Your stay at Cypress Knoll will be quiet and comfortable. This stand-alone cottage, located directly behind our residence, was designed for travelling professionals. At 320 sq ft, your furnished cottage has a queen TempurPedic bed and full bath plus refrigerator, microwave, smart TV and solid WiFi. You will have complete privacy with the amount of guest-host interaction up to you. Bi-weekly linen service included. PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS NO KITCHEN - OPEN BURNER COOKING IS NOT ALLOWED.
The space
Your completely private space is furnished with vinyl plank flooring and area rug in the bedroom, a combination chest-of-drawers / drop front desk, a comfy easy chair, roomy clothes closet plus a large flat-screen smart TV and WiFi, with original art throughout.
You’ll dream in a queen-sized TempurPedic bed complete with extra pillows, sheets, blanket and comforter or quilt. The roomy bath is tiled with beach pebbles and has an two-person tub with overhead shower - guests just love it!
The unit is self-contained, with its own heating and hot water system. Reasonable utility use is included in the rent based on previous long-term tenants. A lightweight standing vacuum cleaner as well as a portable hand-held vac are located in your closet as this is a long-term rental and there is no cleaning service. Bedding and towel laundering is included, but only if used linens are turned in timely (the schedule will be in your welcome letter).
Designed for traveling professionals, Cypress Knoll Cottage is available for 30- to 180-day LONG-TERM RENTAL ONLY. A signed rental contract is required upon arrival; a damage deposit is a condition of occupancy.

Keyless keypad entry makes for easy self check-in. Adjacent private parking. Come and go as you need/wish.

Please do not block our parking at the house.
We have outdoor cats on the property - please drive in/out with care.
Often deer are on the road or in our driveway - please look out for them, as they may be just out of sight and move quickly.
Please drive no faster than 15 mph on our narrow rural neighborhood road.
NO SMOKING/VAPING ALLOWED ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY.

Warmer, less windy side of Bandon with Country Setting but only 3 minute drive to Old Town. Family friendly Guest Cottage. You do have to access the Bathroom through the Master Bedroom so this rental would be best for a family or close friends.
This guesthouse is on the same property as our family home that we live in full time.
Our “Victorian Skoolie” and Rpod also available at an additional charge of $50 per night per space and sleeps 2 each.

We are a family of 4. We have 2 little boys 12 and 10 and a variety of pets: Kitties, a dog, Chickens and Ducks. We have a safe fenced in property where kids can play and a playground area behind our house. If you want to meet any of our fur/ feather babies, just ask!

The Shed Guesthouse is located on one acre in a rural park-like setting with convenient access to Highway 101, 1/2-mile from Bandon Dunes Golf Resort, 4 miles from Bandon, and short distance from beaches, hiking and biking trails, kite boarding/surfing, restaurants at the Bandon Dunes, or cook in a fully equipped galley kitchen.
The space
Preserving all the original old growth lumber in a shed built in 1956, the building was reconstructed while retaining its original form - and that's why we call it The Shed.

Guest safety during the coronavirus pandemic: We clean every surface and all fabrics after every stay. The entrance to The Shed Guesthouse is 30 feet from the host cottage.
