This little vintage cabin is an original from our farm's dude-ranch days. It just doesn't get much more charming...

In the cabin you can gaze out over the quiet rolling hills, sip award winning wine from the organically farmed grapes below while you enjoy relaxing on a sun drenched deck. While we've kept the vintage feel of the cabin we have updated it a bit with a small artful kitchenette, indoor plumbing with stand-up shower. You can plug in with wi-fi and phone reception. Or you can unplug. The little cabin has no T.V. Instead, you can cozy up on the love seat next to the wood stove with your sweetie, watch a beautiful sunset from the deck and pick up a good book in the evening. This romantic setting is perfect for a honeymoon couple, anniversary, wonderful as an artist/writers retreat or just a weekend getaway. Located 11 miles west of Corvallis (and Reser Stadium for you Beaver fans). This is a working farm/vineyard so depending on the time of year you are here there may be farming activity.

Located in the lower level of our home, the contemporary flat has an open concept design--2 bedrooms and one bath. There are hardwood floors and granite counter tops. The two bedrooms, each have a queen bed. Our couch in the main room pulls out into a queen bed. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower.
As we are located on a Christmas tree farm, it is quiet with no near by traffic.
My studio and display room are located on our Christmas tree farm--the display room is open 24/7!

- "Easy access to all Corvallis has to offer." - "The property was well appointed for guests with everything we needed. 2 suggestions: a phone number for the host should be readily available in the guest book. We wanted to call him to say we were leaving early on account of one of us having Covid. We didn't want to knock on his door upstairs because we wanted to not expose him, but we couldn't find a phone number in any of the paperwork online or in the house. Secondly, for those of us sensitive to strong scents, I would suggest using a non fragrance laundry detergent and NO dryer sheets. The smell of the bedding was overpowering. Also it would be good to sweep out the steps leading to the second bedroom which has no windows so that the glass door is the only source of daylight. The steps are the only place on the property that doesn't look inviting. Otherwise it was really fun to explore all the unique ceramics and decorative art inside and out. Thanks so much!"

recliner, Refrigerator w/ice maker, granite counter tops, laminate wood flooring and a 3/4 bathroom. fully equipped kitchen to meet all of your needs. Our Heating/AC unit is a top of the line heat pump that is very quiet and works fantastic! All of this setting above an old rock quarry that was in operation back in the 1930's.

The Loft has it`s own private entrance and free parking in our driveway. Look for the lit up tree around to the side of the house, Follow the driveway around the front of the house. My home is located in a well-maintained, quiet, and friendly residential neighborhood in northwest Corvallis a little over a mile from the OSU campus. A city bus stop is one block away. Ample on-street parking is available. There are many bike paths throughout the area, as well.

This is a wonderful property with room to spread out as a solo traveler or as a family or group. It doesn't feel cramped and has lots of room for everyone to do activities together or on their own. There is lots of light and a patio and garden area available for dining and relaxing. We truly want our guests to enjoy their stay.

We hope to make guests feel the comforts of home, away from home. We try to design and keep it as we would like a rental to be when we travel and are in our guests' shoes. We pay attention to detail in all aspects of the unit, such as complimentary organic coffee, quality beds and bedding, and ensuring everything is exceptionally clean. We use natural, non-toxic cleaning products and laundry detergents and a Miele vacuum with a HEPA filter.

The upper floor is owner occupied with a separate street entrance. There is an elderly dog on the upper floor. The host is available to provide hiking, biking, dining, and park suggestions. Please feel free to communicate your needs by phone, e-mail, or text.

There is a strict no smoking and no chewing tobacco or vaping policy that applies both inside and outside on the property. No pets, please. There is a shoe rack provided at the entrance for guests to remove shoes prior to coming indoors, as there are no shoes allowed inside. Thank you in advance!

