Since the unit is conveniently located downtown, be aware that you may experience traffic noise from the street, music from a bar/dance hall, as well as the nearby train overnight.

Our studio ranch suite is newly updated and shares views of surrounding pastures and distant mountain ranges. This unit is ideal for traveling professionals for privacy, safety and serenity while still close to town.

The suite consists of a well decorated studio apartment complete with a California King bed, luxury bedding, a full kitchen stocked with dishes, appliances, as well as coffee and tea for our guests! There is a covered private patio with seating, lights, a bbq and a view of the western hills. The apartment also has a washer and dryer for your use.

Our little bungalow is newly renovated and ready for you to relax. Beautiful country style decor and separate from our home, with a keypad access in a gated patio area. You're welcome to enjoy the enclosed patio during your stay. There is Wifi access, private bathroom w/ shower, Queen size comfortable bed, fresh cotton sheets, plush towels and lots of extras to provide a comfortable stay. Micro, fridge, coffee/tea bar, cold bottled water in fridge.
Homeade fresh baked goods (gluten free available) & fruit delivered to your door (the first morning of your stay) if requested by 9 pm the night prior.

PET POLICY:
We live on site and have a friendly, very sweet large dog that loves people. We let her out a few times a day and will accompany her during those times.
If you are bringing your furry family member, we require them to be accompanied while outside the bungalow, and also to be taken outside the fenced area and off the property for potty breaks. There is a large grassy area and soccer field just 2 blocks southwest. Our pup loves to run and play there. Pet potty bags are provided for you when you arrive, just let us know you're bringing them!
Also, we request there be no pets allowed on the bed or easy chair inside the bungalow.

Street parking in front (so you can see your car from your window!) as well as back parking lot on the premises, all at no charge. There is a rural "Tehama Rural Area eXpress" shuttle that travels on a fixed schedule to Red Bluff, Corning, Los Molinos, Gerber, and Tehama City.

Requests for early check-in or late checkout must include a requested time and be prepaid at a rate of $15 per hour rounded to the next hour for partial hours. After your request is received, you will receive a request for funds and confirmation subject to availability because time must be reserved for cleaning between guests.

Downstairs unit in beautiful brick fourplex built in 1928. Central heat and air conditioning, dining room, 2 flat Tv's with antennas for local channels, queen size bed, and internet. Living room TV is a 50" Roku.
There is a washer and dryer in the basement of this building. Please no pets, no smoking (anything), and no candle burning.

The space
This unit is almost 1000 square feet with original hardwood floors in the living and dining rooms. The kitchen and bath are in nice original condition, electric range, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker.
