- "This was a basement apartment underneath the hosts home. It was very well laid out and great for a weekend getaway for a couple. It’s set up as a studio and was a great layout. They did a great job. The shower was huge and the bathroom had plenty of space. We didn’t have time to take advantage of the hot tub, but the hosts did a great job of ensuring your privacy in the apartment and the outdoor area. Having the driveway was also helpful. Our guesthouse is located a short walk away from beautiful, historic downtown Camas. There you can find many lovely boutique and antique shops as well as a variety of different restaurants, cozy coffee shops, and a lively brewery. Downtown Camas has many activities to indulge in during your stay like the art gallery, downtown events, and the beautiful 1920's theatre. It is a houseboat on the Columbia River with a wonderful view of Mt Hood on a sunny day. 25 minutes away.

One of my favorite hikes on this side is only 20 minutes away and it's called Rodney Falls. You get to the falls after hiking 1.4 miles. If you're very adventurous you can go to the top of the mountain which is called Hamilton Mountain.

It is the Old Historic Hiway that meanders along the Columbia River in the most beautiful part of the Gorge. No vehicles allowed. ( You can rent bicycles in Hood River and they will direct you to the Mark Hatfield Trailhead.

Waterfall (URL HIDDEN) Oregon..35 minutes away
After you cross the Bridge of the Gods... go west on 84.
If you want to go to Wachella Falls take exit 40… It'll say fish hatchery.
You will see signs to park.

Take Exit 35 to get to WATERFALL ALLEY
It is called the Old Historic Highway.
Horse Tail Falls is wonderful because you don't have to hike it is just right there. A little further down historic highway… Is Onie onto Falls that you also might enjoy getting out and taking a picture there. I'm not too familiar with that one though. Going on down waterfall Allie the next stop will be Multnomah Falls... It is even a beautiful view just to walk up the first few flight of stairs and take a picture by the Rock wall. If you go little further you will get to the bridge and that is always a wonderful picture.

Other trails such as Triple Falls, Angel and Devil's Rest.

Wakeena falls is the next Falls to explore and see going west on the historic highway. You can hike up Wakeena Falls and hike over to the top of Multnomah Falls to hike down it. It is my favorite one to hike.

If you continue to go west you will get to the little town called Bridal veil. Many couples mail their invitations from this small little town. Going west on 84 is another way to get into Portland if you decide to hike first and then go to Portland.

There is a variety activities for you to do here you can either go into Portland which is 40 minutes away or you can go the other direction and go on many hikes in the Columbia Gorge. Rivers Rest is only five minutes from the Columbia Gorge. We do have a notebook full of activities and ideas for guests and will help you get to the specific destination you desire.

Very relaxing place to stay in a beautiful setting with many setting areas. Dogs are allowed, leashed and either kept in carrier when gone or taken with you. The studio is separate from our main house with a laundry room and it has brand new memory fancy mattress queen size bed and extremely also has a large futon and lay it flat down and it become another standard queen size bed if need it ,( Please message me if you need set up the futon as a bed.) Therefore we actually have two queen size beds available for guests.There is a little kitchen in the studio and a private bathroom for the guests to use . We have plenty parking space for our guests. We do have a busy road beside us (if you 're used to city noise, it's pretty mild but wanted to warn you case you're looking for country quiet) The location is very convenience to go anywhere. 4 blocks to the freeway and across the river is Portland,and also 8 minutes to the PDX airport, many shops and restaurants and coffee ships in walking also do you want it?

This beautiful new studio is a lovingly converted master suite of our home of 30 years. It includes a private entrance, private bath with a shower only, private kitchenette, queen sized bed and semi-private fully fenced outdoor space. The Kitchenette includes a air fryer/toaster oven, a one burner hot plate and a mini fridge with useable freezer space. The only shared space is Laundry facilities which are just steps away. There is lots of natural light, free off street parking in a well developed neighborhood close to all services yet quiet and peaceful.
Hosts live in the home and use the shared laundry facilities. We are extremely respectful of our guests. We request guests schedule use of laundry facilities via text or email in advance so we can both maintain our privacy. We are very flexible and appreciate clear communication. We have access to the outdoor space because we need to tend to our apple tree and berry bushes but attempt to do so when guests are not present. We like our privacy and so respect that of our guests. That said we do enjoy interacting and getting to know our guests. It is completely up to the guest how much interaction we have outside of the laundry room scheduling.
We have 2 dogs and a cat. The dogs don't have access to the studio, outdoor area or laundry room. The cat may be friendly if guests are and avoid guests if you're not cat friendly.

The apartment has a comfy queen bed, dresser and closet (if you need a place to store your clothes while you stay). This space is one-level with a private entrance, no stairs.

Guest access
We provide self check-in. Guests have access to the apartment through a separate entrance at the end of the driveway, you will be given a door code to check in. The apartment is on the bottom level of our main house. We will be respectful of your privacy but if any questions or issues should arise don’t hesitate to contact us.

