise wasn't an issue and stopped at the end of business for those places. Obviously not a hotel issue, just so people know what they'll be near. Honestly, great stay. When I was facetiming my kids, they kept saying how nice my room was. :) I was able to find nice places to eat that were literally minutes away. I would stay here again, I'd bring my family here. :) "

It's important to mention that the pet fee does not cover any additional cleaning required due to excessive pet hair, waste clean-up, odor, or damage caused by your furry friends.
To ensure a great stay, we kindly request that all visiting dogs are friendly, house trained, and receive regular flea treatment. In the event that you need to leave your dog unattended, we kindly ask that they be secured in a crate to prioritize their comfort and safety.

There is a noise level monitoring system (Noiseaware) to keep sound down for the neighbors. It does not record conversations simply sound levels and sends an alert when the sound is over 70 decibels. There are motion sensors cameras on the exterior of the home for surveillance.

If you host an event, a large gathering of people, or a party we will ask you to leave.

Our biggest goal is to provide you a comfortable, welcoming and safe place to stay. To protect you, our home and our neighborhood we have to go through some boring rules. We hate that this changes the tone of our listing but because of the actions of a few bad apples we need to go over a few details you need to be aware of.

We love our quiet neighborhood and so do our neighbors and we have Quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM.

No smoking of cigarettes, marijuana or vaping allowed. If you smoke on the property or there is smell of it you will be charged additional cleaning fees of up to $250 depending on cleaning needed.

Please let us know of any pet accidents when they occur to avoid any additional cleaning fees or damage costs.

We charge $120 per dog, with limit 2 dogs, under 65 lbs. House trained and MUST be crated when unattended. Stays longer than a week require additional security deposit.

Garbage is picked up on Fridays. Please be aware that if there is no space in the trash can for the guest following your stay, you will have to pay for the cost of additional trash pick up or haul off.

No events allowed. If you throw a party we will ask you to leave and fine you $500.

The shower was a little small and the shower curtain probably needs to be changed out. The kitchen was well stocked but the dishwasher racks need to be repaired. After touring the downtown area, I was so happy we decided to stay in West Sacramento because it was quiet and not as crazy as downtown. "

THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE! I have a zero tolerance policy for parties or additional guests beyond the max guest count of 6 people. If you intend to have a party please find another property. There are exterior video cameras on the property as well as noise level monitoring equipment. If you have a party or exceed the guest count i will know and you will be required to leave the property immediately. There are no video cameras inside the home.

The master bedroom is equipped with a standing desk with dual monitors, mouse, keyboard, and dock station for anyone needing a space to comfortably work on their trip. The home is equipped with high speed fiber internet.

Each bedroom has Nectar mattresses with Luxome Bamboo sheets which may just be the most comfortable bed sheets you'll ever sleep in!

Relax next to the pool In the back yard oasis, or enjoy a refreshing dip when the weather is nice.

It was really hot outside on the days we were there but it didn’t matter to us because the pool was so nice, so we spent most of our time outside. Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG - globally recognized trust and safety insurance that allows hosts and guests to confidently transact. Once you have booked, you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to complete an ID verification process.
Parties/Noise: In order to respect the neighbors and our quiet neighborhood, we do not allow parties in the house, and we kindly ask that things are kept on the quieter side after 10:00 pm.

Number of Guests: There will be a fee of $25 for each guest over 4 unless discussed with us, even if the person does not stay the night. This is to prevent parties.

Check-Out: Check-out is before 11:00 am. There will be a fee of $100/hour for late checkouts. Please let us know about the time you plan to check out so we can pass this information on to the housekeepers. We kindly ask that prior to leaving, place any dishes in the dishwasher and take out the trash. Leave the home basically as you found it when you arrived.

Restrooms: Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet, including wet wipes and flushable wet wipes.

Smoking: Our house is a non-smoking home, please only smoke in the backyard. No smoking of cigarettes or weed inside the house or there will be a $300 charge.

Candles: We do not allow candles in the home, this is a fire hazard.

Damage: We understand that accidents happen. We ask that you please let us know when something is broken so that we can replace or repair it. There is a stain remover under the sink in the kitchen for the carpet and bedding.

Pets: Pets are allowed with a $100 per pet, non-refundable fee. No more than two (2) pets are allowed. Please alert us prior to your stay if you are planning on bringing along your pet. All pets must be fully potty trained, and not track mud or dirt into our home; please clean your pet's feet if they are dirty/muddy prior to allowing them in the home. Pets are NOT allowed on any furniture, including the beds. Keep the bedroom doors closed that are not being used. We shall not be held responsible in any way for anything that may happen to your pet.
$100 fee for any animal waste found on the property (inside and/or outdoor spaces) after you leave.

Lost Items: Please do not forget anything in the home. We can not package and ship things that are left behind.

Cameras: We have 2 Ring Video cameras installed at the entrance for safety.

Utilities: We kindly ask that you switch off lights and turn off AC/heater when not in the home.

Security Lock: The August smart lock will automatically lock after 30 minutes of inactivity.

Please do not unplug anything in the home. It is difficult for the next guest if lamps are unplugged, and there are items in the home that operate the door lock and doorbell. If you don’t know what it is, do not unplug it. Do not unplug the wireless router or modem or it will shut down the door lock and you may get locked out.

- "The place was really good. Near downtown " - "So this place wasn't the best but wasn’t the worst. We made it work and worked around some things. The pros to it were it had a hot tub that worked but just took a while to warm up. The house had comfortable beds and pillows that made me want to stay in bed all day. The house had good AC. The cons were the house stunk really bad like a water leakage. That wasn’t an issue for us after a few days cuz it kinda went away. The dishwasher doesn’t work. It has an error on it. We just hand washed everything so it wasn't too much of a big deal for us. I did message the host about it too. The freezer is also either broken or missing a shelf so it makes it not have much freezer room. The host knows about the freezer as well. Like I said me and my guest worked around some things but this stay overall was cute inside. You do have access to the garage as well. It was a good stay but I probably wouldn’t stay at this location again."

I am excited to share my home with you! It has a perfect balance work and relaxation. It is located in a quiet, safe and charming neighborhood while being central to all major attractions in the Sacramento area.

The home is setup with a standing desk monitor, mouse, keyboard, and dock station for anyone needing a space to comfortably work on their trip.

The primary bedroom has a king size Nectar memory foam hybrid mattress with Luxome Bamboo sheets which are incredibly comfortable! In case you need extra sleeping space, the sofa pulls out into a queen bed.

Enjoy streaming your favorite shows on the large 65” smart TV.

Nespresso coffee is provided for you to get your day started, and the Kitchen is stocked with cookware, appliances, and spices for your use.

Guests will have access to the entire top unit, Except for the garage (for owner's storage).

The Lower unit may be occupied by other travelers during your stay. Although the lower and upper unit are mostly sound isolated you may hear some light noise when guests are there.

- "It was an additional unit above the owners garage, which i didn’t know. But the unit was very clean and set up great. King bed, full kitchen, laundry, and comfortable living area. Also used the desk setup for remote work, so that was useful. The location was in a nice neighborhood and very easy to get to downtown SAC. It was cheaper than any hotel in the area, and very comfortable. So I’m very pleased with my stay. Also the owner was very easy to contact if i needed anything. "
