Ribbon Ridge Valley grapes were planted, which means we have to take great care of the crop to grow it into the famous Ribbon Ridge Valley Pinot Noir you all love!Please note, during the spring and summer months, the vineyard workers may be starting work from 6 AM until 4 PM Tuesday - Thursday. The workers will not come onto the rental property, and we greatly appreciate your patience concerning their presence on the surrounding property.

We will do our best to schedule work to happen from Tuesday to Thursday.We will focus on performing tasks near the vacation rental from the late morning to the afternoon. Operators and crew supervisors will be made aware of the potential for guests and sensitivity.

The View & Vine Bungalow is a luxurious two bedroom, two bathroom home in the heart of Oregon's Wine Country in downtown Newberg. Completely remodeled with upscale finishes and fixtures, the bungalow is light-filled, cozy, and fresh while still retaining much of the 1920's Craftsman charm.

Enjoy a best-of-all worlds location: drive 10-20 mins to the region's best wineries, walk 2-3 blocks to downtown tasting rooms and restaurants, and return to the bungalow for a peaceful night's sleep.

An eclectic, upscale bohemian style influenced the design, with locally-found vintage items mixing with new designer pieces and comfortable, cozy furnishings. Two private master bedrooms with king beds and en-suite baths make it a great fit for two couples travelling together, a small family, or a luxurious girls trip in wine country.

Entry into the bungalow is from the back of the home; self check-in is provided via keypad. The driveway has space for two cars, and the open carport covers the entry and optionally provides coverage for outside dining and lounging. As you enter, you’ll walk up a few stairs into a cozy dining nook for four that overlooks Rotary Park and the Chehalem Cultural Center. Also near the entry are a full-size washer and dryer, with free & clear detergent, an iron and ironing board.

The kitchen has been beautifully and thoughtfully fitted with custom cabinetry, and high-end appliances, including a 5-burner gas range, french door refrigerator with filtered water and ice, dishwasher, toaster oven and microwave.

The living room is spacious and flooded with natural light from huge picture windows. The adjacent game room, which can also be used as a workspace or larger dining area, seats four in comfy velvet arm chairs at an antique french table.

There are two bedrooms, one downstairs and one up; both have king beds with amazingly comfortable medium-firm gel memory foam mattresses, high quality sheets, plush duvets and plenty of pillows of varying firmness. Nightstands, lamps and outlets are easily accessible at each side of the bed. Closets with no-slip hangers, drawer/cubby space and luggage racks in each make packing and unpacking a breeze.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom, with natural light, beautifully tiled showers, quartz-topped custom vanities, large mirrors and designer fixtures. Ultra-fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, cotton swabs and an upscale real-deal hair dryer are all there ready for you to enjoy.

Outside, the beautifully landscaped back garden has a Weber natural gas grill, dining area that seats four, and an herb garden you are welcome to make use of. Parking for two cars in the adjacent driveway is available. The Bungalow's back yard connects with the View + Vine Cottage next door, which is available for rent together or separately, creating the potential for 3 bedrooms and 3 baths between the two homes and a joined outdoor space to host your group.

You'll have full and private access to the Bungalow, which is a stand-alone home. You'll also have full access to the Bungalow's side of the back yard, which connects to but is divided from the Cottage's yard next door.

We have no doubt The Vine & View Cottage will be the perfect spot for you to enjoy everything Oregon's wine country and the Pacific Northwest has to offer.

- "We loved stayed here! Exceptionally clean, cozy and comfortable. We were dropping off our daughter at George Fox University and the house sits just a couple blocks away. It was easy to go to campus and walk back to the house. Neighborhood is quiet and safe, located across from a playground so families are around. Everything is thought of in the home. Fresh towels, A/C or heat, a fully stocked kitchen, laundry on site, private carport. An entry code rather than a key made entering and exiting easy. Even the bathrooms have toiletries in cute bottles, and although it’s a bungalow, it felt like a hotel! We will be back!! - "Behind yellow and burgundy exterior of the building and up the steep carpeted stairs hides a WONDERFUL retreat from the world. I did not expect temperatures in Oregon to be in the high 90s for our July visit...and was I ever relieved to open the door to our hideaway and be greeted by cold air. The ranch is located on a private gated drive in the Red Hills of Dundee. You will be walking or biking distance from a number of world class vineyards.

