Enjoy your private room, on a gated estate, with French doors that open up to the outdoor pool, with lush garden surroundings and a gorgeous fountain view, out your window, on the front lawn. There's a NEW 2 person private spa!, on the back deck of the Ranch House, for your use, while you are staying with us. There is also a lovely gas fire pit, just steps from your room, just above the pool area. Room has a Tommy Bahama king size sleigh bed, with very comfortable mattress, with luxurious bedding and Tommy Bahama armoire that houses a large Smart TV. Room also has a mini-refrigerator-freezer, toaster oven, microwave and Keurig with complimentary Pete's coffee and creamer. There is a large outdoor Weber-Genesis BBQ, for grilling and two outdoor dining tables. There are several restaurants, just minutes from the estate, if you want to "go out" or pick up "take-out" to dine in. Let us know if you would like any recommendations! There is an outdoor shower but master bathroom also has a lovely oversized shower, as well. You also have a view of the beautiful barn with 2 sweet mules, 6 very friendly goats (various breeds) and of the front and back vineyards. This room is a private, romantic setting to relax around a gorgeous pool, to take a spa or enjoy a glass of wine at the gas fire pit . In addition, the 1 acre lake has various seating spots, where you can sip on a glass of wine or watch the gorgeous notorious Redwood Valley sunsets. This property is special and we are very excited to share it with you!

- "Wonderful stay very relaxing beautiful property with lush flowers and trees. Lovely private lake with boat and kayaks to use. Each had room/ house had a individual Jacuzzi spa with their own private deck. Relaxed at the quaint shared pool that was off the suite we stayed in and slept with the doors open all night. There were fresh eggs, cream, butter, everything to make a delicious breakfast. Exploring the property was enjoyable, stopping to pet the horses sweet goats and loving being among a lush vineyard. The rooms and property were all beautiful. The Barrel room where the barrel strips were the celling, retro upscale décor which was simply beautiful with a glass door garage door that opened up to feel the lake breezes. We loved every minute of our stay and will be back."

Quiet and cozy +/- 180 s.f. backyard studio in Ukiah right off HWY 101 w/private entrance from the street, down the driveway and through the backyard. The backyard is shared with the main house, but there is a small semi private yard just outside the studio. Newly remodeled and all electric with mini-split heating/cooling, private bathroom, kitchenette, Smart TV, sound system, WiFi (20 Mbps), and comfortable queen size bed with clean cotton sheets. There is an iron/board, yoga mat, and extra blanket. The kitchenette has a small refrigerator/freezer, microwave, blender, toaster, pots/pans, cups/mugs, silverware/utensils, knives, cutting boards, and one zone induction stove - everything to be able to make a meal. A few condiments are provided: keurig coffee maker w/pods, assorted teas, salt, pepper, sugar, vinegar, butter, and oil, as well as a few complementary snacks. The bathroom comes with clean cotton towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryer among other things. There is an iron/board, yoga mat, and extra blanket. The neighborhood is safe and quiet with some nice tall trees. It’s a 20 min walk / 5 min drive to Downtown Ukiah. 5 mins drive to Hospital and Courthouse. 2.5 blocks from the Great Redwood Trail, which is a paved walkway that runs the North and South length of Ukiah, where people enjoy walking/bicycling without car traffic, day and night. Starbucks is a 10 min walk and Walmart is a 5 min walk, and Costco is 5 mins drive. Montgomery Woods State Natural Reserve and Orr Hot Springs are a 30 min drive. Lake Mendocino South Ramp and Dam are 11 mins drive. Vichy Springs Resort is an 8 min drive.
There is plenty of uncovered space in the backyard to keep your bicycle(s), or other equipment if you’d like to unload and store. Guests with children are more than welcome to stay here if sharing the queen bed is comfortable for them. In addition to the queen size bed, we can provide a Bjorn portable crib upon request, with mattress, one cotton fitted sheet and blanket, so that a family of three with an infant can stay here. Todd Grove Park with a nice playground and tall trees is 8 mins drive. NOTE: this property is not baby/child proof so please supervise your children at all times. The Star Dome Planet is a 1,000 sqft with an open space interior design that allows for maximum entertaining. Safe and Cozy Sleeping for Four guests (2): Two guests on a comfortable KS bed, and a QS floor mattress for occasional visitors. Both the KS bed and the floor mattress are under one Star Dome roof. The walls are filled with unique art and sculpture by artist JQ, while the furnishings mirror the mid-century aesthetic of the architecture. We have designed a unique environment customized and filled with magic. An outside clawfoot hot tub for soaking under the stars. A full working kitchen, bathroom with shower, office with dedicated computer desk, and private off street parking. Fully equipped Kitchen is supplied with teas and coffee.

The hosts have made a very nice and unique place to stay here. You can tell they take pride in how their space looks and feels. It is decorated with the host's own artwork and there is quite a bit to look at. It is located only a couple blocks away from downtown Ukiah, centrally located and close to everything in Ukiah. It is priced very fair for the size and well worth the price when you include the atmosphere inside and out. I will definitely be staying here again if I am back in the area.