In regard to parking your vehicle, it is street parking, either directly across the street from the apartment, or down the block within a house length or two. Unfortunately, you can’t park right in front of the apartment and house, because there is a fire, hydrant, and we need the driveway for our own vehicle. Also, be careful not to park in front of the alleyways, which are a house-length down the street, and there are ‘no parking’ signs posted on the street where the entrance to the alleyway is.

Other things to note
We do provide body wash, shampoo & conditioner if you need it. In the kitchen you’ll find some food in the cabinet above the stove. There is one air conditioning unit in the bedroom and we also provide a fan that you can move where ever you prefer.

This cozy apartment feels like a warm hug. It is located on the ground floor of a house, accessed by a private, gated entrance. The house is located on the side of a hill which provides views of Portland and the Columbia River.

The apartment has a bedroom with a queen sized bed, a full kitchen, dining table, sitting area and television. The unique design includes two bathrooms, both with showers. Additionally, there is a large room at the back of the apartment that has a cozy couch, books, games, and puzzles. There is a desk for work from home.

Also, there is a patio/deck with a small dining table, chairs and BBQ. Long term guests can utilize the raised beds for gardening in the back yard. Otherwise, there are fresh herbs in the garden for your enjoyment.

The apartment is accessed through a gate on the ground floor. The entrance is private, no other guests will utilize this entrance, however the driveway is shared. The apartment can also be accessed from the garage.

Other things to note
This unique property is located in a remodeled house built on a hillside offering amazing views to the west. The house is split into two separate units. The unit where you will stay occupies the lower floor of the house. The second unit is a 2-bed 2-bathroom apartment on the upper floor (also available for short-term rental). The upper and lower units of the house are totally separate and have private entrances, separate garages, separate patios, etc. Guests share the driveway, but there is room for several cars.

The house/apartment is located next to a road that is pretty busy during the day and quiets down at night, there is moderate traffic noise. Since the space above the apartment is utilized as a rental as well there is potential for noise from foot traffic above.

You will need your to use your own login credentials to access streaming services (e.g. Netflix, Hulu, Prime video, Apple TV, etc. ) on the TV.

This hideaway is the perfect spot for travelers of all paths. The Blue Heron is 2 minutes away from the entrance to the 205 highway, 15 minutes away from downtown Vancouver, and across the bridge from downtown Portland, Oregon! Within walking distance of many grocery stores, local bars, and hospitals ! Please understand that this apartment is a downstairs unit, and some noise is transferable.

The space
This apartment is in a house that was built in 1908, with lots of character and charm to enjoy! One bedroom, one bathroom with a shower, a living room, and a full kitchen for your enjoyment. An outdoor patio gets lots of morning sun and has lights, a table, and an umbrella for lounging in the yard.

Guest access
During your stay you will be able to access the back portion of the yard through a separate fence entrance. The back yard is not fenced off from the front yard, but we hope guests will enjoy the privacy of their own back patio that is not shared with the tenant’s front porch. There is also a keypad lock for easy check-in.

Other things to note
PLEASE NOTE that the apartment bedroom and kitchen do not have interior doors due to the small size of the unit, keep that in mind when booking! This is shown in the apartment photos.

This unit is also not suitable for more than three people and the guest may want to consider the size of the bedroom and available beds before booking. Since there is only a bunk bed with one full bed and one twin, it may not be suitable for more than one child in addition to parents. There also is not a lot of room for putting down a sleeping pad in any of the rooms.

PLEASE also note that the house is OLD and the kitchen appliances are in great working order, but not updated. Things like the sinks, toilet, and shower have also been in use for a long time and, although we ensure they are squeaky clean for every guest, they are visibly well loved.

The AC is also a portable unit as we have no central air in the house, but it works great!

We hope the low cleaning fees and overall flexibility of the booking make up for that!

PARKING is available, but it is only street parking! Usually guests can park right in front of the property, but sometimes people who don’t live at the house take up spaces and you may have to park across the street or down the block. As we have no control over public street parking, we hope our guests will be understanding about the availability :)

This private, cozy, travel-themed studio apt. is located on a quiet street 2 blocks from the heart of downtown Camas for local shopping, dining, and entertainment.
There are so many places to visit within a 15-20 minute drive: Portland, Lacamas Lake, Fort Vancouver, Local hiking trails, downtown Vancouver, the Columbia River Gorge. When it's time to return home you're about 15 minutes from PDX airport.

The space
The space is a studio apartment, so the living room/bedroom are one in the same. There is a queen bed as well as a a pull-out twin sleeper chair, so it can sleep one extra human. There isn't central AC in this 1934 build, but there is a mobile fan/ac unit to help keep you cool in the summer months. Heat is baseboard heating. The space is stocked with basic amenities to make your stay feel like home: all of your basic kitchen items, coffee, tea, hair drier, shampoo, condition, bodywash. There is a private porch with a small table to relax outside. Amazon Prime Video and Netflix are set up on the smart-tv for your enjoyment.

Guest access
This apartment is part of a large home converted into a 4-plex. Unit 430 and its porch is the only part of the property available to Air BnB guests. The back yard is a common space for the long-term tenants.
For those that bring pets, they must be under your control at all times. Please pick up any pet waste and deposit in the provided waste bin.