You will have private parking area for up to 2 cars, a 385 sq ft deck, 456 sq ft suite/ area with private entry including two bedrooms, a living room and bathroom. There is a shared wall and locked door with the main house.

The space has an office desk, fridge, Keurig, and microwave. Deck has furniture, bistro set and a propane grill. There is no kitchen sink or oven, only a kitchenette area. The suites have recently been remodeled with new flooring and decor! Guests have private access to the apartment/suite area including 2 bedrooms, living room, and bathroom. These 2 beds comfortably sleep 4. If you request 2 additional guests we have cots available should you wish to bring 6 guests (an extra charge). This option is available due to guest requests to bring two couples and children. The two cots with additional bedding are available in the closets. The suite is accessed by a large deck with incredible views which guests have full private access to. The property can be walked and is shared with guests, farm animals and visitors.

- "A great place to stay a visit the Oregon wine area. Best restaurants were Rose Marie’s (Italian) in Newberg and Cuvée a French restaurant in Carlton. PS Carlton was a great place to visit and K & M wine tasting was great. Mount Angles is a great place for German food and great German beers. Mt. Angel’s sausage company for amazing beer and the best sausage. For Mass the Saint Mary’s in MT Angel!! If time allows the Oregon garden is a must. Best Winery Willamette Valley winery in Turner OR. This charming 1950’s one bedroom, one bathroom cottage is on Sheridan Street in the heart of Newberg in Oregon’s wine country. Newly renovated with original charm, the cottage is within a short walking distance to downtown tasting rooms and restaurants, yet private and serene at night.

Freshly updated in 2017 with modern, upscale fixtures and finishes, we tried to keep the cottage charm while creating a space that’s perfectly comfortable for a long weekend, or more in wine country. Almost everything’s new here except the charming wood floors, cute niches, coved ceilings and arched doorways. Multiple large windows (new and double-paned) in each room, and a small frosted one in the bath, allow for lots of natural light and a feeling of openness beyond the cozy 720 square foot size.

Just inside the cottage’s front door, the cozy living room has a top-of-the-line custom sofa with a memory foam sleeper that feels like a real bed; sofa bed linens can be found in the hall closet. Plush navy velvet ottomans double as a coffee table, and the flat screen TV is equipped with streaming capability with your own subscriptions. Board games and a desk are available for work and play.

To play music from the living room speaker (it’s under the TV), make sure your device is connected to the wifi network, download the SONOS app and follow the prompts. You’ll need to connect to your personal music accounts (Spotify, Pandora, etc.) or music files on your device.

Finally, in the dining room just left of the front door, we’ve created a mini mud room with hooks and a shoe rack for corralling your outdoor gear. An umbrella is available for use during your stay; please ensure it makes its way back to the hook before you check out.

The large bedroom has a king size modern farmhouse style bed with an amazingly comfortable medium-firm gel memory foam mattress, 100% cotton sheets, a plush down-like duvet and tons of pillows of varying firmness. USB and pronged outlets are easily accessible at each side of the bed for charging your devices. A huge closet and vintage dresser will hold all your things, and a velvet bench and luggage rack make packing and unpacking a breeze. We’ve supplied high quality no-slip hangers in the closet of each bedroom, 10 in each. Please make sure to leave them here for other guests’ use.

The modern cottage-style bathroom has been completely redone with a beautifully tiled shower, rain shower head and marble-topped wood vanity. A frosted window adds natural light while maintaining privacy, and multiple light fixtures make it easy to get ready on cloudy mornings. Ultra-fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, cotton swabs and an upscale real-deal hair dryer are all there ready for you to enjoy.

The kitchen is huge and beautifully outfitted with brand-new everything, including a teak eat-in bar counter, 5-burner gas range, and sleek wine fridge. Everything you need to cook meals is included, down to the olive oil, flour and kosher salt: just add your groceries. (The 24-hour Thriftway is blocks away, and has all the usual needs and many organic choices; Ray’s is a great place to pick up avocados, other produce items, and some great Mexican and Central American goods.) You are welcome to use anything you find in the kitchen, including the dry goods, spices and seasonings in the pull out pantry.

The laundry room has a full size washer dryer, free & clear detergent, an iron and ironing board. Accessed via a door in the laundry room, the beautifully landscaped back garden has a Weber natural gas grill, small dining area, and an herb garden you are welcome to make use of for meals (or cocktails, perhaps?). The grill runs on natural gas, and is permanently connected – no tank refilling needed. Grill-specific utensils are kept in the kitchen. You’re welcome to any of herbs in the cedar planter: lemon verbena, rosemary, thyme and mint. Please clip sparingly and only take what you will use, so that others may also enjoy. There are scissors for this purpose in the kitchen.

