- "Had a great family getaway. Clean and nice amenities." - "The place was very clean, spacious and organized. We loved our stay. Jan was great to deal with and very responsive. The only (minor) downside was how aggressively the World Mark folks try to sell their timeshare presentation. Be prepared to waste 15-20 minutes repeating "No, I'm not interested" before let you have your your access wristbands and parking pass! But Jan was also great about mentioning that up front and saying do not to feel like we needed to go. It's an ideal location and lots of amenities so I'll definitely stay here again."

- "Loved the property. Comfortable and great location. Fireplace a nice touch. Seaside Beach is beautiful even in the winter and our family had a great time." - "We stayed in the Deluxe #1 condo and loved our stay. It was our first time at World Mark. The condo was extremely clean and maintained, with the exception of just a couple of needed cosmetic repairs, which in no way hindered our trip. One cautionary advice is that the photos included in the ad are not the exact room that we ended up staying in but again, it was beautiful. The kitchen was stocked well with kitchen essential, as well as some basic seasonings even, so it made meal prep super easy. Loved the resort layout as well."

- "This room was perfect even though it wasn’t facing the ocean you still had a great ocean view from the balcony. Very clean and friendly staff. Highly recommend!" - "I stayed one night with my two daughters (ages 9 and 10). Usually I have my husband with me to navigate and carry bags, etc., so I was worried about the three of us staying at this property without him - but wow, were we really taken care of and had a great time. Parking was easy (it was covered in a garage), check-in was a breeze, there were luggage carts near the elevators, the unit was clean, bright, and comfortable with lots of space. the pool was amazing (even though it was chilly at night the pool was plenty warm and there are two hot tubs), and the staff throughout the property couldn't have been nicer. We only stayed one night so we really didn't use the kitchen so I can't comment on that kind of detail but I did notice there was a dishwasher and W/D which i thought was really nice. This 7th floor unit had a view from the balcony (which has a small table and a grill) that overlooked the pool and the ocean. It was beautiful. I would definitely recommend this location and this unit. I just loved everything about it (and so did my kids). The location on the boardwalk and to town cannot be beat. I really hope we can stay here again in the future."

There is direct beach access, heated pool and shallow kids' pool, and rooms that face the ocean. Every amenity is offered, including a game room, 24 hour exercise facility, all kitchen utensils, washer/dryer, linens, etc. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because guests cannot check-in until 4. I believe this is a WorldMark policy, so the owner cannot change it. Once we arrived, we were told the cleaning staff was running behind, so it would be an additional 20+ minutes of waiting. Thankfully we were granted access to the game room, so our 2 little kids could run around. We ended up not getting into our room until 4:40pm. Aside from that minor glitch, it was a delightful getaway!"

- "Great location, the resort has good amenities. This unit is located right on the main strip so you can look out the balcony and see the ocean and all activities going on downtown. The only complaint I have is that he shilo inn across the street has a giant LED advertising sign that cycles through different digital advertisements & it is BRIGHT!! Lit up the entire room the whole night. I highly recommend you put in blackout curtains so people don’t feel like they are on the Vegas strip while sleeping. Because this is not the owners fault I do not feel like it changes my 5 start experience, but please get black out curtains so we can come back!!"

- "Thanks we loved our stay 🥰" - "We had a wonderful time in our ocean facing condo. The property is very luxurious and well maintained. Our one bedroom condo was comfortable for 2 adults plus 2 children. It was clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen had everything we needed and it was nice to have an in-unit washer and dryer. The property has a lovely pool area and the game room was a bonus. I did not experience any hard-sell pitch from the timeshare team. I was asked once if I wished to attend their seminar for a free gift and they graciously accepted my decline. It is an ideal location at the center of it all in Seaside. I would stay here again in a heartbeat."

- "Great place to stay and clean! Little too pushy about the time share participation for my liking. But overall the area is fantastic!!" - "This place was absolutly amazing!