This apartment is located in the basement of our full time residence. The unit is entirely separate with a private entrance. There is a private, fenced in area of the yard for you and your pets.,

We live above the apartment with children; Some level of noise should be expected as with any apartment during the day. However, 7 PM-6 AM are quiet hours. Air purifiers can be used to create white noise if needed.

The hot/cold water in the shower is backward but the sinks are correctly piped.

Renovated 1926 Bungalow. 6' of dirt was dugout to make a unique 1/4 daylight basement. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, bakery, breweries, Carter Park, & our amazing new waterfront. Easy access to I-5, close to Portland International Airport, & Portland, OR, shopping (NO sales tax!). Very comfortable space, fully furnished kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, convection toaster oven, & induction hot plate (works amazing). Ask about my pet policy.

The apartment is located in the basement of a 1926 Bungalow. You will share the heating & a/c system with the upstairs, but will have your own separate thermostat.

Other things to note
Steps up to the house from the street, turn left/west of the house (follow the stone steps). Stairs to the basement may be difficult to navigate if you have trouble dealing with steps.

Please be mindful of garbage & recycling. There is a container w/garbage on one side, recycling on the other. Garbage comes every Monday, recycling every other Monday. Vancouver is very PICKY about recycling. No plastic bags, food containers in the recycling. Glass in is a small separate bin.

The space
Our house is deceptively spacious and full of character. The apartment is attached to our house but we use an entrance on the separate side of the house and won't bother you at all. All new appliances, furnishings, flooring, fixtures, everything! We welcome pets, kids, business people, musicians, YOU! I pride myself in our open-minded acceptance for all. We are a relaxed, friendly and fun family but we will keep to ourselves if you'd prefer complete solitude...If you crave social engagement or a jam session you're welcome to share our space (we're next door). It's a musicians dream house you're welcome to use. Our soundproof "studio/living room" includes; a cello, violin, trombone, guitar, ukuleles, harmonicas, keyboard, recording equipment, professional microphones, and all of which are available to you (either in our house or in the apartment upon request). Creativity cultivation is our family mantra!

You are encouraged to make yourself at home! Please feel free to use the carport, driveway, patio, front & back yard, the fire pit, etc., Our property and fenced yard is bigger than it looks from the street, stretch out, relax, and roam free! All of it is open to you dear guests.

Other things to note
We have a laundry room that is in our unfinished/renovation in progress basement. I don't mind doing laundry for you or allowing you access to our facilities IF prior notice is given so we can assure the space is free and clear of clutter.

Secondly, we're a family of competitive knife/axe throwers/enthusiasts. Our carport has served that hobby well, we've got a makeshift throwing court we'd love to share with you. However, if you prefer the covered carport for your vehicle rather than manly sports practice, it's yours to use as you choose. Please feel free to park in it, practice your breakdance moves, or??? Let us know your pref and we promise not to throw anything whilst you stay, unless you've challenged us to do so. 😝

The home may include a decibel monitoring sensor to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures decibel levels throughout the property. It allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Tampering is prohibited.

We have chickens, a veggie garden, fruit trees, perennials, and peace and quiet (usually :)) We will supply you with eggs initially. If you want more, you can purchase for $8/dozen. We only use organic feed, alfalfa pellets, and healthy scraps.

Escape the ordinary and come stay in our cozy 2 bedroom unit within the Connect Wellness Community Spa. The overnight accommodation is creative and funky and you'll love our shared community outdoor spa. (Spa access is additional charge) The outdoor spa has 2 wood fired saunas(temps 180-210°), multiple cold plunge pools(temps 32-55°), hot soaking tub, outdoor lounging areas, beautiful garden, electric barrel sauna, hot outdoor shower and of course, the best community of people.

The space
This suite is on the top floor of a shared home with a locked door between the spaces, the main floor is occupied by a permanent resident. The Airbnb unit is private with a separate entrance up a spiral staircase; if you have mobility issues, this, unfortunately, isn’t the best fit for you. When you enter the space, you’ll enter into the first bedroom that has a sofa, comfy chair, tv and a queen size bed. Between the two bedrooms there is a small bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has a twin daybed with trundle, dining table that seats 4 and a small food area, think European-style kitchenette. The second bedroom has a super funky alcove with a queen-sized bed on the floor. We find it’s the coziest nook for a deep sleep. It’s like you’re in an orange-filled cocoon. :)

The outdoor spa space is a fully operational community spa with anywhere from 1 to 17 guests soaking at a time. Spa use passes are available for $40 for 2 hours, per person or we have all day passes for $65. Please know, the spa is closed on Wednesday morning for deep cleaning. Once your reservation is secure, you’ll receive instructions on reserving your spa time, or you can speak with a staff member when you check in (weekend sessions tend to fill up, so advanced booking is suggested). The backyard garden and outdoor lounging area will be accessible for your entire stay but the fenced front yard is for our permanent resident and isn’t available for overnight guests.

Guests love to use the backyard space for relaxation and rest. Chill in the hammock, sunbathe in our loungers or practice movement in the yurt. We welcome you to our favorite place for rest and connection.