This place exceeded our expectations for our long extended stay. Q and Twila were very attentive, responsive, and accommodating of our needs. The building and interior are unique, creative, and pleasant. The inside of the place is a museum displaying Q’s artwork. Good vibes and energy all around. An amazing, unique space with exceptional fine Art, very clean!
Great location, a short walk from great restaurants in downtown, and an easy drive back to the Freeway. Comfortable KS bed, Open space layout, beautiful kitchen, stayed in the shower for hours..We enjoyed a very peaceful time, not to mention dancing in the Spacious Star Dome, and will definitely be back, maybe for a few nights…

"Far out and out of this world! Perfect space for a couple or small family! Spacious two bedroom located right in the heart of downtown Ukiah, where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. Right in the mix of wine country, exotic redwood groves, and relaxing hot springs. Everything you need right within a few minutes of the Stardome, including a movie theater, library, and grocery stores like the Ukiah Food CO-OP. The space itself can be quite inspiring with unique art and accent pieces. The building itself is a small piece of history as it was once the local pharmacy with a unique architectural design. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen with all the tools needed to cook up a gourmet meal and dining table to present it. Even has a large tub great for tranquil soaking separate from the toilet, (a surprisingly significant plus). A shared laundry room is attached to the unit, and can be accessed from inside, which is also a huge plus. The pictures that are posted are great, but dont come close to the charm and thoughtfulness of this place."

This place was perfect for the wedding we attended! It was just down the street from out family/friends and was VERY convenient. Additionally it is walking distance to downtown dining and activities. The place itself is very eclectic and unique. The property manager was quick and responsive when we locked ourselves out and was there within minutes. Overall a great experience!

Centrally located, the home offers a nice outdoor seating area amidst trees. Of note is the artwork, simultaneously cosmic and shamanistic. A pleasurable stay with responsive hosts.

The place was super clean and the kitchen worked well. There isn’t any comfortable furniture for sitting around and relaxing. With the heat while we were there it was a problem. The AC worked great. The dining table is beautiful and comfortable. The desk for working is good and the internet was reliable. The place is a bit dark. There are a lot of light fixtures but little natural light. The artwork is distinctive and plentiful. If it isn’t to your taste it can be overwhelming. The two TVs sound quality is poor. Fortunately we had another speaker. I don’t think that we will return."

Nestled in the fruit trees and overlooking the gardens, it is truly breathtaking. This studio is part of a 38 acre, 3 unit compound that we have the privilege to call home. It is designed to provide a sense of calm peace & beauty. A place to escape the hectic aspects of life and enjoy the simplicity and beauty of your own private slice of nature. This is a one room studio with a bathroom and a very limited mostly outdoor kitchen.

Guests love this little apartment for its big eat-in kitchen. It is on the second floor, so you look straight out into douglas fir tree branches. It has a full bed and a writing nook.

The space
Calm, private efficiency apartment in a four-plex building with good quiet neighbors. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis, with a $30 pet fee.

The space
This newly renovated studio apartment/duplex is located on the east side of Ukiah. You will be less than a 3 mile drive to most restaurants and shopping. Montgomery Woods State Natural Reserve and Orr Hot Springs Resort are approximate 35 minute drive from here. Vichy Springs is less than 10 minutes. Distance to the Golden Gate Bridge: 100 miles, SFO: 114 miles, Oakland Airport: 111 miles, Sacramento Airport: 91 miles.

In addition to the queen size bed (12” firm back support memory foam) the bedroom has a tv, a small closet, luggage rack, and usb multi port charger. The living room has a leather couch (not a fold out) which can also be used for sleeping. The 43” smart tvs in both rooms have full access to many streaming platforms such as Hulu, HBO Max, YouTube Tv etc. There is additional bedding & blankets stored in the bedroom and living room closets.

Heating/cooling can be fully adjusted in both rooms by the guest. There are space heaters and fans available as well.

The kitchenette (no stove top or oven) includes a small sink area with filtered water dispenser, mini refrigerator, microwave oven, air fryer and electric kettle. It is equipped with plateware, cutlery, glasses and mugs along with miscellaneous utensils and kitchen items. More than suitable for salad and snack preparation, reheating and toasting but not suitable for extensive meal preparation. Assorted teas, coffees, snacks and fruit are also available.

The deck is partitioned for privacy but you will still see deer, a small dog and several cats walking in the large back yard!

This flat is in a historical building within walking distance of the old town center of Ukiah. It is one block walk to School Street shops, down town bars and restaurants and the court house. Enjoy the charm and character of this building deeply steeped in Ukiahan history.

The space
Up a common humble entrance and to the right you will find a door that opens into a second floor apartment that includes a kitchen, a living room with a pool table and two bedrooms (and of course .... a necessary). Though, spacious enough it is European diminutive to serve as a comfortable home base. Plan on cozy coffee mornings and contented night caps in a fully functional kitchen.

Three roads will take you over to the Pacific Coast, each 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

The space
There are two spacious bedrooms. The bathroom has a jacuzzi tub/shower combo. The kitchen is a small galley style that flows into the living room. The total square footage is about 900 square feet. The apartment has a separate entrance and you may park in the driveway.
