This is a fantastic in-law/guest house located in a great neighborhood in Sparks, NV. The space is private with a keypad lock and includes one-bedroom with a queen bed, a living room w/ a TV and modular sectional sofa that can be used as a bed, a kitchenette (w/ a hot plate & convection oven), and a washer & dryer. The space has WiFi, cable, and complimentary coffee & Tide Pods. The location is just a few minutes away from Downtown Reno. Similarly, it is about an hour drive (or less) to Tahoe.
The space
The space is an in-law suite connected to the main house. The suite is separated from the main house by a door that remains locked during your stay. Similarly, there is a separate entrance for the guest suite located on the right side of the house. The space is mostly carpeted with a bedroom, living room, bathroom, kitchenette and washer and dryer. It is fully furnished with a new modular sectional sofa, new TV, new burner, and new kitchen supplies.

Sparks Home is located in a nice quiet neighborhood with beautiful scenery. It is 20 min from the downtown reno area where all of your casino needs can be met! It is also 11 min from Legends Outlets. For family fun, you can head to Wild Island Family Adventure Park where there is bowling, laser tag, go karting, arcades, and a water park only 12 min away. This Ensuite is attached to the main house with it’s own private entrance to allow guests to come and go at their own leisure.