- "Wow! This is a fantastic place to stay in Corvallis! The townhome was very clean, very nicely decorated, and exceptionally well-stocked. There were plenty of sheets, bath towels, kitchen towels, cleaning supplies (dish soap, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, laundry soap, etc.). The kitchen was stocked with olive oil, salt & pepper, and spices. There are plenty of glasses, coffee mugs, wine glasses, plates & bowls. There's also a coffee maker, a toaster, and an assortment of utensils, pots & pans. The owner has also included a lot of thoughtful touches, such as a bag of coffee for guests and a drawer full of travel-sized toiletry items in case something was forgotten at home. There are several books for those rainy days and several travel guides for the sunny ones. Be sure to read through the property binder as the owner has included a list of some good local restaurants. We tried several and they didn't disappoint. By far, the biggest hit for us was the enclosed patio/garden. It is a beautiful space and we spent a great deal of time enjoying it when the weather allowed. The townhome is located in a very quiet neighborhood which made for restful nights. A few miscellaneous notes: the wifi worked well for us during our entire stay. We used the washer & dryer several times, but only used one TV briefly (we tend to stream on our mobile devices). There's a grill on the patio, but we didn't make use of it. Having the garage available for use (with the provided remote opener) was extremely helpful. We had a party of 3 for our 10-day stay, and the townhome accommodated us comfortably. Our daughter just started grad school at OSU, so we'll definitely be traveling to Corvallis again, and when we do, I'll stay here again in a heartbeat. "

You can expect to see a flock of turkeys walking down the street, and maybe a mother deer and her fawn, in the yard.

Due to the nature of shared ceilings/floors, the preferred guest of this daylight basement is a quiet professional. This is not a space for a student who parties.

1. NO EXTRA GUESTS. You may not exceed the number of guests than what's on the reservation at any time without prior approval. No additional guests are allowed to ENTER the property at any time. You must get approval if you wish to have any visitors that are not on the reservation. Failure to follow this rule will result in immediate cancellation without refund.

2. CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT. Check-in is 3pm. Check-out is by 11am. Unfortunately, we aren’t always able to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests. But if we can, we will try. There will be a small $25 fee requested for early check-in or late check-out.

3. PETS: Pets are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Please send us the breed and age for consideration. Dogs must be over 2 years old. We will ask you to agree to pet rules before booking and will request a $50 cleaning & companion fee per dog. This is strictly monitored at check-in. Guests will be asked to leave without refund if they do not get approval before bringing a pet.
We ONLY accept dogs (any other pet has to be approved by our team FIRST).
If you would like additional pet services (like a dog sitter), we can provide that.
We are glad to host your pets. Regardless of how well trained the pet is, we have found pets do crazy things at unfamiliar locations. I really do not want to charge for cleaning carpets or floor rugs. It’s a pain, so please READ carefully! Thank you!
We ask for compliance with a few house rules:
• Do NOT invite them onto the furniture so we can keep it in great condition for all who are to come!
• DO NOT allow them into the bedrooms. Keeping the doors closed will make this easy. We just replaced the carpets in many locations and want to keep them fresh and pet smell free.
• We encourage you to bring your pet’s favorite bedding and blankets to prevent marking or nervous accidents. Trust us, they do happen!
• Please keep them on wood flooring, use the baby gates provided, or close bedroom doors to ensure compliance.
• Let me know if you do not have extra bedding for them; I will provide it to you.
• The bathroom tub or showers are for humans only.
• When taking your pet out to the bathroom, please pick up after them. Other guests will greatly appreciate you taking responsibility for this.
• Lastly, please do NOT leave them alone unkenneled.
We offer Rover service if you are going to be gone and cannot take your animal or kennel them. Let us know, and we can arrange it!

4. NO SMOKING OR BURNING CANDLES. This is a non-smoking home. Any and all smoking should be kept outdoors at least 15 feet away from any exterior doors. There will be a $250 charge for anyone not honoring this guideline.

5. Quiet Hours: Please be mindful of our neighbors. No outdoor noise or music between 10pm–7am. Repeated disturbances may result in cancellation without refund.

6. Photoshoots: No professional photo or video shoots without prior approval. If you'd like to shoot, just let us know the details—approval and a usage fee may apply. Unauthorized commercial use of the property or its images is not allowed.

7. PARTIES: No special events such as parties or weddings are allowed without prior written approval. Charges may apply. Please inquire for more details.

8. VENDORS: Guests shall allow access to property management vendors or workers during their stay for landscaping, maintenance, trash removal, any necessary repairs and inspection of premises. We will always notify you beforehand.

9. EXCESS MESS: No glitter or confetti allowed. Please remove all decorations, if any, by check-out time. Please clean up after yourself. Excessive mess is a $500 cleaning charge. Thank you in advance for treating the home as if it were your own. :)

10. WIFI: Illegal or abusive use of the internet is strictly prohibited. We have fast WiFi but we cannot always guarantee connectivity due to factors outside of our control like outages, neighborhood bandwidth usage, or due to the WiFi provider.

