Tired of the usual motel room with noisy neighbors? Yamhill Valley Cottage is a 350 sq. ft. detached studio apartment with all the comforts of home. Not only does it include a kitchenette with sink, microwave, refrigerator, convection oven and double burner, but also dishes, silverware and cooking utensils. And there's a small eating area with bar stools and pendant lighting when restaurants become tiresome and soup and sandwiches sound just as tasty.

- "The loft unit was excellent. High end finishes, extremely clean, spacious, comfortable bed and great setup with the bedroom area separate from the living area/kitchenette. It was key to be walking distance from restaurants, wine tasting and shops. The location was close to wineries and hiking, so you can't go wrong with the location. Two suggestions for the owner: -Hooks in the bathroom to hang towels -Some sort of dresser to unpack clothing. There are only 2 small nightstands and 6-7 hangars, which doesn't allow your guests to unpack their clothing."

- "The house was everything we wanted it to be. Beautiful view from the backyard with that huge patio two bedrooms. " - "This rental is in a great location where you can get to Portland in a short timeframe or the beach in less than a couple of hours. " - "Enjoyed our stay. " - "This is a lovely daylight basement with a great view of a golf course. It's clean, spacious, and comfortable and has more TV channels than I've ever seen. The beds are nice, the bathroom is large (with white fluffy towels), and there's a ping pong table. Who doesn't love that? There's also a nice assortment of board games and a good dining room table to play them on. There are, however, a couple of drawbacks to be aware of: 1) As mentioned in previous reviews, there are no thermostat controls in the basement. We like to sleep cold (with lots of blankets), but the heating came on strong in the middle of the night and we had to throw off covers and open windows and even then, we were still sweating in the middle of winter. Even the comfortable beds couldn't make up for the discomfort of a hot room, unfortunately. (Although - that said - I still think we slept better having two separate, if warm, rooms than we would have in a single hotel room with temperature control.) It would be nice if there was some way to request a cooler night-time temperature when booking. 2) The property is on well water, which has a slightly sulfurous smell. There's a nice set-up in the corner with a bottled water system for drinking/cooking - but be sure to remember to get a glass of the drinking water before brushing your teeth and keep in mind that your morning shower will not smell particularly good. 3) There are lots of breakable knickknacks and decorative items around. Luckily our kids are old enough to know how to be careful so it wasn't a problem, but if you have younger kids, this is probably not a good fit for you. 4) The kitchen is somewhat cobbled together with a plug-in burner and a dorm fridge. It works okay, but it's not easy to cook an elaborate meal if you plan to eat in (which, luckily, we didn't do much of this time around). 5) There is no full-size couch - just one love-seat and some smaller chairs. This means that if someone isn't sleeping well and wants to move out to the couch in the middle of the night, there's not a comfortable place out there to lie down. There are a couple of chairs that recline, but you're still in kind of a V position. Again - not a big deal, but something to be aware of. Luckily, none of these drawbacks were a big deal for us and we would happily stay again and recommend it to others - just with those few caveats. "

Our nearest neighbor is Bush Park. Salem hospital is located on the northeast corner of the park. This little charmer is located on the se corner of the park. Parking, wifi, and a little patio might be just what you need.

Newly remodeled and nicely equipped upstair apartment. Close downtown Silverton and the Oregon Gardens. The kitchen has granite countertops with induction cooktop, microwave and dishwasher. Located within a 10min walk to Keizer Rapids Park in a stable residential neighborhood, our clean and well thought out mini-studio apartment has all you'll require for a basic needs stay. Although the space is considerably small, it offers the comfort of a home plus the benefit of private entrance layout.

This cozy studio is set up for individuals who are comfortable with smaller spaces. It's the size of an average bedroom but far more snazzy 😁. We've put thought and care into the space and we love it...we hope you will too! :-)
This space is simple and functional.
The space is fantastic as long as it's the right option for you!

The bed is either a Twin xl or extends to a King size (using two twin mattresses) it's user friendly and takes only a couple of minutes to change configuration. on arrival to bed will be set to twin. A special thanks to the fine engineers at Ikea.