Parking for two cars in the driveway is available. The back yard connects with the Bungalow next door, which is also available for rent together or separately, creating the potential for 3 bed 3 baths between them.

Property Information:

Al Blodgett was a pillar in the Newberg community. He served 50 years with the Newberg Fire Department, helped run the local Toy & Joy program, and helped fund the city Christmas lights and decorations. Al also helped organize the Newberg Old Fashioned Festival each year & actively involved with the chamber of commerce, but he also ran a successful Drive-In for 18 years. Al's Drive-In was a well loved place where many went to enjoy a meal out. In 1966, Blodgett opened the restaurant and had two topless mermaids painted to be a part of the sign. Being a small and conservative town, these mermaids created quite a controversy, with many demanding they be removed or covered up. Being the stubborn man he was, Blodgett refused and instead settled on a less detailed version of the breasts to be painted. While it didn't please everyone, it was enough to allow the mermaids to remain until Blodgett closed the diner in 1984 when he became a full time firefighter. For 18 years, families and friends gathered at that Drive-In, and many teens had their first job at Al's Drive-In. It has become a beloved piece of Newberg's history and a big part of Al's legacy.

- "Came for wedding" - "This was a great place for my daughter and I to stay for her college drop off. We were disappointed that the sleeper sofa wasn't comfortable. But we just shared the bed and it was fine. The only issue I had was with the gate latch. It would get stuck and I would be unable to open it the way it was set up. I also put the garbage out the night before pick up like asked and the trash was not picked up. I don’t know if the day is different now since the manual was made or if I did something wrong."

Our secluded neighborhood offers the perfect area for walking, running, or bike riding and the wineries of Dundee are soooo close!

Be warned that we live on the edge of the forest. Owls, deer, racoons, squirrels, possums, and foxes frequent our yard.

One warning, you are under the house, lots of daylight but you can hear the folks upstairs moving around. Tranquility and convenience in this downtown Newberg oasis! Situated down a private alley this gem appears -- secluded yet walkable to dozens of restaurants and shops, George Fox University, a 24 hr. grocery store, a beautiful neighborhood park with walking trail/ disc golf/ lovely creek.
This unit has a super cozy queen bed, a basic kitchen (mini fridge, no freezer) a cozy TV nook with Netflix and lots of movies/ series on blu-ray, a cozy and private patio to sip on some Willamette Valley wine or drink some freshly brewed coffee.
Apple trees, pear, plum, hazelnut and some grapevines to explore or lay in the hammock and nap or read.
We do have a border collie that is one of the sweetest dogs - she loves to lay in the sun and may steal your heart!
The unit is above our garage with a private entrance and keyless. Parking is onsite and next to the unit. Rvs can also park.

The ranch is located on a private gated drive in the Red Hills of Dundee. You will be walking or biking distance from a number of world class vineyards.

You will have private parking area for up to 2 cars, a 385 sq ft deck, 456 sq ft suite/ area with private entry including two bedrooms, a living room and bathroom. There is a shared wall and locked door with the main house.

The space has an office desk, fridge, tea pot, and microwave. Deck has furniture, bistro set and a propane grill. There is no kitchen sink or oven, only a kitchenette area.

Guests have private access to the apartment/suite area including 2 bedrooms, living room, and bathroom. The suite is accessed by a large deck which guests have full private access to. The 8 acre property can be walked and is shared with guests, farm animals and visitors.

The private drive is the perfect place for a hike down the hills with views of the hills, wildlife, a filbert orchard and a small pond.

Feel free to drop car or luggage off early if you plan on doing a wine tour or excursion.

I have access to Pinot Car for wine tours and have knowledge of the area for great dining, hiking and tourism experiences.

I also offer farm tours!

Farm tours include time with highland cows, mustangs, and a sled dog team.

*** The space is a working 8+ acre small ranch. There are many animals, they may make noise and I do tend to them during the day. If you are uncomfortable around animals this may not be the place for you. If you love animals I am sure you’ll love it here.

Welcome to Sequoia Ranch! We are excited to welcome you to our home and share the beautiful setting of our 9 acre property just 5 minutes from downtown Newberg and George Fox University. We are surrounded by local vineyard and wineries.

