8 grassy and wooded acres with a year around creek. One and a half miles from interstate 5. Owners live on the property, so assistance is always available. We also have a nice little orchard, veggie gardens and black berries in season. Lots of room to play or kick back either one.

There is a super cute, well stocked, little country store just on the other side of the freeway. Our closest town is Canyonville, 10 miles to the north of us. It is a small town but boasts one of Oregons nicer casinos, as well as fast food and grocery stores. Other than that, we are located right between Grants Pass and Roseburg. Both are good sized towns 35 to 45 miles to the north and south of us.
Also, cell service (depending on your provider) can be weak in our area.

PRIVACY:
The Retreat is on the side of the house quiet and private. See the photo in the listing. Private off-road parking. Private entrance. Private Backyard. However, you may see Eric and Debbie working in the yard around the Retreat, or just relaxing.

ABOUT THE TOWN:
Roseburg (Green District) has a motto: "Where nature is your neighbor." The town is nestled in one of Douglas County's more beautiful valleys right on the Umpqua Riverbank. It is also known as "The gateway to the 100 Valleys of the Umpqua". We're a small, friendly community with small town appeal, but also modern with the times. If you need any suggestions on where to go eat, or explore close by let us know.

You may use the entire Retreat and its private yard. You'll have private parking and access in front of the Retreat. Key Lock Box on the fence.

OTHER THING TO NOTE:
Sleeping arrangements: The Retreat is ideal for 1 or 2 guests (couple) as there is only one bed. However, up to 4 guests are welcome if you don't mind the pullout couch bed. Just be sure to let us know about your group so we can accommodate you!
The bathroom has a shower. It does not have a bathtub.

Pets are welcomed there will be a $25 pet fee. If there are damages, the guest is required to pay actual damage costs.

Relax and have some fun in our renovated 1 bed/1 bath detatched garage in our large fenced back yard. The space can sleep 6 people with a queen size bed, with queen and full size futon/sleepers. One block off highway 138, within minutes of a coffee shop, 3 restauraunts and a bar and grill. Single serve coffee maker, electric skillet, microwave, and a mini fridge. Pool/ping pong table, 55" smarttv, preloaded Nintendo, bluray player, and board games. Ask for wifi😊

The space
Although the space has been renovated, the original cement floors still exist, giving a very unsophisticated and laid back vibe. The rustic feel is completed with a literal rusted metal ceiling. The large living space features pool/ping pong table with all of the accessories. The kitchenette provides a coffee maker, an electric skillet, and a microwave. The living room corner has a smart tv and electric fireplace, with a queen sized fold down futon. There is also a lage bar with 4 bar stools. You'll walk through the spacious and simple bedroom featuring a comfy queen sized bed, night stand, electric fireplace and corner chair, to enter the bathroom. In there is a full shower/tub combo with a single sink vanity. You can open the garage door for an indoor/outdoor living experience and enjoy your own fire pit during the milder spring and fall months. Youll likely want to use the man door during the more extreme weather times of year, to preserve your comfortable indoor temperature.

Everything you need is in the entry room, underneath sink (where you will do your dishes) Please place dish strainer on the dryer when doing dishes) Put all food remnants in the little garbage can on the floor, in front of sink. Please only wash dishes in the entry room. Thank you!

Enjoy some breakfast items we have for you located in game rooms freezer. There is also a couple frozen breakfast items in the mini freezer, in the Bliss. The Bliss is also equipped with an adequate size Dreamiracle oven, rice cooker, hotplate, skillet, griddle, airfryer, conventional oven, crock-pot, toaster & other essentials.

Unwind in the combo shower tub. This deep soaking tub complete with soaking salts, and bubble bath, and find those little extras you may have forgotten at home.

Laundry day is stress-free with complimentary washer and dryer access, along with laundry soap, and dryer sheets provided. And for those extra touches make use of the ironing board, & dryer rack. Note: Please do not overload washer. Please do not do Bliss laundry. If you need more linnens just ask. Thank you!

With free two-car driveway parking under the carport, your convenience is our priority.(Please have 2nd car park behind you)

NOTE: For the most part we are children friendly. Let me elaborate on that. Inside the Bliss we have long curtains, & macrame strings being used in front of closet, that drape to the floor. In the courtyard the foundation is slabs of rock, with pea gravel around them. The edges on the slabs can be sharp. We just want to mention it.

You will have access to the entry room, game room, driveway, entire Guesthouse, backyard, outside family room, laundry room , and courtyard during your visit.

The Bliss is self check-in, but we would so enjoy if we got the opportunity to say a quick hello, sometime during your visit. You are a part of our journey with the Bliss, & we are very grateful.

Please make sure you read listing, as the Bliss is set up studio style. Everything is set up in the same room. That includes twin bed (Only set up by request.) & the Queen bed.

Also note: The only cooking appliances that are set out, is the mini frig, oven fryer (that can bake about anything), microwave, blender, electric water kettle, coffee maker, pods, pots/pans, plates, cups, silverware, coffee cups, bowls, & utensils. The hotplate, skillet, toaster, griddle, rice cooker, & crock-pot are in the cupboard, between the bathroom & closet.

