We do not provide any personal AC controller inside the unit. There is central AC for the

My Place is located in the heart of Citrus Heights near the intersection of Greenback Lane and Sunrise Avenue. Very close to the Sunrise Mall shopping center, where you can find all kinds of entertainment like a movie theater, bar, places to dine, buffets, coffee shops, and lots of stores. There are many parks in the surrounding area as well. We are only 10 minutes from Folsom Lake and 15 minutes from Folsom Premium Outlets.

The space

This unit has unique decorations and layout.
The first floor has a spacious living room with a couch, family size dining table, 48 inch TV and an electric fireplace. There is a bedroom with 2 twin size beds perfect for adults or families with children. The kids will love the pirate-themed bedroom. Toys in the pirates quarters (kids room) is for decorative purposes only. Please do not play with them or take them out of the room. Any missing or broken items are subject to extra charges.

The Second floor features a romantic master bedroom/ loft with beveled ceilings. (Please note that the ceilings in this room are low, therefore it might be uncomfortable for taller individuals.) It does include a very comfortable king size bed, cotton bedding, down pillows, an electric fireplace, as well as an extra AC, for those that like it cooler at night. There is a cozy little sitting area for two as well.

Overall, this unit has a wonderful, light, cozy feeling. We do our best to make sure that our guests enjoy their stay and get as much privacy as possible. We provide all the things you might need in the unit. The location is convenient because it is close to shopping centers and recreational areas.
It does not matter if you traveling for business purposes or just exploring the area you will be very satisfied with your stay.

Looking for a private, quiet stay-cation? Our house will fill the bill for you! The fruit and nut trees are all very large and mature providing a country feel to this house. It is behind a private fenced area with large yard. Interior kitchen with gas cooktop and electric ovens (2), complete chefs kitchen supplies, open floor plan. There is a complete outdoor kitchen with grill, dishwasher, sink, and large seating areas. It’s quiet and peaceful.

There’s a large office/bedroom suitable for a workstation complete with monitor and desk chair. This room has a queen bed and portable twin cot and private entrance off the deck.

Dish TV available in all bedrooms and living room, Prime, Netflix, etc. available with your own account (WIFI connected). Large private deck off the master bedroom and in front of. Bedroom 2. It is a 2 story with interior and exterior stair access.

There are 3 bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with a King, and the office/bedroom has a queen and portable twin cot. The queen bed mattress in the guest bedroom is a brand new Purple mattress, one of the best on the market! The king is just as comfortable, and has always had a mattress protector on it. There is another queen bed in the office and a cot, for total sleeping for 7.

For everyone's safety, we have a ring doorbell at the front door and in the outdoor kitchen. The booking individual must be 25 years minimum AND be part of the guests staying. The booking party will be fully responsible for all guests involved.

There is attached, budget style 2-bedroom, 400 sq/feet suite. Both bedrooms are absolutely equal size with its own separate keyed sliding doors entrance. Both are designed in forest theme, have a queen bed with comfortable brand-new mattress, wall mounted TV and convenient closet.
In addition to cozy bedrooms this suite has a small but useful dining corner, please note there is not a separate living or regular size dining room, it has compact kitchenette room with small refrigerator and all electrical appliances you need to feel comfortable such as teapot, coffeemaker, toaster and microwave.
It's a perfect setting for business professionals in town for work, students, vacationers, and/or people exploring the area prior to moving.

30 days stay or more: We require a refundable security deposit proportional to the first month’s rent, due at the time of booking confirmation. The security deposit will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damages or violations of houserulesoccur.

Living room couch and loveseat were comfortable. The bad: If we arrived earlier in the day and were staying more than two days we would have went elsewhere after seeing the space. It's extremely dark and it was a cheap and hasty renovation done on a dated space and looks like it hasn't been deep cleaned in awhile. The initial impression was that it was a solid 3/5. The pictures in the listing are far too favorable for how the space actually appears. Amenities were lacking too with the coffee pot missing a piece which prevented it from brewing right and the bare minimum of kitchen essentials (2 coffee mugs, 4 water glasses, etc.) I was looking for a pan to make breakfast and the first one was still dirty from the previous guests and the next one I pulled out had a dead insect in it. Then as I'm making eggs, a cockroach scurries out from behind the fridge and crawled onto my spatula which brought the stay down to a 2/5. Neighborhood appears to be rough with a lot of bars on doors/windows and the front door has evidence of having been kicked in based on the split in the door jamb. "

Quiet neighborhood near grocery stores and nearby parks. We are 15/20 minutes away from Downtown Sacramento and 15 minutes away from Roseville, CA. Come stay with us and be in the middle of all Sacramento has to offer!

Getting Around:
We have a driveway parking spot available and street parking. We do have a limit of 2 vehicles per stay. We also provide parking in the garage.

Other Things to Note:
A landscaper may enter the backyard for regular maintenance between the hours of 8 and 5pm, intermittently.

NOTE: We do NOT HAVE cable services. We offer streaming services such as Netflix, Roku, Prime, & Hulu. (Guest has to use their own Netflix account)

We are less than 2 miles away if needed, but we do usually give guests space and privacy.
