The space
Full kitchen with standard refrigerator. Gas stove, AC, microwave, Kuerig single-serve coffee maker, washer/dryer, king-size bed, full bathroom with tub/shower, relaxing covered patio, Pack n Play available if needed (please let us know), and dedicated off-street parking spot. There is a futon in the living room which could sleep, one adult or two children.

Approved occupants and guests are expected to follow the GNG. Be sure to read your rental agreement for additional terms and restrictions as there may be consequences for violating the GNG.

If at any time you have concerns about your stay, please call the 24-hour contact number listed in the guest rental agreement or posted in the unit. In the event of an emergency, please call 911.

Be friendly, courteous, and treat your neighbors like you want to be treated. Respect your neighbors and their property.

Overnight occupancy (10pm – 7am) is limited to two-persons per bedroom plus two additional persons. Daytime occupancy (7am – 10pm) is limited to two-persons per bedroom plus six additional persons. The limits are noted on the posted Certificate of Registration.

Be considerate of the neighborhood and your neighbor’s right to the quiet enjoyment of their home and property. Quiet hours are 10pm – 7am.

Be sure to pick up after yourself and keep the property clean, presentable and free of trash.

Place trash and recycling containers at the appropriate place and time for pickup. Cigarette butts should be properly extinguished and disposed of in the garbage.

The host is required to provide off-street parking for overnight guests – 1 space for every 2 bedrooms (rounded up). Do not park on lawns, or in a manner which blocks driveways, sidewalks, alleys or mailboxes. Drive slowly through neighborhoods and watch for pedestrians and children playing.

Promptly clean-up after your pets. Prevent excessive and prolonged barking and keep pets from roaming the neighborhood. Unattended barking dogs left at the rental are prohibited by City of Gresham Revised code. Control aggressive pets and be sure to abide by the local leash laws. Store pet food indoors and in a secure container to reduce the likelihood of unwanted pest problems.

Using the Short Term Rental as an event site is not allowed under City of Gresham Revised Code 9.56. Examples of events include, but are not limited to: parties, company retreats, weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc.

Run or walk nature green-space or stroll a 1/3 mile loop around the neighborhood any time of the day.

We are confident you will find this to be home away from home with the utmost care given to create a fresh, tasteful, and welcoming environment for your private stay. At the end of a long day of sightseeing (or whatever brings you to the area) you have opportunity to take in our amazing sunsets while relaxing in the adirondack chairs sipping your favorite wine. You will love our home away from home because of the views, sunsets, birds, tasteful decor, cleanliness, comp. coffee/tea and friendly hosts.
NOTE:We offer a food prep area that includes a mini frig, microwave, keurig coffee maker, filtered hot/cold water dispenser, disposable utensils/hot cups/lids/plates/napkins, ceramic mugs for your morning coffee, and wine glasses.

Guest access
Upon arrival you will be greeted and escorted down a few stairs through the lower garden to your private deck and key access daylight basement entrance. This remains well lit at night for coming and going, with commercial path lighting throughout. Should you need anything at any hour, we reside on the main floor above, so you can be assured of immediate attention to any need/question that might arise, while living spaces are totally separate.