Note also that everyone occupying the Bliss, is counted as a guest. Children (infants)included. 3 guests maximum.

We do have 2 Boston Terriers. The red one is Piper, and the black one is KoKo Mo! They do not mingle or hang out in the same area as the guests. They have there own space to play, and...well you know lol.(It is separated by a white fence)They are AirBnb trained. Therefore, they will go out and do there buisness & go back in. They are super friendly, but we do ask guests to not call them over to the gate. Not everyone wants dogs sitting there whinning for attention. But again, they are super friendly!

*We're happy to accommodate mask preferences. Therefore, if you would prefer us to wear a mask let us know, and we are on board!

Welcome to Rustic River Farms! Situated on 5.5 acres in wine country along the Umpqua River, our riverfront guest house offers a quaint, quarky space to unwind. During summer months you can take in the views of lavender and seasonal flowers in our field. We are also in the heart of some awesome fish runs. A perfect base camp for the fisherman or couples looking for a quiet retreat, which can also accommodate 1 adult or 2 children on the sleeper sofa.

The space
If it's adventure you seek, you can head out to the river on one of our kayaks between June- September. We have space to park your boat for fisherman!

You have your own private deck and can access the river and lower field at your leisure.

Other things to note
There is no oven in the house. There is a BBQ and hot plate, but chances are you won't be preparing a Thanksgiving dinner here! The water heater is small, so while you can take a shower comfortably, a hot bath is not likely. There is a tv stored away that you can set up and play a selection of DVD's if you choose.

Come stay in our river cottage on the North Umpqua River! Rafting and swimming in the summer and steelhead fishing in the winter. Nicely appointed detached studio with full bathroom, kitchenette, queen bed, dining table, BBQ, and access to covered patio overlooking the river. Gateway to the Umpqua National Forest and Crater Lake National Park. Close to wineries in the Umpqua Valley. 25 minutes from Roseburg. 1.5 hours from Eugene Airport.

The space
Detached 300 sq ft studio cottage that shares the property with main residence.

A couple things to note:
- Absolutely no smoking in the cottage or anywhere on the property.
- Cell phone service is spotty at best but we have WiFi which allows you to use WiFi Calling for texts/calls.
- The cottage is not ADA accessible due to steps to enter the building.
- Please note the floor in the cottage is slanted. Most people are good with it, but some folks have had issues with it.
- Occasionally there are a few ants in the bathroom. We’ve done our best to control them, but it is the country. It hasn’t been an issue for most guests.

Private river access down a staircase to an open gravel bar which is great for fishing, swimming, and relaxing. The North Umpqua River can be very dangerous even during summer months, so guests need to adhere to safe river practices.

The cottage offers river views and the backyard is an open oak woodland with plenty of room to play.

In addition to the listed two guest limit, up to two young children are welcome to stay. Just let us know and we’ll put an air mattress in the cottage to accommodate them.

We have a friendly dog named Juniper on the property, so keeping gates closed while you're here is important.

One parking spot for guests in the driveway of a fenced and gated property. Additional parking on the street. Guests walk through the open carport to the cottage in the back of the property. The property is on a quiet cul-de-sac and is a great place to go on walks or bike rides.

Our river cottage is a great launching pad for an array of outdoor recreation opportunities. We are avid outdoors people and can offer suggestions and trail intel! Here are a few highlights:

- Steelhead fishing and rafting out your back door!
- Mountain biking, trail running, and hiking on the North Umpqua Trail (30 minutes away)
- A multitude of waterfall hikes on the Umpqua National Forest (30-60 minutes away)
- Crater Lake National Park (1 hour 45 minutes away)
- North Bank Ranch (BLM land with miles of trails minutes from the cottage - 5 minutes away)
- Oregon Coast (1.5 hours away)

Cabin on the banks of the N. Umpqua River. Quiet, comfy, space with bathroom/shower. Great for hikers, fisherman, nature lovers, adventurers or folks that need a quiet retreat.

The space
Our 1.5 acre yard has multiple eclectic garden spaces. We have a dog and an outside cat, so your dog must be cat friendly. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed with easy access to both the river and Whistlers Bend Park. There is a sheep farm nearby, good bird watching and star gazing. We have Wi-Fi but it doesn't always work. There is a great little coffee shop in Glide with Wi-Fi. Bring your hiking boots, fishing poles, kayaks (life jackets) or bikes ... a great place to use them all! The area includes miles of hiking trails, fly fishing only waters, national class disc golf within 2 miles, over 20 wineries in the area, many beautiful waterfall hikes nearby and an hour and a half from Crater Lake National Park.
We have a cooler and ice available for your use upon request and a riverside fire pit when the season/weather permits.

Your space in the cabin has a porch, one room and a bathroom. Both rooms have locks. Your room has a queen bed, access to a cot, a dresser, a closet, 2 rocking chairs, sporadic
wi-fi. There is a microwave, coffeemaker and small refrigerator.
This is a place to rediscover nature and slow down your pace.

