- "We had a little confusion at first about where our room was, but the owner helped direct us up the stairs. Even though the room was a part of a larger house, it didn't feel like it. We had plenty of room for the two of us and spent most of our days out exploring. A couple of small suggestions to make things even better for guests would be to add a fan during the hotter summer days. Overall, a lovely stay!" - "This was a clean place to stay. Room #3 is a one bedroom apartment, located on the main floor, has a king bed, and one hideaway sofa-bed in the living room. Is equipped with a full kitchen, a full bath and closet, TV-cable, and Wi Fi.
Roll away twin bed may be provided per request or when reserving for 5 or more people.

Walk West one block to beach access or walk one block North to Necanicum River Access
You do not have to get in your car to go to the beach - that is the part I love most!
Cleaning
I take extra precautions by cleaning and sanitizing. I have always been a picky person about cleanliness
Three step process 1) Space is cleaned 2) Running in the background is a disinfectant is used on hard surfaces 3) Fogger used with a germicide for soft surfaces

Guest access
The building in the front is my week-end vacation home
the air BnB Unit is located behind my house - you will have a full flight of stairs to access the private entrance. Once in the unit you are on one floor - it is the second floor

Parking is available and is located by the front of the house on the right side of the garage - please do not park beyond the gate - we use that area for outside siting when we are at our home

Other things to note
Your coming to the Beach ! Be sure to bring beach blankets, towels, beach toys, cooler and your sun screen! Seaside does allow beach fires - look around at grocery stores for your fire wood - if the weather has been super dry the city might ban fires - if they do you will see signs posted at local retail stores