The space
Our spacious backyard is always available for guests to enjoy! Feel free to relax on the patio or in a hammock, and say hello to our chickens. We own a friendly but exuberant 5-year old medium sized dog named Pride. He will most likely be very interested in hanging out with you! We would be happy to take you to visit our horse and tour the garden if you would like. Guests may also have access to kitchen, laundry utilities, and the backyard fire pit upon request.

This is a brand new home located in a brand new community on the edge of newberg in wine country, you will have plenty of street parking and access to the front door is provided via key in a lockbox. You will have full access to the house and all daily amenities are provided, nextflix is on all the tvs, filtered water available from the fridge, toothbrushes, toothpaste, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry soap are all provided. There is a friendly hypo allergenic kitten on site. All things are sanitized after each guest by a professional cleaning service.

Come stay and explore the local color, great winery's, lovely music and interesting festivals. Going to the Aeronautics Museum up the road in McMinnville is always fun.. The space
The western-style loft is covered with hewn wood from floor to vaulted ceiling. The space is comfortable with leather furniture, and woven rugs and blankets.
The kitchenette includes plates, mugs, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, micro wave, hot plate and fridge. Coffee and drinking water are available as well...although our pure country water is great...straight from the tap.
You'll find yourself in a quiet, secluded country setting on our 10 acre farm located in the Dundee Hills. There are a few farm animals and two very friendly dogs who will likely be around to greet you. Feel free to walk around the property and enjoy the views. Just steps from your room, through the ivy trellis, is a seating area where you can sip wine or read a book while the sun sets over the vineyard.

The loft is located on the second level of a building immediately adjacent to the main house, separated by a breeze way. There is guest parking in the drive near the breeze-way entrance. A private entrance to the room through the breeze-way and up one flight of stairs is completely separate from the main house, so checking in is super easy...even if you arrive late at night.

Other things to note
Although we try to be respectful of our guests, you may occasionally hear a few working farm noises, the bray of a donkey, or the bleating of calves or baby goats. Resident animals include a cows, two calves, four goats, a donkey, and two friendly dogs. All are accustomed to people. This is a perfect place to bring kids, and families are welcome to roam the property and check out the animals.

This updated suite is a totally private unit ready to enjoy. Your own separate entrance, large deck overlooking the garden, and enough space to relax. This suite feels totally separate from the rest of the house and sits above the garage. The entrance comes through the garden gate, up the stairs and off the deck. There is a full kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, portable induction cooktop, and many other daily necessities. Teas, coffee, cream, sugar, and unique pottery mugs are available. There is a queen size bed, nice lounge chair, and a small couch for naps. There are drawers for clothes, a closet with hangers, and a lockable cabinet with a key just for you to use.

Property is a 35-acre farm located between Newberg and Carlton on Highway 240 in the heart of Oregon's Pinot Noir wine country. Currently, half of the farm is in hay production and the other half is densely wooded. Exceptional location at the edge of the Dundee Hills AVA in close proximity to Newberg, Dundee, and Carlton. There are more than 80 wineries and 200 vineyards in Yamhill County, representing the largest wine producing region in Oregon.

We built our homestead on what once was a field full of cattle and a lone pear tree. We enjoy sharing our countryside home with others and welcome you to Oaks Hideaway. When you arrive, park to the left of the garages and ascend the 17 steps to a comfortable space that is all yours, separated from the rest of the home. One suite bedroom with a king bed filled with everything you need including a walk-in closet and large window looking out to a wooded forest and white oak trees. The TV room can be private if you want to nap in the recliner couch and is near the workstation desk. The bathroom has two sinks, heater, and shower/tub. The kitchenette is designed to provide as many amenities as possible including snacks, bottled water, table & chairs, and local tea/coffee. You control heating/cooling via a mini split system. Guests like to relax with a drink on the large paver patio with fire pit while stargazing. Twenty-five years later, the pear tree is next to the garden area and the cows are gone, but we occasionally see deer and nighttime stars.

Citronella sticks if needed are in the dresser, so is the First Aid Kit.

The blinds are the kind that you just push up and pull down by the bottom rung - it does take a bit of pressure to move them. (these i was unfamiliar with so at an airbnb i stayed at in Maui and embarrassed myself by calling the hosts saying they didn't work -ha ha-
they were soooo kind about it!

