Enjoy our historic 1898 Carriage House converted to quaint guesthouse with modern amenities. We are located in the Monteith District just blocks from downtown Albany, Oregon (10 miles from Corvallis, home of Oregon State University).

The space
This guesthouse was built in 1898 as a carriage house to facilitate the main house. It has been renovated and made into a beautiful, two-story guesthouse (834 sq. ft.). It is completely detached from the main house and has it's own private entrance and private back yard with patio.

The Carriage House has a fully-equipped kitchen with many amenities including: Keurig Coffee Brewer, pots and pans, a toaster, stove, oven, fridge and freezer, dishes, glasses and utensils.

The Carriage House also has wireless internet and a flat-screen TV.

Guest access
You will have full access to the Carriage House and it's own private back yard. The Cottage is completely separate from the main house. Please feel free to come and go as you please.

Our place has one double bed and is suited for one person or a couple.
It's a small, sunny studio with a vaulted ceiling and skylights. It's located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of coffee shops, a natural food store, restaurants, and, if you don't mind a 1.5 mile walk, OSU campus and downtown. Basic amenities include a fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. We use non-toxic cleaning products. Pesticide free, too.

The space
A quiet, small space. The studio has a new double-size bed, a couch, and a small kitchen area. A new ductless heater keeps it warm in winter and cool in summer. No TV, so please keep that in mind. Also, the bathroom is very nice.

The driveway is yours. You'll see the studio directing in front you. Go through the little gate on your right.

Other things to note
Even though we provide no separate kitchen-- only a toaster oven, microwave, refrigerator, counter space and coffee system-- there are many places to eat close by.

Space was designed and decorated to be practical and functional. Even in a small space, it has everything you need!
You can even enjoy a beverage out on the deck overlooking the fields and you might be lucky to meet a neighborhood cow!

Kitchen is equipped with double basin sink, full size oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, Crockpot, Instapot, blender, Keurig K-Cafe (for cappuccino and lattes - bring your own milk! - in addition to normal k-cups). Basic cooking utensils, pots, and pans are provided. Other cooking utensils can be requested if needed.

Other things to note
The guesthouse can sleep 4 people however it can feel a bit cramped as the entire guesthouse is under 400 sq ft. It really works best for 2 adults but works fine with more.
When the sofa sleeper is being used it only leaves a small path to the bathroom so it’s best to only have the sleeper sofa open when someone is using it.

The space
Our guest house sits beside our home on 2.5 acres. It's a newly remodeled studio with all the comforts of home. The full kitchen has brand new appliances and is fully stocked. The queen sized bed has a new memory foam mattress, there's a roku TV ready for you to log into all of your media accounts.
The spacious bathroom features a corner soaking tub and rain shower head. The sunrises and sunsets are beautiful. You will likely meet our friendly cat, Jack Jack, at your door.

Cozy cottage style guest house in Corvallis country home. Enjoy the peaceful setting in a flower filled yard. Quick drive to OSU and downtown. Many hiking trails just a short distance away. The space
The cottage has 300 sq feet. It has a large shower in the bath. There is no real kitchen as there is no kitchen sink or stove. There is a refrigerator with small freezer on top. There is a microwave and a Kuerig for coffee as well as an electric teapot. There is a travel iron and hairdryer. We are about 5 minutes from town in a rural area. The cottage is far enough away from the main house that we cannot hear the guests . The back windows look out on farmland where there are cows and goats.

500 sq ft, Centrally located in Albany, blocks from the historic downtown district and a short drive from anything else in town. Short walk from a beautiful river trail/bike path. 1 spacious bedroom w queen bed (1 fold up twin on request) 2 smart tvs & WiFi, kitchenette (please know this isn’t a full kitchen). This is our back house and you may see us but we will give you all the privacy you want! We have 2 dogs that like to roam. We are near the train, you will hear it going by.

The space
This is our back house, completely separate from the main house. We share a yard, and our doggies do too! It’s spacious with lots of natural light (when Oregon weather allows). There’s a queen bed, 1 fold up twin bed set up upon request. Only entrance to the bathroom is through the bedroom. Bathroom and shower are on the smaller side-think the size of an RV shower. While we don’t have a full kitchen, our kitchenette has a microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven and hot plate, small fridge and freezer. We are close to the train, like most historic homes in Albany.
