It had everything we needed for our stay. We had two families, one with very young children, so it worked well to have 2 of 4 the bedrooms at opposite parts of the house. The house location was great, as it was walking distance to the beach, a playground, and restaurants... The only thing I can think of as a negative was that the wifi signal in the bedrooms off of the kitchen was pretty weak so it was hard to use wifi in those bedrooms. But stepping out side those rooms was all it took to get a good signal, so it wasn't a big problem."

- "The house was nicely remodeled, everything was new. The beds were super comfortable. The location is just perfect to walk to the beach, shops, restaurants. Loved everything about it except a couple things. One, the back yard should be more developed. I would rather sit in the back yard with a table and chairs and bbq, rather than the front yard. The back yard is beautiful and could really be nicely developed. Secondly, I felt really uncomfortable relaxing in the front or back yard due to the cameras. Would really have preferred privacy and found them to be a deterrence to spend time in the yards. For that reason, I probably will not be back, but maybe. The house is just perfect otherwise. It was also very clean and pretty well stocked. I and my kids (20 & 21) really had a wonderful time and just love Kings Beach. We've been here many, many time. Most recently a house on Steelhead every summer for 10+ years. Also, we were unlucky as there was road construction with the equipment parked right in front of the house the entire week. I even got blocked in one day by a dump truck, but, oh, well. Still loved it."