The rest of the house is shared, but we’ll ensure your space and privacy. Tucked on a hillside, the property is a two-story daylight ranch away from city noise yet only a 5-minute drive to downtown Newberg, grocery stores, and restaurants. We’re a perfect launch for driving into the wine country as we’re on a more direct route to nearby wineries.

The property has a fairly large vegetable and herb garden, and we invite you to partake in its harvest during your stay – as well as the fresh eggs gathered from our ten hens each day.

After an 8 month (10/23-5/24) hiatus to help a friend, we're back!

In the center of Oregon wine country, Maple View is within 20 miles of over 250 wineries, two 4-star restaurants, and a host of things to see and do. A stunning vacation awaits you!

The space
Arbor Grove Country Cottage consists of three spaces, available via three separate listings.

What Arbor Grove space is right for your visit?

May we suggest you choose…

MAPLE VIEW (this listing), if:

—There are only 2 of you and you don’t require more than a small footprint, knowing you have access to the (potentially) shared Game Room, Gym, Loft Library, and Laundry, or the great Pacific Northwest outdoors

—You don’t require a full kitchen (a coffee nook with microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker meet your needs)

—You appreciate the added benefits offered beyond those of a “standard” motel/hotel room

—You like being on the ground floor with no stairs

OAK VIEW, if:

—There are just 2 of you, but you'd prefer a larger space and a full kitchen

—There are up to 4 of you in your party and the older kids or additional adults are fine in a pull-out sofa bed in the living room

—You’re family, or close friends, and don’t mind sharing a bath, knowing there is a 1/2 bath in the (potentially) shared laundry room that is available for your use

—You wish to cook/bake while away from home and need a fully-equipped kitchen

—You love the idea of a large private deck, with space heater for those chilly NW nights and a BBQ for glorious Summer cookouts

—You don’t mind climbing stairs to the 2nd story lodging

The GROVE, if:

—There are 4 people in your group, and you prefer having private bedrooms (2) and bathrooms (2) vs. using the living room sofa bed

—There are 6 people in your group, so you require the 2 private bedrooms and the sofa bed in the Oak View living room

—You have 6 people in your party and would prefer guests 5 & 6 sleep on the Loft Library corner bed (which would be screened and private once everyone is finished with the Game Room for the night), rather than utilizing the sofa bed in Oak View

—You have 8 people in your party and require the corner bed to accommodate guests 7 and/or 8

—You like the idea of having the entire Cottage to yourselves without (the potential of) other guests

—No matter what option you select, all of the above choices have access to our newly-renovated Game Room, Gym, Loft Library (excluding the sleeping area, unless booking The Grove), and Laundry.

—If you choose only Maple View or only Oak View, there is the potential that shared spaces may be occupied with just one other party of guests…but that’s the fun of a B&B anyway—the chance to make new friends!

The Maple View Room is downstairs in the Cottage, sleeps 2, and has been renovated, with its own private entrance (separate from the Oak View Room upstairs) and en suite 3/4 bath. The bedroom features a brand-new plush queen bed with hotel-quality linens, a bistro table with two chairs, 32-inch flat screen Samsung TV with a DVD/Blu-Ray player and free HBO, and is complete with a ceiling fan.

The en-suite bathroom has a large shower, dual vanity with drawers for storage, an ADA height toilet and an adorable elephant chest for additional supplies.

The large walk-in closet has a wardrobe, coffee nook containing small fridge, microwave and coffee maker and has access to the Game Room.

The Game Room (Shared Space)*

The Game Room is accessible through the walk-in closet, with an air hockey table, a ping-pong table, a table-based 64-game video arcade, poker table, and a closet with a number of popular board games and puzzles. In addition, there’s a 75” flat-screen TV and Blu-Ray player, a bar, and access (ask Stan) to a 68.5’ slot car track, so there’s an activity for just about anybody!

Our small Kitchenette is complete with full-size refrigerator, microwave and toaster oven for snacks while gaming.

Included in the Game Room is a Gym Area with weight machine, treadmill, mini-trampoline, recumbent exercise bike and a weight bench for those who want to stay fit on vacation.

But wait, there’s more: a loft Library, up the spiral staircase, with a wide selection of reading material and two comfy armchairs to settle into, and a corner queen bed for guests 7 & 8 if you’ve booked the Grove.

The Laundry Room and 1/2 Bath (Shared Space)*

If laundry facilities are needed, a deep utility sink and brand-new pedestal-mounted LG washer and dryer are located in the game room area, along with a station for folding clothes. A 1/2 bath (toilet and vanity) is also available.

