Our 1 bedroom 1 bath condo offers accommodations for up 4 guests. Stay and play like a local at any of the several casinos and just a 40 minute drive to Lake Tahoe.

We have made every attempt to make sure your stay with us is as comfortable as your own home, we have included Roku Tv's so feel free to login to your favorite streaming movie apps to not miss an episode or finish binge watching that series you just can't get enough of. We are minutes from Legends Shopping Mall, theater and several varieties of food options as well as the water slides and bowling ally.
Close to the freeway and grocery stores so believe me when I tell you that our cozy little condo is close to anything you could need while in Reno/Sparks NV.

We do not allow pets as this could cause an allergic reaction for other renters so please be respectful of the no pet policy.

-Due to this being a residential complex, noise ordinances are 10pm sharp, We do not permit excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances at any time.
-This condo is video monitored outdoors for security purposes at any time.

Our home is located on heart of Downtown Sparks, NV-USA just three blocks of I-80 and in quiet neighborhood. Walk distance for local breweries, wine place, theater, restaurants, casino, new concert venue The Nugget Amphitheater, plus great local events. Completely remodeled and ready for a clean, comfortable getaway!

The neighborhood seemed to be in transition from single family to high denisity apartments. Overall, the area felt clean and safe. There was plently of bars and entertainment within walking distance, but no coffee shops, diners or retail during the day. That being said, if you get in your car, it is surrounded by typical suburban strip malls with everything you need. Downtown reno is an easy 10min drive."

- "Super clean, safe, and picturesque top floor condo with spectacular Marina and Mountain Views. We stayed there with my daughter and her husband for a family wedding so, separate baths and 2 king size beds were a must. The kitchen had everything we could have needed and the welcome treat basket was very much appreciated. It’s a great resort-like property with a pool and playground. The walkable path around the marina is fun, well kept and felt very safe. We walked to the coffee shop every morning and came back to cook breakfast together. Two balconies offer separate spaces with epic views. One assigned, covered parking space was ideally located close to the unit. Hosts were fabulous, communicative and cared. We left a couple of items in the unit and they went above and beyond to coordinate a pick up with my brother. I would definitely stay there again. "

Tampering with exterior security cameras or engaging in any illegal activity on the premises will result in immediate, non-refundable cancellation of your reservation.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and anywhere on the property. This includes the improper disposal of cigarette butts in the front or back yards. A $250 fine will be charged for any smoking violation, in addition to professional cleaning and repair costs.

No Grills Allowed. Bringing a grill onto the property or grilling anywhere on the premises is strictly prohibited. A $250 fine will be charged for any violation.

Pet Policy: This is a no-pet property. If an unauthorized animal is brought onto the property, a $250 fine will be charged. This fine is separate from any additional charges for damages or if animal waste isn`t properly picked up and disposed of.

Please do not move furniture or appliances from their original placement.

The Neighborhood:
Reno, Nevada and the surrounding area offer a wide variety of indoor and outdoor recreational activities. With excellent weather, residents and visitors can enjoy the nearby spectacular Lake Tahoe and the largest concentration of ski facilities in the world, all within a fifty-mile radius. Outdoor activities such as biking, camping, hunting, fishing, and mountain climbing are popular among residents and visitors. In addition, kayaking and paddle boarding are available behind the marina waterfront building. Located minutes from the Row, which includes Circus Circus, El Dorado, and the Silver Legacy complex, you can try your luck at gambling or catch a great show. The National Bowling Stadium, where professional bowling tournaments are held, is also located downtown, just blocks from the Row. The Riverwalk, featuring the Truckee River on one side and world-class restaurants on the other, is a great place to people-watch, enjoy a meal, take in the view, and visit a microbrewery or two just south of the main downtown area.

Reno and the surrounding area offer a variety of local attractions for visitors to enjoy. Carson City, the state capital, is a great place to learn about the history and culture of Nevada. The Carson Street offers shopping and dining options. Lake Tahoe, a natural wonder, offers a variety of outdoor activities like hiking, swimming, and boating. Meadowood Mall is a great place for shopping and entertainment. The National Bowling Stadium, located at 300 N Center St, is a must-see for bowling enthusiasts hosting professional tournaments. Mount Rose Ski Resort, located on Mount Rose Highway, is a popular spot for skiing and snowboarding. The Reno Sparks Convention Center, located at 4001 S. Virginia St, is a great place for events and conferences. The University of Nevada - Reno, located at 1664 N. Virginia St, offers visitors a chance to explore the campus and learn about the university. Finally, the Historic Virginia City offer visitors the opportunity to try their luck at gambling and explore the area's history.

Getting Around:
The Regional Transportation Commission of Washoe County (RTC) operates a bus system that serves Reno, Sparks, and the surrounding area. There's a bus stop near your location that connects to the main bus lines in the area. If you want a more comfortable and convenient way to travel, you can request an Uber. - "The location is great! The apartment complex has great amenities and is very quiet. Dedicated parking in the garage was also really nice. We used the pool & hot tub every day. With the building next to the Marina, there is a lot of bird poop on the pool deck/furnishings/in the pool - maintenance at the complex could tend to this better. The same goes for the dog park area - even on the 4th floor going into the parking garage, you can smell the urine/feces of the dog park on the ground floor. The apartment itself was really nicely furnished with everything our family needed. Having two bathrooms and an in-unit washer/dryer was great! The cleaning team may have been rushed, as certain things were overlooked/lacking, like vacuuming & cleaning the showers. There were towels in the dryer, dishes in the dishwasher & hair on the clean towels that we were able to rewash. Management was super responsive and helpful. We would stay here again. Thank you!"
