Driving distance to more shops and restaurants in town. They do have dining restaurants and casino on site. But, none of us gamble. We just enjoyed the easy access to the ski resort, nice pools and hot spa, clean and quick café for breakfast and coffee. I do hope their restaurants have better food and faster services, and no smoking at casino. But, I don't think that exist. We do valet parking all the time very easy and they charge our car for us. Peaceful area, not as much activities as Northstars and South Tahoe side. May not fit for everyone. "

There was also a balcony with a gorgeous view of the lake. Internet was really slow though, but it wasn't much of a problem for us. Overall, I loved this place and highly recommend it!!!"
