This well-designed, 300-square-foot studio is attached to a larger home and offers plenty of amenities, even though its layout is compact. From practically every window you'll have a gorgeous view of the ocean. In the evenings, relax on the comfortable sofa, while you watch cable TV or a DVD, or you may just want to snuggle and enjoy the view.
Relax out on the deck, or if the weather is stormy, just stay inside and watch the dramatic show from the warmth of your Marebello retreat.
Hungry? Head to the full kitchen to whip up a meal - you'll have a refrigerator, stovetop/oven, microwave, and other gadgets for everything from heating up leftovers to making a vacation feast. There's even a two-seat bistro table for enjoying your creations.

From here, you are less than a block away from one of the nicest attractions on the Northern California Coast - the Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens. Hike along beautiful trails, bird watching, and learn about coastal ecosystems and their flora and fauna. Other nearby attractions include downtown Fort Bragg, only three miles to the north. Here you can wander shops and galleries, and when you work up an appetite stop in at North Coast Brewing for pints of Blue Star Wheat Beer and garlic fries.
This location is also very convenient for visiting the postcard-perfect community of Mendocino, just eight miles to the south. Hike along the bluff at the Mendocino Headlands State Park, browse for books at the Mendocino Book Company, or just sightsee around this quaint oceanside village.
Your stay at this Northern California vacation rental will be so pleasant and charming, that you may not want to leave! Spend lazy afternoons wandering through coastal gardens, and in the evenings, relax on the deck while you take in a spectacular sunset.

Tiny House surrounded by Redwoods, 3 minutes to the ocean and 5 minutes from town. Comfortably sleeps 2 in an upstairs loft on a spacious queen bed. Hear the ocean from less than a mile away as you drift off to sleep.
- "We had a great stay!Located in the middle of redwood trees but just couple minutes form the beach. The house was so cute and cozy. It's fitting for a couple . There is a ladder to the bed area so it could be challenging for other people. Had to crawl around the bed area but we enjoyed it. Super clean. The host was amazing, and super kind. Cared for her guest, was very welcoming. We will be back." - "Perfect getaway for two! Everything we love about being outdoors without camping- fire pit hang within the trees and the perfect distance from the ocean. It was great. The tiny house & bathroom were cozy & charming and the host was warm & super friendly! Already thinking of our next visit! "

THIS RENTAL IS LOCATED IN AN RV PARK IN THE HARBOR
This rental is located in a classic, old school RV park that have been in the harbor for decades. I personally think that is adds to the rustic harbor experience but there are some who do not like being in an RV park. Please look through all of the photos on this rental so you can get an idea of what the park is like so you can make a personal determination if this is right for you .
UNLOCKING THE FRONT DOOR
Using the door lock : When you arrive, go to the black key pad on the door, press the corresponding numbers for the code itself. After you press the last number press the unlock button in the image in the center and wait 5 seconds. You will hear a chime indicating that the door is unlocked. Proceed to pull the handle and the door will open.
IN THE HOUSE
This rental is all about getting away from it all, the unit does have WiFi but NO PHONE in the unit. The beds are all custom made and are super comfy.
GARBAGE
There are garbage cans for the trailer park at the inside entrance to the park on the left side when looking back from the unit.
VEHICLES
There is only room for one vehicle which can park directly beside the unit. If there is need for a second vehicle, please reach out to us so we can try to accommodate if possible. The historic Noyo Harbor is a great place to take a stroll and check out our historic, working harbor. There is plenty to see and do as well as having some great restaurants to get some great food, have a drink, listen to some live music and more
- "Easy and smooth" - "I really strive to leave accurate reviews because I am a huge review reader so I hope this isnt too lengthy. The pros: Location. Seriously nothing beats staying in the harbor. The Cons The RV is very outdated and worn down. There were left over food items from someone elses stay in the fridge and the whole place smelled terrible until we cleaned it up. Really bad ant problem, even in the beds. There was insufficient bedding. The bunk beds only had sleeping bags. That was it. No hand soap....anywhere. Neutral notes: The location is seriously the best. You can walk to anything and everything in the harbor. For those unfamiliar with Ft Bragg you are a 2 min drive to anything in town (Cowlicks, eggheads, shopping, etc.). There were some harbor noises (duh) but we love that. I wish the property management company had left instructions for those who arent RV savvy like how to convert the table into a bed or that the pier is for the entire park not just those in the houses. Little things like that. Aside from all that, we really enjoyed the stay. We always love being in Ft Bragg and close to the bustling harbor. I would for sure stay at the sportsmans rv park again (as we have in the past) but I dont think I would stay at this RV again unless they did some upgrading/repairs."

- "We loved it!" - "Loved the jet tub with the gas heater close by and the drip coffee packets. Excellent coffee! Comfortable bed and unique atmosphere👍 Beautiful landscaping! Dog friendly👍" - "We had such a lovely time in this unique vacation rental! Staying in the old lighthouse was very charming and access to the roof with views was perfect for a morning cup of coffee. This is the kind of place I always hope for when looking on vrbo - character, charm, and also easy access. The room was smaller than anticipated, but with just the two of us we didn't mind at all. The tub was an EXCELLENT PLUS and great for relaxing at the end of the day. I will be recommending this room to all my friends and staying again for aure"

The bathroom is simple with a shower.

*This apartment is located downtown- there is some noise from the street during the day.
- "What a cute studio apartment! Had everything we needed. Loved that it was near the beach and downtown close to everything. Also very clean. Wish we could’ve stayed longer" - "There were good things and not so good things about this unit. Pluses: the bed was amazing - probably more comfortable than my own bed at home. The decorating and provisions were attractive and adequate. The location was central, convenient, safe, and quiet. Minuses: the shower was minuscule-anyone who weighed over 250#s would not fit in it. The stairs were narrow and steep. The rental amount seemed high for the age and size of the unit. "

- "It was good for us and what we expected." - "Exactly where we wanted to stay. Dog park was 8 blocks away. Piaci's, Cowlicks, Milanos were all within 2 blocks. Traffic was a bit loud during the day, but the sunset made up for it. We will be back. Thanks" - "The outside of the property is downright scary. However the unit was tastefully decorated but we didn’t feel safe. Doors didn’t lock properly. Kitchen overhead vent dropped on to the cooktop during the middle of the night. Alarm for smoke? went off during the night. Also the bathroom door did not close. I would not stay again or recommend this place."

This rental is all about getting away from it all, the unit does have WiFi but NO PHONE in the unit. The beds are all custom made and are super comfy.
