The only thing i would change about ilani was the gambling area. I loved that there was no skiing allowed but most of the sl I t area had the sand games!! Different themes but the same concept and that's boring. There were tables but i only found a few video poker machines which i love!!! Yes therre were penny machines but the minimum bet was about 50 cents or more. Besides the tables, someone needs to invent a machine that makes your brain work and last a little longer. The room was roomy and sparkling clean ( I appreciated that) the bathroom had a bathtub white with white towels, everything looked nice, comfortable and clean. The breakfast wad filled with many choices even gf bread, eggs, yogurt (all kinds fat free, sugar free, and lactose free) waffles station, coffee and drinks station, bread station and dairy station. They keep the breakfast area super clean and organized. The customer service desk has a little area with all basic necessities items like analgesics and anti allergens and cleaning supplies. The pool area and gym was organized clean and with a good supply of clean towels at all the times. I would recommend to increase few degrees to the pool, but, that is just a personal preference, seems like my kids didn’t mind at all. What I enjoyed having it was the coffee area 24 /7 in the lobby with a wide variety of teas, drink infused water, and coffees. I spent 5 days and I’m very pleased with the customer service. Since you are staying 30 days or longer, you are welcome to use my washer and dryer.
In this time of COVID-19, everything in your room and bath has been cleaned and disinfected for your use. We will also enter/exit my home from different doors-you will use the front door and I'll use the garage.

The Cozy Bedroom is a 160 sq. ft. room with a queen-sized bed, one end table & lamp, ceiling fan with light, blinds & curtains, large closet with French doors and shared bathroom. The carpet and mattress are new.
Individualized room door lock and key provides secure access to the room. Washed/bleached towels are available for your use.

The space
This welcoming residence is located in a quiet, cul-de-sac neighborhood within walking distance of a local, family-friendly neighborhood park. The house is 2133 sq. ft. in total providing plenty of space and privacy for residence.

Guest access
The kitchen and living room are in an open floor layout with 9 ft. ceilings and luxury dark wood vinyl flooring on the main floor. Cleaning products (i.e., soap, sponges, hand towels, vacuum, broom and dust pan) located in communal areas like the kitchen and bathrooms are provided for your cleaning needs. House front door keys are given to each residence for easy, secure entry. All utilities are included in the monthly rental rate. Garbage, recycling and compost are conveniently emptied weekly by the owner. All communal living spaces are comfortable and professionally clean twice a month. Plenty of space for parking in the driveway. The highlight of the home is the terraced backyard with private, covered sitting areas for personal relaxation or entertaining friends.

This house is nestled in the beautiful neighborhood of Minehaha. Quiet, calm, cozy, and clean are just a few descriptions. this location is central to SR 500 which leads to I-205 or I-5. we are near many parks, restaurants, a mall, and 15 minutes towards any major attraction such as Portland Oregon. Room provided has a queen bed, smart TV, air purifier, and shared shower/bath set up. we are open and friendly to all walks of life. Mindful of privacy and offering advice.
