Very dog friendly as our dogs saw a water dish full and ready for them after a 6 hour drive and some treats right next to it! Accommodated our three small miniature poodles, my wife and I, and my dad very comfortably. We even saw some fruit infused organic water in the fridge when we opened it and it was delicious! Also some chocolates and sparkling water next to he bed. There was even some extra toiletries in the bathroom that people commonly forgot, I know I have in the past lol. Everything was very thoughtful from top to bottom. If we are ever in the area again I would book this property over and over again!"

The neighborhood was quiet and very close to several shopping experiences!" - "We stayed here for 3 days and it was very comfortable. It's also in a great location. There's lots of stuff within walking distance such as restaurants and the Beaverton Farmers market. Another bonus is that Netflix is provided. One thing to be aware of is that you will hear train whistles but in the 3 nights we were there, I only heard them at night once and overall we all slept well. Living room is a spacious area with comfortable sofa which converts to a queen bed with memory foam mattress, plus a modern work space. A 55" Roku Smart TV is mounted on the accent wall. YouTube TV and Netflix are provided complimentary by your host! There is also a portable A/C is in the living area for the warmer months.

Kitchen is fully equipped with electric range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, plus all the basics for preparing meals, as well as an Instant Pot, Keurig K-Select Coffee Maker, coffee pods & tea.

For families with small children, our unit is equipped with a stroller, a highchair and a pack n' play (We are parents of 3, so we've always appreciated hosts having these items!)

We had a issues getting into the Apartment at first try but after emailing/texting prop manager, the code was reset and we were able to get in. We also had the wrong parking space number and thought someone was in our spot but there was plenty of guest parking and that was an easy fix. Prop manager was easy to reach and the minor issues were corrected in a timely manner. I would recommend this place!"

- "The one bedroom room stayed locked “due to storage“. We would hear noises coming from that room throughout our day seem like there was lights going off and on in that room. Also, we had woken up one day, and the door that had been locked and shut was open when we had woke up. Very uncomfortable stay would not recommend. Also everything was very dirty tons of food left in refrigerator and fridge gone bad. Dirt mold, and mildew throughout the entire apartment."

Hello! We are a 5 minute walk from Elmonica Max Station which can lead to Portland/Airport and all of the trademarks in Oregon! We have a great park just across the street and a safe neighborhood to take walks in. We are close (~10 min) to the highway, Costco, Cedar Hills, and Tanasbourne. If you have a car, we have plenty of free street parking!

I do have a cute puppy and she is respectful of guests!

The common living space is for everyone to use. We have TV with subscriptions, table for games and dining table for you to eat!

An Alexa is located in the desk cabinet under the router. Useful smart home commands you can use for the patio:

- "Alexa, turn on/off Edison lights" (lights go off at 10pm)

How to use the propane fire pit:
1. Open side lid
2. Turn on propane tank by unscrewing top knob to open flow of gas
3. Close side lid
4. Turn switch on the front until you hear a short hiss
5. Depending on which of 2 fire pits you're using, either you'll need to create a spark by pressing the rubber button, or by turning knob to the proper location shown on the diagram.

How to use the fireplace:
1. Open flue/damper by moving lever left, until it feels loose. This allows smoke to go up the chimney instead of inside the house.
2. Load a few small kindling wood pieces below the black metal grate.
3. Load 2 or 3 larger wood pieces at angles on the metal grate above the kindling.
4. Much technique is involved with starting a fire and keeping it going, so it's best to watch a YouTube video on the subject.

The apartment is clean and cozy with a private entrance located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It offers a stocked kitchen, cable tv, dvd player and wifi with a comfortable seating area for reading by the fireplace or watching tv. The bathroom is spacious with an extra large shower. The bedroom has a queen size bed, walk-in closet and dresser. Driveway and street parking available.

The space
Very quiet and safe neighborhood with easy access to downtown Beaverton and Portland, Nike, Intel and wine country. Apartment is ground level with no stairs, offering a private entrance and access to a beautiful backyard patio. The apartment is fully private with new and updated amenities. Please note there is a common wall that is shared with the main part of the house with doors that remained locked during your stay. We appreciate a quiet space for our guests and want you to be comfortable and private. Some sounds may carry through the home due to common use.

Guest access
Guests will enjoy complementary coffee, free wifi, laundry access upon request and backyard access with patio seating, fire pit and bbq. The backyard is a wonderful retreat for relaxing with a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at dusk.

Guest access
You may park in the driveway closest to the tall hedge. (Right most spot). The stairs to the backyard will be right in front of you. Security lights will automatically turn on to light your path.

**please note: the motion lights on the outside stairs are slow to catch motion. Please use caution in the dark, until the motion light detects you.

Note: please keep the gate closed as the upstairs renters have small dogs.

The family residing in the upper part of the house is friendly and welcoming. They’ll be informed of your arrival to ensure a smooth check-in process. However, please note that they do not have details about the Airbnb itself, so it’s best to reach out to me directly for any questions or assistance you may need during your stay. The space
Our house is on a wooded lot in a suburban area between Portland and the Willamette valley (wine country). This guest apartment has its own private entrance and is completely independent from the rest of our house (no shared spaces or open access to the main residence). It's almost like being in a tree house - you are sort of above everything with territorial views of the woods & the street below from the large wrap-around deck.

The 2 Bedrooms are similar with queen beds, dressers & large closets. 1 room has a small desk. Both rooms have access to the covered section of the deck where you can relax on the Adirondack chairs.

The Living area has 2 sofas (one a full size sleeper sofa), a 55" 4K TV + books/games. Netflix/Amazon/Disney/Hulu, local DTV & PS3 + games are provided. The vintage video game (Space Duel / Asteroids) is *usually* working (as well as any 40yr old electronics) - make sure to challenge yourself or other guests to a match!

The Cooking area is a high functioning, well equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, disposal, medium size fridge with icemaker, cooktop & microwave. Baking is limited to the large toaster oven. The kitchenette is generally equipped with a few basic staples - a modest spice selection, tea, sugar, cooking oil, etc.

If you're a coffee drinker we've got you covered - you have a choice of regular drip, french press or full-on espresso (tamper, milk pitcher & knock box included). There's a good quality burr grinder loaded with beans so you can dial-in your brew.

The dining table can seat up to 6 people (4+2 stacking chairs)

There is also a gas BBQ & patio table out on the deck.

There is a 40A Level 2 EV charger available - If you would like to charge your EV please contact us & we will coordinate the parking spot in front of the charger. Fee is $2/hr.

So what's not to like?
-The stairs up from the parking area are a little steep. Please consider that if you have accessibility issues. Of course please message us or knock on the front door if you'd like any help with your bags.

-There's no laundry in the apartment. If we're around we can usually provide access to the laundry in the main house. If we're not available a drying rack is included in the apartment & a laundromat is about 1.5 miles away.

The apartment is well contained with its own indoor & outdoor areas. Self check-in is via key / lockbox. There is a single parking space at the end of the driveway near the entry stairs as well as additional parking on the street below.
