Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

We do have cameras on the external of the property to monitor the number of guests as well as for security.

Large clean and well appointed home in magical location on cliffs between mendocino and ft bragg. hot tub and fire pit and cornhole all put to good use. Don't sleep on nearby belinda point trail. " - "We loved our stay here! The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. There was a great view of the ocean with beach access a short fee miles away. The wood burning fire place (indoor) and fire pit outdoor were cozy and were a great place for family time. We enjoyed the botanical gardens nearby and a visit to Glass Beach (about 3 miles away). Amenities (grocery, gas, etc.) were right up the street. Highly recommend!"