We've arranged the kitchen area similar to what you'll find in a hotel but hopefully with more of a personal touch!

Unfortunately we don't have a stove or oven but we do have fantastic restaurants all around and of course only a few minutes away from In-N-Out Burger :-)

With plenty of parking along a well used (but sometimes noisy) street,
there is a private gate access to the back of the property where you will enter the studio.
The street parking area is well lit and in a safe neighborhood. There are other people who park alongside the same area of the curb from time to time and security isn't an issue.
Access through the entrance gate will remain unlocked and there is a key code lockbox to enter the private entrance of the studio with out having to be greeted in person.

The studio is attached to our family home and typically there's lots of activity around the property but not much activity on the studio side.

This is a spacious basement apartment with lots of natural light in every room. We’ve taken care to make each room cozy and useful for a home base for whatever you need.

The kitchen is set up with the basics so a trip to the grocery store will be all you need for cooking your favorite meals or you are two blocks from all of the restaurants downtown

The bedroom can also be set up with two twins beds instead of the king bed if preferred.

This is a 1940s apartment building that we are restoring with modern comforts while trying to maintain the vintage charm.

We know how important a good nights sleep is so even though we have kept this apartment at a lower price we have a comfortable king size bed and new high quality cotton linens.

We have a yoga mat and some basic workout equipment stocked and WiFi, streaming TV channels and some books for relaxing.

There is a shared entrance to the building and then down the stairs in access to the apartment to the left and to the right is the shared laundry facility.

Other things to note
We try our best to make the space as comfortable as possible. There is noise transfer from the other units so we ask everyone respect quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. (Quieter voices, no loud music, ect,) We have a sound machine in the bedroom and carpets to make the vintage space as cozy as we can!

Please make sure you go through the house and check so you don’t forget anything. If you do leave something behind and need it shipped, there is a $20 fee and shipping costs.

Check out this cute studio a few blocks from beautiful downtown Independence. The studio is a renovated historic 1895 Victorian home called The Hedges House and is perfectly located to enjoy everything Independence and Monmouth have to offer. Heidt's Corner is less than 15 minutes to Silver Falls State Park and we are about 20 minutes from the city of Silverton! Nearby is great hiking or mountain biking with some fantastic views. Our place is great for couples, medium sized groups or families (with children). You will love the cozy atmosphere and scenic location.

Heidt's Corner is a little apartment on the side of a house in the Silverton Hills.

There may be farm work or property maintenance happening around you but you will have the apartment as well as a covered outdoor seating area to yourself.

Please note that cell phone service is not very good. however we do provide WiFi through Starlink.

Access is easy and close to the road, pull right down the short driveway and park by the front door to the apartment. The apartment is located on the left side of the main house.

Other things to note
No smoking or vaping inside the apartment but feel free to smoke on the porch.

Please note that the main house is also a functioning Airbnb but guests have their own entrance, driveway, parking, and indoor and outdoor spaces.

This listing is located on a farm so there could be farmwork or property maintenance going on during your stay.

We are up in the hills outside of Silverton so cell phone reception isn't the best. We do provide wifi but it is through T-Mobile and can be spotty at times depending on weather and other factors.

The front door (deadbolt) is down a well-lit stone path that is adjacent to the garage. The lights are timer-controlled.

Centrally located in a historic part of Salem, less than 5 minutes to the Salem hospital, 5 minutes to downtown. very walkable/safe and quiet neighborhood with easy access to Bush Park and shopping.

Both the main bedroom and the second bedroom have queen size beds.

guest accesses is through the front door which is a multi-pane Glassdoor with a private walkway underneath a small awning. your rental includes the lower level only, access through the laundry room to the upstairs garage is only for emergency egress and should remain locked throughout your stay.

This studio is part of "the Stayton House" built in 1905 by the Stayton family. It has a private entrance. Pets accepted with a $25.00 non refundable cleaning fee. Check in 3pm. Check out at noon.
