Floor was super dirty … to not slip I put a pool towel on the floor of the bathroom… and next day when checking out after they counted the towels they brought out to us for the pool area… they said, one was really dirty and we almost got charged for that pool towel… even though it was put on the floor so we wouldn’t slip being that we are disabled.. and didnt know the floor was that dirty… After I brought it to their attention that the towel was already old used and some what stained. Plus, we did dirty it up on purpose. The front desk lady… said, she wouldn’t charge us this time. I never have gone through something like this… and I have stayed in many much better hotels and have never, never had any problems like this! Also, they don’t have a breakfast, like they say they do!! Only offered coffee THAT’S IT!! Gave us faults expectations. Front desk lady was rude to us… for all these reasons we will never stay there again!! Also, lots of noise by others people gathering near by in others rooms and into the parking lot… at very late hours of the night. The TV remote was not lowering the volume on the TV the night clerk had to come out to our room to fix it … it was super loud.. remotes need replacing seems that they are having trouble with Most of them the clerk advised us. Very annoying… not a good experience!! Very low budget hotel!!! NEVER…NEVER will return there!! Horrible!"

Mimi's Downtown Cottage is a gem of an early 1900 house. It has a fabulous location, downtown Lodi, with many restaurants, tasting rooms, microbrews, movie theater, boutique shops and antique stores just blocks away. You can't stay any closer to downtown than this.

The Guest enjoys an entire home to themselves. The sunny cottage retains its charm with beveled glass double doors inside, lovely woodwork and original multi-pane windows. The kitchen is totally new but retains it's character with a farm house sink and touches of Blue and White Willow. The kitchen has a four burner stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer and all the utensil needed in a kitchen to make meals.

House has always been very clean. Cleaning is now based upon guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention after each guest leaves.

A Jack and Jill Suite provides two bedrooms both with queen size beds. The spacious living room and dining room repeat the blue and white décor and provides a 3rd sleeping area with a queen sofa sleeper. There are many different pillows to choice from to find one of your liking. This is your home away from home. Very comfortable, relaxing surrounding. Enjoy the small private back yard equip with outdoor table, seating's and BBQ. A Laundry room with washer and dryer are there for guests to use. A smart television with cable and wifi is available for your use.

There is a long driveway and off street parking right in front of the cottage. Not more than 50 yards is the Lodi Police Department.

You have the main house, the decks, and the lawn. we live on the west end of the propery, which includes the area past the lawn and the garage. We are respectful of your privacy but we do live there so you may see us around.

You have access to the dock and water, but dock use is not exclusive. The river is public so boats and other users come by.

All pets must be disclosed at time of booking and no more than 2 pets are allowed per reservation.

If you have a small baby, we can provide a pack and play and stroller, some toys, etc. Please let us know if this is something you will need.
