The house is old and has a mix match of updated things and older. So the guts of the house aren't 5 stars but the location is! This is past the boardwalk so there is no one walking in front of the house. As a matter of fact it's far enough from the boardwalk that the stretch of beach in front of it has far less people than down the beach. The only negatives are 2/3 rooms. Having a bunk bed for a married couple isn't ideal. That basement room with a queen and thrown in twin beds isn't the best either. But they are all functionable. They have a wood fireplace but don't have any wood. A small bundle of wood would have been a nice touch. Back to the positives: Nice drip coffee maker. The wifi is good. We felt the kitchen was stocked well enough. Lots of seating at the tables for dinner. We would definitely consider booking again. The only thing that would make us think twice are those odd sleeping arrangements. But when it's all said and done we would likely rebook."

Kitchenette with microwave, toaster oven, small refrigerator, coffee pot and all amenities.

The main house was built in 1907 and given the name "UNEDAREST" (You Need A Rest). In 2019 we added a detached garage to the property and built this roomy 580 sq. ft. loft as a guest space and named it the UNEDAREST2 guest house. This is no ordinary studio apartment, there is a full bed nestled under the eaves, and a comfy convertible sofa that creates a second full bed, PLUS there is a cozy Kid Cave tucked under the eaves with a twin bed mattress on the floor surrounded by stacks of fluffy pillows. The roomy kitchen area has a marble-topped island food prep and eating space and is equipped with dishes, cookware, flatware, utensils, a microwave, coffeemaker, countertop oven, and an induction hot plate. If you want to roast hot dogs or marshmallows, there is a fire pit in the backyard that you are welcome to use.

The main house has a large wrap-around covered porch with a hammock, perfect for enjoying the afternoon sun, and the backyard has a granite dining table under the arbor where you can dine alfresco if you like, although you'll have to give the hosts a heads-up so they can contain the super-friendly cats and Golden Retriever who share the backyard!

The loft is decorated with a beach theme, the owners' art collection, colorful posters, and a long list of extras that will make your stay warm and comfortable. From beach towels and blankets, to boogy boards and sandcastle building supplies, we have you covered. Plus the small fridge is stocked with yogurt, fruit, and other items for breakfast.

Seaside is a fun vacation spot with an incredible 3-mile flat sand beach rimmed by a 1.5-mile paved boardwalk known as The Promenade. - "We were right at the entrance to the beach on the quiet end of Seaside. Property and condo were exceptionally clean." - "I loved everything about my stay! From my room I could see the beach and look over the pool. The walk to the beach is extremely short and the hose-off stations for shells and clams are right near the entrance. The walk to downtown is a bit longer, 20 minutes if I wasn't stopping for the view or because of the heat, but at a comfortable pace it is closer to a 25-30 minute walk along the Promenade. I feel like I paid a very good price for everything that came with the space and hope to be returning again albeit during storm season next time. My only complaint was that I wish the pool was open for more hours of the day, I only got the chance to swim once because I expected to be able to play at the beach or downtown for several hours before swimming in the evening. 630p is really early for the pool to close."

- "This room has a beautiful view of the ocean. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The room had all the necessary amenities and comforts. Checking in and out was very easy." - "I’ve stayed in Seaside many times and usually I stay on the opposite end of the beach (near where the pathway begins). Trust me this is the area you want to be in if you want your own view of the beach and like things a little quieter. Since it’s at the end of the main Seaside walkway there is far less tourist on this side of the town. Also the cafe across the street is really good. Make sure to stop by the Oregon Marketplace for some local treats too. Our only issue with this particular unit was that the bathtub drain is fully clogged. It barely drains and if you take a shower it will fill up the tub rather quickly. Someone should just plunge it. Other than that the full kitchen and full sized bathroom plus the view made this an awesome getaway from Seattle. I will definitely only be staying here from now on. Also the front desk staff was very nice and they even called in the morning to say we can check in early. They do have a pool as well. We didn’t notice any housekeeping but we didn’t need any. The beach chairs and clam guns they provided were nice too."

This two-story suite features a living area on the ground floor and a sleeping area upstairs with a queen-size bed draped in luxurious linens. The downstairs living room is outfitted with a gas fireplace, and a smart TV. A fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, dishes, and silverware. Outside, enjoy a fire pit perfect for intimate bonfires, located between the scenic Necanicum River and the Oregon coast. Pets are welcome to stay in this room.

The space
Seafare is a house that was built in 1945 that has been divided into two apartments with a vintage surfer vibe. Seafare Suite B is a one bedroom apartment with a living room, kitchen, dining room, and bathroom on the main floor and a bedroom upstairs. Out front, there is a large fenced yard with ample seating, a picnic table, and barbecue.

The stairs leading to the bedroom are steep and narrow. This unit has a free standing gas heater that gets very hot and we have a fireplace screen available for guests if needed. As such, this unit is not recommended for small children.

The two bedroom, two bath deluxe units are located on the upper floors and offer views of the ocean and beach from the balcony, some from inside the unit as well. These units are approximately 900 square feet and are limited to 6 guests. They offer a complete kitchen, living and dining room, fireplace, balcony, and jetted tub. Each is furnished with a king bed, two twins, and a queen Murphy bed in the living room. The twins may be combined to make a queen size bed if requested.

Other things to note
The resort requires a photo ID and credit/debit card deposit to check in. This deposit is refundable upon guest departure if the condo has not been neglected/damaged during the guest stay.

The guest name on the reservation must be the person checking in. Changing a guest name on a booking comes with a fee of $130. This fee is subject to change.

Resort Parking: Parking is limited at WorldMark Seaside and the resort is not able to accommodate the storage of boats, RVs and trailers. Parking height is restricted to 6' 11".

Pool & Hot Tub Information: Pool hours are 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Children in diapers must wear waterproof diapers designed for swimming. Main pool, children's pool and hot tubs are open year round. There are no lifeguards on duty. Please refer to posted pool signage for more specific information.
