This is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom family home located in Rocklin, California. This home was built in 1965 and was completely remodeled with a modern decor. This home is perfect for families or couples who need a comfortable and peaceful place to make new memories. It is perfect for holidays and vacation time with a play area for kids including a sandbox. There is also a BBQ grill and sitting area outside with a covered patio to enjoy time outside in the summer or winter time.

- "After two weeks of sagging mattresses, my back was killing me after staying at this house. The mattresses were old, or cheap, or something. Also, half way through the stay I got a message from the host that seemed very brusque, demanding 50% more money because we had more than two people. Our son was between apartments, so joined us, and it never even occurred to me that extra money would be required to add a third person to a three bedroom house - especially as we had already paid a considerable amount for a lengthy stay. Nonetheless, the tone of the host seemed accusatory, like we were trying to run some sort of scam, or something. Plus, implied in all of this is that we were being spied on by somebody. The amenities were sparsely provided; very little toilet paper and no shampoo... The driveway is very steep as well, so entering the garage is impossible for many cars without bottoming out. The neighborhood is not in the best part of Rocklin. Overall, an unpleasant stay."

• Smoking within the confines of our home is strictly prohibited. Feel free to indulge outside, but we kindly request a thorough cleanup of any remnants, including cigarette butts and ash. A failure to adhere to this NO SMOKING policy will result in a supplementary $200 cleaning fee.

2. PET POLICY:

• While we joyfully extend a warm welcome to your canine companions, we must regretfully enforce a strict NO CAT policy due to severe allergies.
• To accommodate your furry friends, a $100 pet fee per dog is required prior to your arrival.
• We kindly request that your dogs refrain from being allowed on any furniture and that they are not left unattended at any time.
• For the safety of all, please keep your dog on a leash whenever venturing outside the home.
• As responsible pet owners, you are solely responsible for any damages caused by your pet during your stay.

• We greatly appreciate making sure all pet waste is cleaned prior to your departure. Leaving pet waste behind will result in additional cleaning fees.

3. NO EATING IN ROOMS

• We kindly ask that you do not bring food into the rooms and do not eat in the beds. Spills happen and can attract ants and or cause stains.


4. NO EVENTS ALLOWED:

• We maintain a strict no-party policy within our premises. Parties of any nature are not permitted in the home.
• Non-compliance with this rule will result in the immediate termination of your stay, with a request for you to vacate the premises promptly.
• In such instances, an additional charge of up to $1,000 will be applied to cover the costs associated with the cleaning and restoration of the space.

3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms are available for guests. 2 rooms are locked for storage and garage is not accessible for use. The driveway can fit up to 2 vehicles and we allow 1 vehicle for street parking.

**POOL: Please avoid touching or disconnecting the pool sweeper during your stay.**

Hot tub is not available for heating but can be used as a small pool for kids.

We require a waiver and release of liability form to be signed for the use of the pool and trampoline.

The property is equipped with exterior cameras for security when the property is vacant and for safety purposes. These cameras are not monitored during your stay unless there is a noise complaint from neighbors or if guests request us to check the footage. We respect all privacy laws.

For your convenience, we provide an initial stock of essentials including toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, salt/pepper, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and propane for the BBQ. After this initial supply, guests will need to replenish these items themselves.

Please note that we need to have all the registered vehicles that will be on-site. This is a requirement from the City of Rocklin. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
