House Rules:
The house is located on a very quiet street with working families and retirees. Treat the property and the surrounding neighbors with the same respect that you would like to be treated in your home. This said, the following rules apply:

* Must be at least 25 years old for reservation.

* Maximum 6 Overnight Staying Guests Total, not including infants. No exceptions.

* No indoor or outdoor parties or events of any kind. Guests who are found having more people over and above the number of guests booked staying overnight without host approval may be subject to immediate cancellation without refund.

* Parents and/or guardians of children are fully responsible of following pool/hot tub & backyard rules; and monitoring children at all times in this area during guest stay.

* Quiet Hours: 9P to 8A. However, as to not disturb the neighbors, pool, hot tub and trampoline use are restricted ONLY from 8AM to 9PM.

* For the health and safety of guests both present and future, there is absolutely NO breakable glass or dishware allowed in the backyard area; and NO smoking of any kind inside the house.

Our home has been Newly Renovated (June 2021) and has 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Located in a safe, central location, we are minutes to downtown, the American River, Shopping and Restaurants. It is perfect for families, business travelers and any group looking for some more space and a full kitchen. We have 2 king-sized beds and 2 queen-sized beds, super-fast WiFi and a huge 65" Smart TV for all of your streaming needs! Be comfortable and enjoy your stay!

Our home is located in a quiet suburb in Rancho Cordova, east of Sacramento. With easy access to Highway 50, guests could take Highway 50 East and head up the mountains to South Lake Tahoe for the day or take Highway 50 West and go into Sacramento. Some activities near the home include the American River (can't beat a day floating down the river!), Ancil Hoffman Golf Course, Jensen Botanical Garden, River Bend Park, West Wind drive-in theaters, Mather Regional Park, Mather Golf Course, Hangtown Motocross Classic & more! Nearby restaurants include Chili's, Soho Sushi, Priya Indian Cuisine, The Mimosa House (wonderful brunch spot), Sala Thai, Casa Ramos, & many more. - "Clean. Four beds. Could’ve used extra blankets. Five stars " - "The floor was very sticky, and they quickly sent a cleaner to come clean it. After it was cleaned it was still very stick, so either the cleaning solution being used needs to be diluted or the wear layer is damaged. The bathroom fan does not work, and with it being such a small bathroom the room fogs up quickly when showering, and the bathroom window did not have a screen, so I was not comfortable opening the bathroom window. During our stay the owner had scheduled an inspection, they did not let us know, nor did they reschedule with the inspector. The inspector arrived, the owner was not there, but we let them in to inspect the property. It was a bit concerning to discover that carbon monoxide/smoke detectors were not working. The backdoor does not have a lock, only a large piece of wood to prop on the track to keep the door closed. There was a fair amount of rain the last 2 days of our stay, the owner apparently knew about it because on our last morning there was another knock on the door from someone who had an appointment with the owner to look at the leak in the roof (again during our stay, without them letting us know). We only discovered the leak the night before when it was raining and leaked into our room. I feel like the owners are new owners so some of the issues with the property might get resolved as they are made aware of them, and you will be likely to have a better experience."