11. RESCHEDULE: We do our best to be helpful when plans change. Please note that reschedule requests will be handled the same as our cancellation policy. Any reschedule requests less than 14 days out will need to cancel and rebook. The canceled reservation will be subject to our cancellation policy.

12. SECURITY CAMERAS: You must acknowledge there is surveillance recording on the property - ring doorbell at front entrance and security cameras monitoring the driveway entrances and front gate walkway. There are no recording devices in the private outdoor spaces or inside of the home.

13. PARKING: Only a maximum of 2 car is allowed to park in the driveway. For extra parking, you may park on the street. Be sure to read street signs.

14. ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE: Please be respectful of the space. There is unique furniture and decor throughout the home. We value honesty... and accidents happen! If something breaks, please let us know. If we discover an item is broken, damaged or missing without any prior written notice, we may charge a replacement fee of $100 per item in addition to the actual cost to replace or repair items. If total cost exceeds the deposit amount, we will bill your credit card or collect the funds through the Resolution Center to cover replacement costs of damaged, missing, or broken items.

15. TRAVELER’S INSURANCE: We always encourage guests to purchase traveler’s insurance in case any unforeseen circumstances should arise that are out of our control including sickness, weather, transportation delays, etc.

Failure to follow any of the House Rules will be considered a breach of contract, resulting in immediate cancellation of reservation without refund and/or withholding part or all of the deposit in addition to any damages sought.

We are family and dog friendly! Children 2 years old and above must be included as part of the total guest count. Dogs are accepted on a case by case basis. We will request a $50 cleaning & companion fee per pet. Please see our HOUSE RULES for our pet rules and more information.

VERIFICATION:
Our bookings are protected by TRUVI, our trust and safety partner. Guests must verify themselves through TRUVI after the booking is confirmed, which only takes less than a minute and is required prior to arrival. If you have any issues with the verification process, please kindly notify us.

By making a reservation, you are entering into an agreement to adhere to all of the House Rules below, which takes effect at time and date of check-in and ends at check-out. This House Rules agreement is NOT a lease and conveys no rights in real property at any time. Your use is limited to the House Rules defined herein.

DEPOSIT OR WAIVER: Our bookings are protected by TRUVI, our trust and safety partner. Guests will be asked to verify themselves, which takes less than a minute. Check-in information will be provided after TRUVI verification is complete.

[General]
1. NO EXTRA GUESTS. You may not exceed the number of guests than what's on the reservation at any time without prior approval. No additional guests are allowed to ENTER the property at any time. You must get approval if you wish to have any visitors that are not on the reservation. Failure to follow this rule will result in immediate cancellation without refund.

2. CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT. Check-in is 4pm. Check-out is by 11am. Unfortunately, we aren’t always able to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests. But if we can, we will try. There will be a small $50 fee requested for early check-in or late check-out.

3. PETS: Pets are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Please send us the breed and age for consideration. Dogs must be over 2 years old. We will ask you to agree to pet rules before booking and will request a $50 cleaning & companion fee per dog. This is strictly monitored at check-in. Guests will be asked to leave without refund if they do not get approval before bringing a pet.
We ONLY accept dogs (any other pet has to be approved by our team FIRST).
If you would like additional pet services (like a dog sitter), we can provide that.
We are glad to host your pets. Regardless of how well trained the pet is, we have found pets do crazy things at unfamiliar locations. I really do not want to charge for cleaning carpets or floor rugs. It’s a pain, so please READ carefully! Thank you!
We ask for compliance with a few house rules:
• Do NOT invite them onto the furniture so we can keep it in great condition for all who are to come!
• DO NOT allow them into the bedrooms. Keeping the doors closed will make this easy. We just replaced the carpets in many locations and want to keep them fresh and pet smell free.
• We encourage you to bring your pet’s favorite bedding and blankets to prevent marking or nervous accidents. Trust us, they do happen!
• Please keep them on wood flooring, use the baby gates provided, or close bedroom doors to ensure compliance.
• Let me know if you do not have extra bedding for them; I will provide it to you.
• The bathroom tub or showers are for humans only.
• When taking your pet out to the bathroom, please pick up after them. Other guests will greatly appreciate you taking responsibility for this.
• Lastly, please do NOT leave them alone unkenneled.
We offer Rover service if you are going to be gone and cannot take your animal or kennel them. Let us know, and we can arrange it!

