Enjoy a relaxing (and super clean!) stay at our centrally-located, well designed loft in the City of Sunshine’s desirable hot springs neighborhood. Just 45 minutes south of Crater Lake National Park, the spectacular beauty of Southern Oregon awaits! If it’s the quaint, slow pace of a small(ish) town that you’re after, you’ve got coffee shops, restaurants and bars in walking distance, too!

The space
Newly renovated loft featuring queen size bed w/ reading lights and phone charging stations, closet with rack & hangers, kitchenette with coffee maker, microwave and mini-refrigerator, desk/workspace, ceiling fan, recessed lighting, 65” TV and internet. (Ironing board and iron are available upon request.)
Bathroom offers a tub/shower, sink, blow dryer…and a toilet too! :)

You’ll have ample street parking (directly in front of the loft). Easy access to local coffee shops, restaurants and bars by car, bike or foot. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood where friendly folk abound!
Near Lake of the Woods and Crater Lake you can soak up the sound of silence, cool your heels, and calm your soul in our cozy, well appointed "treehouse" in front of National Forest. Take a splash in Howard Prairie, Fish, Hyatt Lakes. Pacific Crest Trail about 3/4 mile up the road and Crater Lake National Park one hour beautiful drive in the woods. Hiking and strolling trails are all around this small remote subdivision. Ductless heat/air, basic amenities listed, no TV needed!
The space
Cozy quiet retreat in the treetops in a 1 bedroom/1 bath bungalow over the garage with private NO HOST access. Intermittent WiFi and no television; WiFi phone only.
Guest access
Private NO HOST access facing the forest, up long flight of stairs. Stairs may be icy in winter! Parking behind the main house on a pitted dirt road. Must be able to walk up stairs and walk on uneven surface to access stairs. Check in after dark is not recommended and must be at your own risk. If possible, exterior lights will be left on but not guaranteed! If you have concerns please email host through AirBnb prior to visit. See photos for parking.

Seating area by the forest below the deck is available for use. Small Propane grill is available if you supply your own small propane tank. One tank usually present.

Many guests start booking now for next year because it's part of the family getaway year after year once they taste the magic of this heavenly place. It's a place for those who love nature, enjoy the stay in the woods and by calming and peaceful lake with mountain and water view. Many guests enjoy fishing in Spring and Summer, birding in Fall, hunting as the weather gets colder and snow mobile in Winter. There is a canoe or boating trail right by the dock with 5 miles loop and 7 miles loop where you can enjoy birding, fishing or just cruise to take in the beauty of nature.

The property is right by the water, you can walk to the dock and enjoy an incredible sunrise view. The property has a lake and mountain view, this is a heavenly place! In winter, ground snow level can change overnight, do make sure you have proper gears for your vehicle to access the property.
It's a private room, private bath, linen, towels, shampoo, and soap. The room has a small fridge, coffee pot, and microwave
The restaurant is temporarily closed for renovation. We will open again on April-14 Fri, Sat & Sun 5pm-8pm.
Starting April 15, it will open daily 5pm-8pm. During summertime, the hour will expand and in winter and spring, the hour will be condensed. Please call the office for the latest updates.
We offer no contact self-check-in. When the office is open, you can also check in at the office. You can ring the office bell for onsite cohost, and we will also provide additional check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival.

The outdoor activities change with weather. Spring, Summer and Fall are popular with fishing, birding and canoe or kayak. When it starts to get cold, duck hunting is popular and in winter snow mobile is the favorite activity
This unique place has a style all of its own. It offers peaceful tranquility and a place to unwind. It also offers a king size bed and a quiet work space. It is in walking distance to Klamath Community College and off Hwy39 for quick access to lava beds and the California boarder. Minutes from the Airbase, Hospital and Downtown. For those longer stays it has a washer/dryer.
Come enjoy a small piece of country living that takes you to a relaxing hideaway. It is definitely home away from home

All space is available in the loft for your use. There is a walk- in closet that is perfect for your stay. If you bring your furry friends you can walk them in the adjacent lawn. We have supplied bags for dog cleanup.

We love for you to bring your fur baby (dogs only) but please list them and include the $40.00 fee.
They must be under 25 lbs. I use the 5-step enhanced cleaning process and take pride in the loft being extraordinarily clean.