*Please remember that the Game Room, Gym, Library and Laundry with 1/2 bath are shared space for all guests, so you may be making new friends, and—in consideration of others—hours of use are 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., unless you’ve booked the Grove—then the hours are your own.

Guest access
The property is fully enclosed with a 4' fence and has an entrance gate that operates by a code that we will provide upon booking. Guests are able to enjoy their own private space by choosing the Oak View room or the Maple View room, both with separate entrances and each with either a deck or patio area. There is also plenty of parking on the gravel to the right side (North) of the cottage. Please do not block our second entrance/exit gate. Feel free to explore anywhere on the grounds with the exception of the main residence & its front yard enclosure for our dogs.

Also—when making your plans, please be aware that based on our location in the valley, we’ve been told that cell phones on the AT&T network have problems with little or no cell service. Our phones are on the Verizon network and have consistently reliable 2 - 3 bar service. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

A Little About Us:
Hello, we're Sheri & Stan. So nice to meet you! We were born in Virginia and New Mexico respectively, but have done most of our living in Southern California while we worked in the Aerospace industry and raised two wonderful daughters.

We retired and relocated to Newberg, Oregon in October 2012. We were looking for a property with easy access to Portland, but in a rural setting where the house was downsized but the property was upsized with a second separate guest residence for future possibilities.

In 2013 we had the dream of opening our cottage, welcoming travelers from far and wide to our little corner of the world, but life had other plans. Our mom and youngest daughter made the decision to follow us from Southern California and took up residency until November 2016 - enter—albeit a little late to the party—Arbor Grove Country Cottage.

Since we postponed our vacation rental vision, in January 2014, we made use of this wonderful property and our great love of dogs by em"bark"ing on a dog care business through Dog Vacay (now Rover) - enter Arbor Grove Country Canine (see below and additional details in House Rules).

Must Love Dogs:
Or at the very least, like them! We have three adorable pups. Two that have boundless energy and love to play. Both of these are young and fabulous! Evie, an Australian Shepherd was born September 2019 and Remy, a Golden Retriever was born July 2021.

We rescued Josie October 2021 at around 8 years old. She is a Chihuahua-Pom mix, very feisty and rules the fur babies. The girls are vocal but all loving members of our family who would love to welcome you “home”.

Although we have retired from the dog care business, we occasionally host past favorite guest pups. Interaction should be minimal as we have multiple enclosures in which we play and do our walkabouts.

Our wish for you, on this get-away and those in the future, is that you find the same calm and clarity that we feel every time we return home to our little piece of heaven here in the Dundee Hills.

European style estate in wine country. 900 square foot apt. located in daylight basement with lots of light, private with own entrance and key, own patio, can come and go as you please. Looks out onto canyon, trees, creek, deer, birds. 1.5 bathrooms, separate bedroom with a door, king bed, kitchenette w/ full fridge/freezer, walk-in closet, dining area, living area with couch. Just outside city limits on 2.5 acres, close to wineries, walking distance to town. Very quiet and private.

The space
I live upstairs with my dog, you have the whole daylight basement to yourselves. Locked doors between the 2 areas. I provide coffee, tea, basic spices. Kitchenette has sink, counter, microwave, toaster, hot plate, all dishes, glasses, silverware, salad bowls, serving utensils, and the all important wine bottle opener! Also wine and champagne glasses, dining area. There are pots and pans to use with the hot plate for simple meals. Have your morning coffee on the patio on the comfy chairs or take your wine on the short walking trail to the creek .

Guest access
You have the entire bottom floor daylight basement to yourselves and no one will have access but you. You have your own key, your own entrance, your own patio, your own space.

Other things to note
I also run a meeting and event center in the building next door. I sometimes have vacation rental guests at the same time event guests. You will not even know they are there unless they are in the 'upper' patio space and you may hear or see them. You are quite a ways away in the backyard area in your own space. If it is fall/winter, there will be no impact on you at all as they will be inside the building. There will be a few extra cars in the parking lot is all.

Songbird's Landing is a charming cottage located next to George Fox University, and only a block away from Newberg's historic shopping and fine dining district. This recently updated 2 bedroom 2 bath home has a modern kitchen that is fully stocked. The backyard is perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing

Ideally located in the heart of the Willamette Valley's wine country, you can easily access and enjoy wine tasting, the beach, and hiking trails.
