As you arrive, please pull into the driveway to the right of the house, next to the amazing Latin-themed coffee shop! There is room for 3-4 cars, depending on size, and ample street parking if everyone drives in. Come up onto the front porch, a great place to sit in the rocking loveseat or put your feet up in the chair with an ottoman, while you watch Reno go by. You have a perfect view of the Aces fireworks!

The home that awaits is a spacious two bedroom, with most of the original 1930's architectural details intact. With massively high ceilings and hardwood floors, this uncluttered gem is filled with light and plants, as well as darkening curtains for sleeping in. Featuring a Music Room with drums, guitar and a keyboard, this oasis has a near-infrared sauna and a huge, cast-iron bathtub, making it the perfect space to create and to unwind.

As you enter, welcome to the day-use Music Room; equipped with a Ludvig drum kit, a Casio keyboard and a Rogue acoustic guitar, as well as a twin bed and privacy curtains. Write your next hit, rehearse your new album, try drums for the first time or let your kid(s) (supervised) play a drum set! Make forever memories, sit in a chair shaped like a shoe. The space curtains glow in the dark!

Walking straight ahead, you enter the bathroom and see the cast-iron tub, large enough for two. Plants bring some nature into your relaxation and walking ahead you arrive in the Back Bedroom. A comfortable Queen bed awaits, surrounded by nature-themed art, as well as a closet, a desk with a monitor, a ceiling fan and light-blocking curtains, perfect for work or rest.

Through the other door of the Back Bedroom is an explosion of plants in the Red Kitchen. Make magic (and popcorn!) with retro appliances, set in a garland of living greenery, around a large kitchen table. Cook, eat, play games and plan adventures in this well-equipped, spacious setup, complete with retro enamel sink and ceiling fan.

Off of the kitchen is a door (that locks) to the shared laundry, free use of the washer and dryer is included. Turn the other way and you see the Sauna Room, inviting you with a tall shelf of plants, a comfy armchair, an HDMI equipped, large Panasonic TV, a queen futon and the Pocket Sauna Near-Infrared Sauna. Unwind after Tahoe, relax surrounded by indoor nature in this spacious room.

From here, open the door to the Front Bedroom and notice the gorgeous, original glasswork as the sun streams into your windows, or opt for the darkening curtains if you want to sleep. A queen bed awaits, a desk and a monitor, a closet, a full-length mirror, a ceiling fan, some lovely art and a cheerful Tiffany-esque lamp.

Complete the circle, as the Sauna Room Opens into the Music Room! Welcome to my VRBO and your unique, memorable stay. A pancake and waffle breakfast, prepared by a professional chef, is available for an additional fee, most weekends. Its a blow up bed right now but enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place.This is converted living room, you get downstairs and own bathroom to yourself at nite.
The space
Its kinda an original idea, huge living room with a view that went used at all. Made it a small living room and an airbrb room . Its new , was a test . Guests all seem to think its a great value. So i working on it when i can to upgrade into a more permanent type thing. Have another airbrb room upstairs if 2 rooms are needed. If even more space is needed contact me . Right now wall is movable . I could open it up and put up more beds if i wanted.

The space
Compact but very romantic, cozy & very quaint cottage. Kitchen is stocked with pretty much all the amenities you would find in your own home. If you note something absent, please ask, I may be able to provide it. We travel also, so we suggest ask in advance for something specific.

Guest access
100% private space - entrance and patio area in rear of home. Access is through our North Court garden area on the side of our kitchen, where we might cross paths.

Furniture there can also be used by guests; it can be cooler there on hot days.

Other things to note
The antique double bed is included. Additional twin sleeping space via floor air mattress is available - fully made up. A variety of bedding is available if you need more/less warmth.

Even in August heat, Reno normally cools down with a cool 'Washoe Zephyr' breeze in afternoons/ evenings. Cottage has a quick cooling in-room AC unit.

The large light switch near the door always ON, so the walkway / driveway motion lights will always be on for your return after dark.

Heat: verify the thermostat switch is set to 'HEAT'. IF the switch is in the OFF position when you arrive, turn it to ON - it may then take a few extra minutes for the heater to kick on.

