- "The location is great! The apartment complex has great amenities and is very quiet. Dedicated parking in the garage was also really nice. We used the pool & hot tub every day. With the building next to the Marina, there is a lot of bird poop on the pool deck/furnishings/in the pool - maintenance at the complex could tend to this better. The same goes for the dog park area - even on the 4th floor going into the parking garage, you can smell the urine/feces of the dog park on the ground floor. The apartment itself was really nicely furnished with everything our family needed. Having two bathrooms and an in-unit washer/dryer was great! The cleaning team may have been rushed, as certain things were overlooked/lacking, like vacuuming & cleaning the showers. There were towels in the dryer, dishes in the dishwasher & hair on the clean towels that we were able to rewash. Management was super responsive and helpful. We would stay here again. Thank you!"

- "We were in town for a funeral. It was just as described. Clean, tidy, a comfortable place to rest. Kitchen has everything for a stay. It is right next to the lake and walking path. Close access to highways. Just what we needed. The beds were comfortable, living spaces good. The main suite bath has no outlet that we could find, a strong cologne smell in second bedroom closet, and no flat sheet on beds (only the duvet) were the tiniest of details we noticed. This property is a separate unit from the front house with the same address. To access your stand alone space, the driveway is on D Street, around the corner from the 2 story main house front entrance.

This adorable home is just a 5-minute drive to The Outlets at Legends; an open-air shopping, dining & entertainment destination in Sparks. This wonderful home has just been fully remodeled and guests will be able to feel the relaxing and inviting energy from the moment they walk through the front door. With about 1200 square feet, it holds a living room, dining room, kitchen, 1 bedroom with a queen bed and 1 bedroom with a king bed. There are two full bathrooms and each room has its own private access to each bathroom. It also has 2 dedicated work spaces for our guests who work from home. Guests can relax under the gazebo in the private backyard surrounded by hanging lights.

The home has heating and air conditioning, a fireplace and a TV with a Roku. It comes full of amenities including extra blankets, 2 pillows for each guest, a fully stocked shower and plenty of towels. We've also included cotton swabs, Q-tips and hair dryers.

If any of our guests are in town for Tesla or Panasonic, the drive is only a short 25-minute commute. For our guests in town for leisure and vacation, the Sparks Marina is only a 5-minute drive away, major shopping, dining & entertainment is 5-minutes away and any events being held in Victorian Square are only a 5-minute drive away, as well.
