The property is pending sale, and the “manager”, Jeff Martin, is unprofessional and dismissive. I booked this house for my first baby shower in May 2024, which Jeff knew about. Upon arrival, the house was 90 degrees, and the pool was filthy. At 6.5 months pregnant, this was unacceptable and extremely stressful. Jeff was dismissive, offering no immediate solution for the broken AC and dirty pool. He assured us the AC would be fixed, but despite the efforts, it remained unfixed, and we spent the time in unbearable heat, unable to sleep. The following morning, the AC technician confirmed it couldn’t be repaired that day, contradicting Jeff’s previous claims. Jeff’s gaslighting and refusal to resolve our issues added to my extreme stress, impacting my health and my baby’s well-being. VRBO was also unable to reach him for further assistance. My family, including elderly relatives, suffered from the heat, and our special event was ruined. The immense stress and physical discomfort have made me sick, and I now require antibiotics due to a suppressed immune system while pregnant. Jeff’s negligence, dishonesty, and lack of responsibility make this the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. This experience caused severe physical and emotional stress, affecting both me and my baby. Jeff completely ruined my special day, and I would never handle my business clients this way. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!"

The washer and dryer were immensely useful which helped cut down on how much we packed. The kitchen was well stocked with the necessities and there was a Keurig and french press for our morning coffee. We used the rollaway bed for our kid, which fit perfectly in the corner of our bedroom. The bedroom gets direct sunlight in the morning so it does get warm and bright, even with the curtains. Also, the AC condenser is right outside the bedroom and can be a little loud but we were able to drown it out with some white noise. We appreciated the snacks, and toiletries in the bathroom.We would definitely stay again on our next trip down. "

I'm renting a room with a private bath to a traveling professional (preferably a nurse). I'm an RN as well. The home is located in a quiet court across the street from a park. Within minutes from restaurants, movies, shopping malls. We are 5 minutes from Roseville Kaiser and Sutter Hospital and about 15-25 minutes to Mercy General, Sutter General, S. Sac Kaiser, Morse Kaiser and many others. I've actually done some travel assignments at some of these hospital. 2 hours from Tahoe and S.F.

Excellent & convenient location! This rental is for a spacious master bedroom with a walk in closet and a private bathroom. Slightly bigger than 169 sq ft, the room rental includes one twin bed, a TV (w-Amazon Prime Video), and lots of space! Rental also includes a parking spot in the complex, access to the main areas of the Condo including the patio, living area, kitchen, laundry area, community pool, spa and gym. Safeway, the Nugget and several other shops are across the street.

The space
The property is located on a third floor. There is a door at the bottom of the stairs that allows a person to exit the complex. Directly across the street is Safeway and several other shops and places to eat. 24 hour fitness, Starbucks, Walgreens and the Nugget are all walking distance. Also, there are beautiful walking trails and parks nearby. Additionally, there’s a middle school down the street, about a 5 minute walk away.

Community areas to include living area, kitchen, laundry area, patio and rented bedroom and bathroom. No access to 2nd bedroom and bathroom. Mutual respect is required.

Fully Refundable deposit of $100 required for keys to the condo, community pool, spa and gym. A written and signed agreement will be required.

Only one small trained pet please under 25lbs. There’s a two pet maximum per our HOA management and breed/weight requirements. There is one 12lb dog already in the home.

Free WiFi, utilities, and Amazon Prime Video are included. (Amazon delivery service is not included). The home has a brand new A/C and heating unit. Pls. note that no access to the fireplace is permitted (it is not used) as it reduces the air quality in the home.

Children cannot be left in the home unsupervised.

Please do not use my address as your mailing or business address. You must use your own address or PO Box for legal reasons. Deliveries may use in care of/ owners name.

Please note there will be two shelf’s in the pantry available for your kitchen items/dry food. All dishes, utensils, pans and appliances in the kitchen are available for your use.

The owner maintains the right to enter the room & bathroom being rented. However, sufficient notice will be given to the lodger to notify them of the need to enter the room & bathroom during their paid reservation. Upon expiration of the lodgers reservation, no notice would be required by owner.