To increase heat, click the '+' on the bar to the left of the digital display. Heating is efficient and quick; setting it to 68 degrees should warm it up amazingly, in minutes.

Small electric heaters are available as needed.

All wiring in the Cottage is new. If the electric plug in the bathroom trips (e.g. - from heat producing appliance draws), reset it by pressing the red button on the outlet.

Clorox wipes, Lysol, disinfectant, hand sanitizer and masks are plentifully used during our in-between guest cleaning. They are available for your use and comfort level.

Please place ALL wipes in the wastebasket (they are not truly flushable). Please place ALL feminine products in the small white container.

Cozy 1 bedroom house with a full kitchen nestled very close to downtown but still peaceful.

The backyard is split by a bamboo wall about 20ft tall. There are fire pits on both sides of it with the one in the back specifically for the guests. There is also a table for eating surrounded by bamboo. The roses and wisteria vines also bloom every summer

Our brick carriage house has old world charm with modern amenities set in a peaceful garden setting. Comfortably fits two, has a small kitchen, Wifi, LCD TV & Roku. Centrally located to Midtown and Downtown in the historic Newlands Neighborhood. The carriage house is just a short walk to all the great restaurants, nightlife and activities in Downtown and Midtown Reno.

The space
The guest house is equipped with heat and an a/c unit, its private and very comfortable. It has a small kitchen including a small fridge, microwave, electric cook plate, coffee maker and hot water kettle. Includes all dishes, silverware and stainless cookware.

The space
This is our basement and it’s cozy ad bright. It includes 2 beds and a smaller futon. The kitchenette has a microwave, mini fridge, Keurig coffee machine, countertop over/toaster, disposable plates/cups/utensils. The only sink is in the restroom that is why we don’t have a stove for cooking. You will have your own entry and a second Emergency Exit. Please note that you may hear us walking upstairs. We have electric heaters for winter and fans for summer but the space stays about the same comfortable temperature at all times. We do not have air conditioning but it has not been an issue with any of our guests.

The neighborhood is quiet. Close to everything. You will park in our driveway with access to the space through a side gate.

Other things to note
Please make sure to add your pet to the reservation. We’ve had a couple of guests not do so and it gets awkward when they are here. We have to pay more for the cleaning after a pet stays so that the space is ready for everyone. Thank you for your understanding.

We have two queen size beds and a SMALL futon. A smaller adult will sleep comfortably but it is NOT a normal size futon. Just want to make sure you are aware.

Our 500-square-foot guest house offers a cozy and inviting layout. The bedroom features a luxurious Purple mattress for a restful night’s sleep. The kitchenette is equipped with a Breville mini oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, and two convection hot plates for light meal preparation. With its private entrance, this space is ideal for relaxation and convenience.

The guest house has its own private entrance which is the left door of the front porch. There is a door in the kitchen that leads to the main house, however two one-way (hotel-style) keyless deadbolts are on either side of the door. This is for the guest and occupant's peace of mind and safety. So the separate spaces are not accessible by either party.

Well situated next to eclectic Wells Ave. Just 2 mins walk to Midtown's cafes, shops, bars, yoga studios and restaurants; 20 minute stroll to downtown; 6 minute drive to the airport & Convention Center. My office is attached but has a separate entry. Garage not available for use due to pending garage sale.

The space
You enter the unit through the attached garage that I use for storage and may occasionally access during your stay. Please use street parking. Do not park in the commercial lot next door but you can park in the lot at the front of the property.

When ordering food delivery, it is easiest to use Reno Computer Fix as the delivery location and then meet the delivery driver outside. If you use the home address, they will come to the front of the property instead and will knock on a different door.

There are four homes on this property. All share access to the internal courtyard with seating areas available to enjoy from June-October during warm weather. Fire pit is open year round.

I live in the front house and offer it on Airbnb when I travel. Permanent tenants live in the other two bungalows. There is one gentle dog and one indoor/outdoor cat on the property. External cameras cover entrances at the front and back of property and the shared outdoor courtyard.