Other things to note
We have a dog named Cedar and an outdoor cat named Winston. Turkey and deer frequently wander our yard. Depending on the season you may find hummingbirds, osprey, acorn woodpeckers and many other birds. 2-3 different types of owls can frequently be heard in the silence of the evening. The star gazing is a real treat.

Awesome property with madrone forest behind it, but incredibl night and daytime views of the valley and city of Roseburg below. This house currently has 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms that we are providing 3 bedrooms each with their own private bathrooms to our airbnb business. Each bedroom is separate and is priced individually. Private designated parking space on asphalt for each guest. We are also in the middle of adding a 3 bedroom with 2 bath guest wing to add to this service soon.

Our property is the last home on the hill backed against a large madrone forest but also looks over the city and convenient to all shopping and Interstate 5.

The open area has access to large balcony in the front of the home looking over the city, mountains, and beautiful lights of the city at night. Also guests are encouraged to check out the path through the madrones to the large redwood dining and chill deck under the shadow of a very large and old (500+ years) madrone tree as shone in one of the listing pictures. The City/Valley View unit is the top right 4 windows as you look at the house.

Relax and unwind at this unique, secluded, sparkling clean, getaway. The Loft is situated behind a private security gate on top of a mountain. It has breathtaking views of the valley & one of the largest vineyards in the area. It's 10 min. from town and in the heart of some of the greatest wineries in Oregon. The bedroom has a romantic fireplace and access to a private deck. Equipped with a refrigerator, K-Cup Coffee Maker, Air-Fryer, toaster oven & microwave. Soak in the hot tub with its views.

The space
The Loft is part of our 25 acre estate. It is located behind our shop. Downstairs there is a full bathroom, amenity cabinet, bistro set, area to hang cloths and washer/dryer. The bedroom is located upstairs and is accessed with a stairway ladder. It is fairly steep but has handrails on both sides. (Must climb at your own risk.) The private deck is accessed from the bedroom loft. There is a private hot tub overlooking the valley.

Guest access
The Loft is accessed by walking along the side of the shop thru the RV covering to the backside of the shop.

Other things to note
The Loft is located behind the shop and a considerable distance from the owner’s home making your stay very private. Enjoy alone time on the deck, in the hot tub or in lounge chairs overlooking the awe inspiring Garden Valley that’s surrounded by lofty mountains. We also offer a fire pit when it’s legal to have a fire. Take a 3 mile hike around the neighborhood mountain or adventure on the owners 25 peaceful acres of roaming trails where you can see God’s beautiful creation which has a wide variety of trees including a majestic madrone tree. There is an abundance of wildlife including black tail deer, the rare Piebald deer and in late spring/early summer an abundance of fawns. It’s common to see numerous gray squirrels, wild turkeys, Jack rabbits, turkey buzzards, eagles, hawks and ravens.

The space
You will be staying in the guest house adjacent to the main house. This guest house has views of the Umpqua River and of the ranch property with views of a scenic meadow. We ask that you do not come onto the main house decks or front yard. We do welcome guests to use the fire pit, relax on the front porch of the guest house and use the lower blue deck to watch the river.

Guest access
This house is located on Riverwood Lane. You will go down a rock paved road for 1 mile. It is important to only drive 15 mph as this is a rule of all home owners and to keep the road paved. The River House is the last house on the road. Come into the gated driveway and park near the River House. Use the code sent from host once booked to enter into the house.

Other things to note
The house is remote and we encourage guests to stop in Roseburg, Cottage Grove or Elkton to get essentials to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable with your favorite snacks and drinks! We encourage guests to save the information for your arrival prior to arriving as cell service can be limited in areas.

Awesome Jack & Jill Suite in Madrone forest with incredible night & day views of the valley and city of Roseburg. This house currently has 10 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms that we are providing several rooms or suites for our airbnb business. Private designated parking space on asphalt for each guest with lots of outdoor trails. This suite is two bedrooms with each an entry plus a full bath with both shower and jacuzzi tub between the units. Outdoor deck entrance for star, valley, & mountain gazing!

The space
Our property is the last home on the hill backed against a large madrone forest but also looks over the city and convenient to all shopping and Interstate 5.

Guest access
All guest have access to their own private rooms with toilets and bath or shower plus the common areas which include large bar area upstairs and open community area with fireplace. The open area has access to large balcony in the front of the home looking over the city, mountains, and beautiful lights of the city at night. Also guests are encouraged to check out the path through the madrones to the large redwood dining and chill deck under the shadow of a very large and old (500+ years) madrone tree as shone in one of the listing pictures. The City/Valley View unit is the top right 4 windows as you look at the house.

This peaceful getaway is surrounded by Orchards, close to wineries as well as the famous Wildlife Safari. Located just a few miles off the I5 freeway makes easy access. Walk next door and shop at the well known Brosi Sugar Tree Farm Market, pick local fruit when in season, enjoy the seating areas on the property and the barn for relaxation or reserve for special events. Access to a private van for Vineyard Tours (separate reservations required for this service.)