4. NO SMOKING OR BURNING CANDLES. This is a non-smoking home. Any and all smoking should be kept outdoors at least 15 feet away from any exterior doors. There will be a $250 charge for anyone not honoring this guideline.

5. QUIET HOURS: Please be respectful of our neighbors! Follow our Good Neighbor Policy of NO outside noise after 10pm and before 7am. Guests must refrain from any outdoor music, noise or other disruptions that may cause a disturbance to the community during quiet hours. Failure to respect quiet hours after may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.

6. Photoshoots: No professional photo or video shoots without prior approval. If you'd like to shoot, just let us know the details—approval and a usage fee may apply. Unauthorized commercial use of the property or its images is not allowed.

7. PARTIES: No special events such as parties or weddings are allowed without prior written approval. Charges may apply. Please inquire for more details.

8. VENDORS: Guests shall allow access to property management vendors or workers during their stay for landscaping, maintenance, trash removal, any necessary repairs and inspection of premises. We will always notify you beforehand.

9. EXCESS MESS: No glitter or confetti allowed. Please remove all decorations, if any, by check-out time. Please clean up after yourself. Excessive mess is a $500 cleaning charge. Thank you in advance for treating the home as if it were your own. :)

10. WIFI: Illegal or abusive use of the internet is strictly prohibited. We have fast WiFi but we cannot always guarantee connectivity due to factors outside of our control like outages, neighborhood bandwidth usage, or due to the WiFi provider.

11. RESCHEDULE: We do our best to be helpful when plans change. Please note that reschedule requests will be handled the same as our cancellation policy. Any reschedule requests less than 14 days out will need to cancel and rebook. The canceled reservation will be subject to our cancellation policy.

12. SECURITY CAMERAS: You must acknowledge there is surveillance recording on the property - ring doorbell at front entrance and security cameras monitoring the driveway entrances and front gate walkway. There are no recording devices in the private outdoor spaces or inside of the home.

13. PARKING: Only a maximum of 4 cars are allowed to park in the driveway. For extra parking, you may park on the street. Be sure to read street signs.

14. ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE: Please be respectful of the space. There is unique furniture and decor throughout the home. We value honesty... and accidents happen! If something breaks, please let us know. If we discover an item is broken, damaged or missing without any prior written notice, we may charge a replacement fee of $100 per item in addition to the actual cost to replace or repair items. If total cost exceeds the deposit amount, we will bill your credit card or collect the funds through the Resolution Center to cover replacement costs of damaged, missing, or broken items.

15. TRAVELER’S INSURANCE: We always encourage guests to purchase traveler’s insurance in case any unforeseen circumstances should arise that are out of our control including sickness, weather, transportation delays, etc.

Failure to follow any of the House Rules will be considered a breach of contract, resulting in immediate cancellation of reservation without refund and/or withholding part or all of the deposit in addition to any damages sought.

We are located close to shopping, restaurants, parks and the fair grounds. Easy access to I-5 as well. This place is pretty quiet for being off a main road (except for work traffic between 6:45-8:45am). Weekends, always more quiet. We're next to a very quiet firehouse, which are thoughtful of the residents, they're hardly ever noisy.
*Pets/additional fee of $30 for one dog for the stay. Only up to 25lbs. If planning on bringing your dog, please notify before booking to confirm.

Other things to note
The beds in the our little RV are not very long. If you are a tall person your feet might hang off.
In case you are bringing a small child or a dog, there is no fence facing the road. We have fences on the sides and behind the RV.
If bringing pet's, we ask that you keep them off the beds and not unattended in RV unless they are in kennels.

This is a beautifully and tastefully remodeled three bedroom, two bathroom home on a quarter acre in a quiet setting. The floors are all hardwood. The room for rent is the primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, queen bed, Room and Board dresser and large closet. There is a wood burning stove as well as electric heat and a fully stocked kitchen as well as a large front porch with gliding Adirondack chairs and a great back patio to enjoy coffee and watch the sun come up.

This is a private bedroom in a home with a private entrance located in N. Corvallis. You are 10 minutes from Oregon State 's campus and stadium, w/o the noise and traffic. This family neighborhood is quiet, safe and 5 minutes from groceries, coffee, shopping, and is on the bus line and minutes from several local parks with hiking and sightseeing. Note that this room is one of two bedrooms available. Shared shower is across the home, the semi-private bath just steps away from the private hall.

This bedroom is a fully refinished room in a private home that was previously rented full time to a student and is now available for short term rental.