You will enter the studio through the garage. The garage is a space I use for storage and tools that I may need access to during your stay. Inside the garage is the door to your studio which is for your private enjoyment. Attached to the studio is my office but you do not have access to it and I access it from a separate entrance in the shared courtyard.

With easy freeway access, just 45 min. from the crystal waters of Famous Lake Tahoe, 30 min. from Mt Rose ski resort, 30 min. from the heart of downtown Reno, 23 min. to the wooden sidewalks of historic Virginia City, & 4 min. to the beautiful Sierra Summit outdoor mall, with many dining options.

Welcome to your serene escape at Tuxon House, nestled in south Reno at the base of Mount Rose. Upon arrival, you might be greeted by the cheerful neighs of Winnie the horse, eager to meet new friends. Our fenced property, offers convenient parking just steps from your door and features a resort-style pool with a spa and swim-up bar. Although still enhancing the sunken outdoor kitchen and surrounding landscaping, the pool is fully operational for your enjoyment.

Your accommodation is separated from the main residence. Half of the cottage is comprised of this charming little home and the other half a private workspace used by the owners. The space is thoughtfully appointed with light finishes, soft textures, and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring a rejuvenating stay. It's equipped with both heating and cooling to ensure comfort year-round.

Guests are invited to enjoy the expansive landscaped yard, which boasts multiple outdoor dining areas and access to the shared pool and spa. Please note, the pool is a vibrant family hub frequented by children and friends, and while it's a shared amenity, we hope you find joy in the lively atmosphere.

Our home is a haven for a variety of animals. In addition to Polly the Labradoodle and Pepper the Borderdoodle, you might also meet our free-range emus, Luke and Layah. Due to the shared outdoor spaces and our commitment to a harmonious environment, we uphold a no-pets policy.

Please be aware that as a hobby farm, encounters with country wildlife, including insects and small animals, are part of the rustic charm. We diligently manage the exterior to minimize intrusions but cannot offer refunds for sightings of small critters or insects.

There's a manual gate to open and close if you would like to park right next to your door. There's parking outside of the gate as well.

The large yard is home to our two emus Luke and Leia who have intermittent free-range access. We raised them by hand from the time they were not much bigger than a softball and they love humans. They are extremely curious and friendly and would love to eat some grain from your hand if you would like to feed them. They are charmers. Everyone loves theses sweet birds. You can see them in the pen with the chickens.

While the pool is fully operational, we are still adding to it and will be working on various aspects of it, possibly during your stay. We are always mindful of creating the best possible stay for our guests and will do our best to limit interruptions

For your convenience, one designated driveway parking spot is available, located directly Infront of guesthouse (Unit B). The two remaining driveway spots are reserved for the main house.

Our home is conveniently located near I-80. We've done our best to make the inside as peaceful as possible, but some ambient sound and traffic noise from the highway is to be expected.

There is a shared courtyard with a small 4 person hot tub, far infrared sauna, wishing well/water fountain, firepit table and a BBQ/Griddle. These are for use of all guests. There is also an outdoor TV located above the hot tub. Its a cozy relaxing area.

There is a middle school behind our home. It's not noisy and during the weekdays, you may observe children walking by or parents dropping off their kids in the morning and afternoon. Rest assured, though, the patio is private and you won't even know they are walking by.

Quiet residential neighborhood just 15 minutes from downtown Reno or 45 from Tahoe. Entire detached single level guesthouse. Three parking spaces available, one in attached garage, two outside (if vehicles are smaller, three cars could park outside).

Detached guesthouse, approx 1400 sq. ft., three bedroom/two bath. Across the yard you can see the main house, which has a law firm (Thierman Buck Law Firm) built in. During business days (M-F) there are extra vehicles for the employees at the main house.

Sparks Home is located in a nice quiet neighborhood with beautiful scenery. It is 20 min from the downtown reno area where all of your casino needs can be met! It is also 11 min from Legends Outlets. For family fun, you can head to Wild Island Family Adventure Park where there is bowling, laser tag, go karting, arcades, and a water park only 12 min away. This Ensuite is attached to the main house with it’s own private entrance to allow guests to come and go at their own leisure.
