A wonderful place to relax. Our 3 bedroom home has been remodeled and is very cute, clean, and cozy. Its centrally located on a quiet cul-de-sac. Just 10-40 minutes to the wine regions of Lodi, Amador, and Shenandoah. Close to hwy 99, 15 minutes from downtown Sacramento, the new Golden One Center, home of the Sacramento Kings. Hwy 50 and I-80 are about 10-20 minutes north of our location. San Francisco is less than 2 hrs away; Lake Tahoe is 2 hrs away, and the Sacramento State Aquatic Center is just 22 minutes away. Less than 30 minutes from Sacramento Airport.

Disappointed that the hot tub was unusable, freezer handle missing and hard to open, dishwasher was duct taped together, and had to hand wash dishes before using. King bed was super soft, dining room chairs very uncomfortable. Do not park in the spot closest to the front door- birds live on the roof and completely poop bombed our vehicle. Had to pay $15 for a car wash the first day."

When initially contacted about the water the host sent a generic apology and didn't even offer to fix it. The host was slow to respond to our messages and did not send anyone to fix the issue. The garage was cluttered with junk, and there were cobwebs throughout the house. Additionally, the floor was falling apart, unfinished edging leaving screws exposed on the stairs and the appliances and furniture felt cheap. There were multiple broken chairs in the garage but they still had one of those models left at the table with a leg slowly breaking off, waiting to hurt somebody. When the host failed to assist us, I called VRBO and spent over an hour on the phone. They eventually offered a $200 credit and mentioned they would "investigate" further, but I never heard back from them. The VRBO "Book with Confidence Guarantee" does not seem to be a real guarantee."