It is bright and quiet, in a wing of the house that has a private entrance. There is a room next door that can be rented in conjunction if there are two parties travelling together. A third room is available upon request.

Please note that this room is one of two bedrooms available; there is a possibility of another guest in this space. The shared full bathroom is on the opposite side of the home from the bedroom. The semi-private half bathroom is just a few steps away from the bedrooms, through a door that accesses the shared spaces.

The kitchen is fully stocked and newly remodeled, and accessible. We provide fresh eggs, cereal, oats, fruit and other breakfast items for you. Chickens and ducks are on the property, along with our dog Ellie. Please let us know if you'll be bringing a pet, as it's imperative to introduce them properly.

At any given time, there may be areas of the home under construction or being upgraded; please inquire at the time of booking so we can make sure to set appropriate expectations.

Unfortunately, due to Covid, I have not been sharing the rest of the house.

During your stay
I will greet you outside with a mask and provide you with a map of the town with suggestions for places you may want to visit and what may or may not be open while you are here.

There is a separate two-bedroom apartment in the daylight basement with its own entry. Otherwise, I am the only other person in the upstairs and I am very COVID-cautious with cleaning and practice social distancing and mask-wearing on infrequent trips to get groceries, etc. I will be using the side entry while you are here, so you will be the only one using the front door.

I have found this set-up to provide ample social distancing.

We have a strict no smoking policy. We ask that guests refrain from smoking anywhere on the property. There is a hefty fee charged if you smoke inside due to the expense of eradicating smoke smells in the house.

Barn in back may be occupied at times but Barn guests do not have access to the front house. Otherwise, Barn is locked and not accessible.

My helpers and I will be available to respond to your questions through the Airbnb system.

There are two private rooms that may have guests staying...So respectfulness and tidiness are expected. Everyone is responsible for their own cleaning during the long stay, we do not provide housekeeping services. So sometimes that means cleaning up after a housemate too. Be prepared and Communicate well with your housemates to avoid issues.

We have a STRICT non smoking policy in the home. Please DO NOT BOOK if you will be tempted to smoke inside.

Guests stay in large walk-out basement full of light. Large patio with fire table available. Private entrance. Fully private space (not shared). 1905 pool table provides interactive entertainment along with large couch and 65-inch 4K smart TV equipped with access to your own favorite tv/movie subscription services. Kitchenette has sink, mini fridge, coffee pot, electric kettle, toaster, and microwave. Comfy queen-sized bed in bedroom allows for a good rest at our peaceful retreat.

The space
The entire basement of our home is available exclusively for guests during your stay, including bedroom, living area with large tv and couch, kitchenette, table, pool table area, patio, and bathroom. Basement has private entrance. Space is connected to the rest of our home by a staircase. There is a locked door at the top of stairs so guests have total privacy. We do live upstairs so you will hear movement at times, though mostly over the living area, not the bedroom.

Guests will access the suite via the private entrance and will not have to go through shared home space.

The space
No stairs to climb and separate entrance, this lovely studio suite is conveniently located close to the hospital and downtown Albany. The suite has been completely renovated with environmentally thoughtful finishes, such as cork flooring, granite counter tops and ceramic tile. The sleeping area hosts a queen size bed with high quality linens and cotton duvet. A new six drawer dresser will give you ample room to unpack and get settled. The living room area features a set of over sized comfy cushioned wicker chairs and flat screen TV with full cable service. The tiled bathroom has a 5’ wide walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head, teak bench and safety grab bars.

The beautiful fully equipped kitchen has easy access to the back deck and patio in the back yard. In the kitchen, there is a two person dining table and chairs that also makes a great work space. Just out the french doors is a petite patio perfect for morning coffee. I provide coffee, tea, creamer, home made banana bread and juice to start your stay with ease. Ideal for 1 or 2 persons. Access to the house washer and dryer on request.

-Full size kitchen with microwave, range, refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, electric hot water kettle and toaster. If you prefer, there is a full size coffee pot and filters stored in the pantry. However, you will need to bring your own coffee for the drip coffee maker.

Guest access
The studio is complete with everything you'll need for your stay. You're also welcome to enjoy the private fenced back yard. Guests can use the main house washer and dryer, just let me know. I provide laundry soap if you like Tide.

Other things to note
The studio is on the ground floor with a living space above so footsteps above may be heard at times for the 'noise sensitive'.
